Returning Home (Ada)

Yuudai moved carefully near the outer edge of the lycan woods, he was garbed in traditional Midi attire and he had both Lethe and Setsuna in little travel pouches and attached to the hybrids chest so they were  secured. He looked over at Ada and he glanced at the woods.”Its going to be tough but as long as we take my route we wont encounter a fight” he explained as knew that she had Aiko and that she was most likely nervous since they had the triplets with them.Sniffing the air Yuudai motioned for her to follow as he moved slowly thru the woods his ears and nose twitching as he kept focus on every sound and smell.

He then turned a moment as he caught scent of another lycan and moved thru thru the edge of the territory of it”we have to dodge the  other lycan territorys if we step into them we will alert them and it becomes much tougher to avoid a confrontation, while my size will help up some of the lycans wont back down I don’t want the triplets or you in danger” he explained as they once again skirted  the line of  another territory.

Yuudai shook his head at her comment of it being tough only if they are constantly interrupted or they have to deal with the triplets. “Normally I would agree but considering the number of lycans in these woods we have to consider that we have the triplets out here and they are in danger  the less chance we have of stumbling into their regions the better” he said as he edged the line with Ada beside him and he kept moving “Ill get us there no problem  as long as if I give an order before we get there its followed I wont give one without a very good reason” he explained before he suddenly  caught the sound of a twig snapping and instantly Yuudai Raised his arm up with a closed fist which Ada would know means Freeze before after what felt like forever Yuudai exhaled and motioned with his head with a slight head tilt that the needed to keep moving now.

“our magic wont scare them off if they are feral, instinct will kick in before fear and common sense does and they will lunge for us.” He explained before he got them thru another outskirt of Lycan Territory and after a bit walls suddenly appeared farther up in the woods. Before  Yuudai Suddenly held out a hand showing it was time to stop as his head darted from left to right and the sound of cracking tree limbs was heard before two werewolfs smaller then Yuudai appeared only standing around 7 feet tall .”well it looks like the half breed is here and he brought an outsider I cant wait to her the explanation of this” one said before Yuudai narrowed his eyes.”Get out of my way you Psi’s she is my mate and the mother of my pups so unless you would rather and imprint you into the walls I suggest you  move along” he said sternly before the two younger wolves suddenly snarled before they seemed like they were about to lunge at them and Yuudai growled before he suddenly raised his head to the sky and let out a bone chilling howl.

Instantly the two Psi’s suddenly backed down as the gates opened and a few of the elderly looking people were at the gate before Yuudai bowed low while keeping the twins ok and motioned for Ada to Follow his example”Honorable Elders I have returned with my Mate Adalinda Ortinbras and our pups” he explained as the elders looked at them with intense and studying gazes

The Elders looked at the two and listened to Ada explain herself before the  one up front a smaller male around 6 feet but well muscled made a motion for them to rise.”At Ease” he said as Yuudai instantly went into a more relaxed pose and  approached with Ada. The two behind the elder male were Females and they gently move forward and sniffted both Yuudai and Ada along with the triplets before they gained soft small smiles.”They are indeed yours Nu  and their blood is strong even moreso with the dragon blood combined in them” one mentioned before the other nodded.”you have proven yourself to be a Adult now so its your choice if you wish to stay here or return to the outside.” She said before Yuudai Nodded.

“I thank you humbly for the choice  and I will visit when I can but I have found my calling outside of the woods but I will not forget my home or my pack” he said as the elders nodded and moved to let them in.”do be wary  the betas sons are still ever scornful of you Pup  even though you have proven yourself time and time again.” The male said as Yuudai Nodded before turning to Ada.”My Dear you have no worries if Yuudai has chosen you then you are welcome here no doubt the change will happen to you son so you will be a full fledged member of our pack as well” he said as Yuudai led her inside. Inside the walls you could see shops and  many other Werewolfs and werefoxes doing business and catching up on current events.”My parents home is not to far ahead” he explained as he led Ada towards a decent sized home coming up.

As his mate questioned the term used Yuudai smirked slightly.”its my rank dear I was a Nu or a Sentry so I guarded the walls it’s a higher rank then the Psi’s outside” he explained as they walked inside. When she questioned the change that was mentioned the hybrid blinked before blushing under his fur.”You mated with a member of the pack and became pregnant you now have the blood of the pack in you so your going to become like me now wither a werewolf or a werefox is another story” he explained again since his case was special but with the iron slayer he didn’t know which one she would be. Idly his blush got darker as he imagned his mate  in her were form and he shook his head for a moment.

As they got close to the house the lycan spoke.”The part about the betas is hard to explain but lets just say that  they decided I was the prime target to vent at until I started to grow and then it always turned into two on one” he said with an annoyed Sigh before answered her question as well.”They are nice a bit traditional but they should be alright with what has happened I did go out into the world after all they were prepared for anything that could happen” he said with a chuckle at the end before he opened the door and looked at both of his parents.

“Otou San Okaa San its been a while” he greeted as he bowed his head and motioned for Ada to do the same. The two walked forward and  Ada would get a good look at them. His Mother Setsuga was very tall close to almost eight and a half feet tall and well muscled with snow white fur and striking violet eyes but not as much as  Yuudai or his father Gengetsu who was  just close to 8 feet tall with pitch black fur and ice blue eyes”it has been a while Pup and who is this woman beside you and these pups?” she questioned as Gengetsu approached.”Yes Whelp lets hear it” he said before Yuudai took a breath before speaking.”This is my Mate Adalinda Ortinbras and out children Aiko Setsuna and Lethe” he said gestureing with each name said and Setsuga gained a smile on her face.”so you met someone and  finally gave me Grandchildren” she said sounding happy at the prospect of kids to spoil while Gengetsu smirked before he lightly punched his sons shoulder.”you have good taste Son I can tell she is tough just by looking at her”

Yuudai smirked a bit as Ada asked him if his rank changed due to the new circumstances and he shook his head a bit.”No Im still a Nu but honestly it doesn’t matter that much to me besides” he said as he gained a soft look as he shifted his glance to her then to the triplets."we have our own pack so my rank doesn’t matter” he said softly. Hearing that she would put the betas sons into a world of hurt if they attempted anything Yuudai nodded before he spoke again.”Most likely they will aim at me but they might make a jab at you to try and get a rise out of me but if need be Ill lay them out if I need to” he explained.

As his parents smiled and caught up with their son Ada had offered the two the chance to hold the triplets and both Setsuga and Gengetsu nodded. Setsuga would Pick up  Aiko and smilked as the young child gently patted her nose before she blew a raspberry on the childs  belly. Gengetsu took  Setsuna from Yuudai and smirked at the young boy looking at him curiously.”your going to be a fighter arnt you boy.” He asked as Setsuna gurgled and swung his fist as if to say yes.”Yes I agree Love we should get you ready for tonight since you’re here the change is going to start soon most likely” he explained as his parents nodded.” We can take care of the triplets you two if you want to set up in Yuudais old room” Setsuga offered as she blew another raspberry to make Aiko laugh

Yuudai Smirked.”That could be interesting to see and it would bust their pride for a long time” he said with a laugh at the end. Once they had gotten into his room Yuudai let her in to see that it was a nice sized room tall enough for him and had a strong reinforced bed and on the walls and on some dressers were war armor made of metal and leather and some gauntlets and greaves for his forearms and haunches.”Its not much but its where I grew up” he said before she huffed and mentioned that she would have liked an explanation and wondered what was going to happen.

Yuudai Sat on the bed and patted it to indicate he wanted her to sit beside him.”Ill admit I should have told you but it kept slipping my mind, as far as what will happen. Your going to shift and become like me, Ill teach you how to shift back and forth but this first shift is going to be painful since bones are going to start shifting and moving to become different, your also going to get a spike of hormones since your mated to me so its going to be tough for a while.” He said before he took a breath and went on.”I also would advise tonight your not clothed since with how you might thrash and the fact you going to be transforming there is a chance of ripping your clothing” he said before he glanced at her and smirked a bit.” I'll be here to guide you and comfort you the whole time the process is going on Ada” he said to hopefully comfort her.

At her jab at him seeming to be ready for war before he had left home the Hybrid laughed. “no but I didn’t mind the extra armor when I was patrolling plus it helps my crafting skill with metal and given my magic it does come in rather handy” he explained as he knew with his godslaying magic  being able to mold and craft metal could easily be done thru magic but  it also held some merit to be able to do it the old fashioned way as well. he wondered if he should perhaps show her some of his little gimmicks he had made with metal and some of his custom weapons and knives. He decided to file it away for later as he heard her make a  crack at him possibly trying to get her into bed and he simply smirked and shook his head.”Trust me as much as I would love to Bed you right now   your going to be in to much pain to  be able to focus on the deed. But it also coincides with your spike in hormones  lets just say your going to be between Desire and Agony which is a odd mix from what I have heard” he admitted with a slightly confused look in his eyes.

He had been taught like the rest of his pack but he still found that information weird.”And trust me this will hurt your bodys going to be shifting your bones and even perhap lengthening them  as they go into different positions its not pleasant in the least” he explained knowing that the pain for a turned was intense and for her first time it was going to be extreme but he was sure that she would be able to handle it. “So what did you think of my parents  rather interesting couple don’t you think” he joked knowing that many jokes were made due to his father being shorter then his mother but he could see the love they had for each other and in many ways it reminded him of the love he had for Adalinda.” Oh for the love of god” he suddenly said as he heard pounding at the door and the voices of the  Betas sons yelling for him to come out and explain why he had been gone for so long and the Hybrid clenched his teeth in annoyance. “care to help me settle the troublemakers?” he asked his mood suddenly sour due to the interruption.

Yuudai nodded as she leaned on him.” I find it helps since its easy to make it with magic but when you make it by hand it brings a deeper connection to your craft” he explained before she then frowned a bit and questioned if he had never felt the transformation before and he gently shook his head.”I was really young when I went thru my first change Ada I don’t remember it but I have heard many stories” he explained before he gave her a soft smile.”Ill be by your side the whole time to guide you thru it” he assured her as he then heard her explain to him that she was a bit jealous of him  since he had his parents and she only had Metallicana and that her birth parents were part of a cult that experimented on children. From the sounds of it they were still doing it which made the Hybrids teeth clench before he sighed.”Ada Im sorry I didn’t mean to dig up old scars forgive me” he said softly as he kneeled down and gently pulled her into a hug to comfort her.

As he watched his mate started in on the betas sons and he smirked as he stood in  the doorway where they would see him but he would only be crossing his arms and smirking as  the betas didn’t want seem to think she was a threat and Yuudai bent down and looked at them then at her.” I wanna see there faces when you mop the floor with them nothing will break their egos more then you kicking their asses” he whispered into her ear and there was a smugness in his tone since he knew she could do it easily. It was then that one of the betas sons spoke.”We just wanted to see what the freak of the village brought back with him” one said while his brother nodded and smirked.”Yeah considering he wasent even that high up in our village its surprising that he came back at all”he added before Yuudai scoffed and smirked at them. “oh it must be important then if the Sons of the Beta Shen came to grace me with their presence” he mocked with a small bow." Tell me are the two of you still tripping over yourselves trying to impress Daddy?” he said with a laugh at the end as the two suddenly growled loudly as that was a humiliating thing to head, it was made worse by the fact that it was true  since Shen was rather demanding and both sons wanted their fathers respect and Yuudai always jabbed them on it.

At the mentioning of him being very lucky since his shifting had happened very young Yuudai could only shrug.”Im not sure to be honest my parents seem to think so but I cant even remember to be sure” he said since all he remembered vaguely was pain and not much more.” Most likely your change will start soon when the moon is at its highest in the sky its when our clans connection to the moon is at its peak so your were blood will surface then and fully awaken.” He explained since he had studied it a bit growing up. Even as a someone who struggled with being shunned he was given a decent education which made him grateful to the elders who wanted him to be given a chance just like everyone else. It was due to that fact that he became so strong and a valued Nu in the pack. As she hugged him back the Hybrid breathed in her scent and sighed. He truly did love her deeply she was a fearsome fighter and not just physically but verbally, but she also showed a soft side to him that he got the feeling many others didn’t see and it made him smile everytime she was like that with him or the triplets.

When the Betas caused trouble he heard Ada say that she would try not to do more then break their egos and that made Yuudai gain a Wolfish grin that unsettled the Twins before them.”Go ahead and do more they deserve it” he said his tone encouraging his mate to be as violent as she wanted as long as she didn’t kill them.” Oh yeah they are constantly fighting over who gets to succeed Daddy dearest and everyone knows they are more then willing to get underhanded to do it” he explained as Ada would then slam her fist into one of their stomachs before wheeling around and hitting the other with her foot and knocking them both down as she aimed to set them straight.”Ada relax these two aren’t worth quiting the company over your jobs got way more value then these scraps of fur” he mocked before he suddenly caught sight of one of the Betas making a subtle hand motions and out of the corner of his eye he saw some movement before he would lash out and snatch a werefox from the edge of his line of vision.” Well well well if it isn’t Yoroi going somewhere?” he questioned as he suddenly stepped out of the door frame and held the darkfox up by his neck.”uh Hi Yuudai your looking…Tall” he said nervously as the hybrid bared his fangs.”im guessing your bosses wanted you here as a backup sadly it didn’t work and now im irritated.” He growled as he coated his arm in metal and would punch the werefox upwards sending him sprawling over Adas head and landing roughly by the Betas Sons.

“you think you can get away with humiliating us Outsider? It doesn’t matter if you’re the giants Mate or not our father will not let this one slide you picked the wrong fight” the one said as he started to back away while the other one glared daggers at the smaller woman and they quickly would pick up the werefox Yoroi and start to hobble away. As Ada would finish mocking them Yuudai smirked.”Nice job dear though I might have to deal with Shen at some point soon its worth it to see the look on their faces” he said with a chuckle.”they still asleep Okaa San” he asked back at the door frame.”Yes dear they are fine infact they look oddly pleased for some reason” Setsuga mentioned as the giant hybrid grinned bigger.”looks like they can sense when mommy and daddy are kicking ass” he chuckeled as he kept his eye on the retreating backs of the three trouble makers. Honestly he should have been more worried but considering this kind of issue was nothing new to him he would let it slide until after Ada had finished shifting and then he would deal with Shen and his sons.

Yuudai bit back a chuckle at his mates words of how her dragon father would have eaten them for their actions, the sight of the look on Adas face instantly made the hybrid realize that the betas sons had stepped over lines that should not have been crossed as they made a mad dash out of the duos line of site, when Ada suggest that she would be liked more then them Yuudai smirked and laughed a bit.”It would be a sight to see that’s for sure and the moon should be up in about an hour” he added as he motioned for her to follow him. He would lead her thru the village with some of them looking at her but none of the looks were demeaning or of disgust just curiosity of a newcomer. After a few moment they would come across a slightly bigger home and the hybrid grab a small rock and then chucked it with enough force that it made a loud noise when it hit the door. As they would wait Yuudais nine tails would swish and move fluidly in the air .

After a moment the door flung open and revealed a large 8 foot tall werewolf with red fur and green eyes that looked at the two of them before scoffing. “Really did you have to use that greeting soldier” he grumbled before Yuudai smirked and shrugged.”Well considering your brats decided to try and piss me and my mate off kinda was to be expected espically considering they threatened my little ones” he explained as Shen huffed.”I told those two to leave children out of squabbles but it seems they cant even learn that Ill have to beat it into their heads again.” Shen said before glancing at Ada.”So you said this is your mate if I may ask how can she handle you considering your size and strength” he said before coughing.”Not to pry just it’s a bit surprising” he explained since most normal human women would have trouble handling the hybrids strength and size among other things.

Yuudai chuckled at his mates question about if the way he knocked was necessary and the Hybrid just shrugged.” Eh its easier this way also depending on who you are Shen can get violent when he opens the door" he explained as the elder Werewolf approached. It seemed that Ada did not take to kindly to being ignored and having the questioned aimed at him that could have been pointed at her and introduced herself as well as flared her power a bit which made Yuudai put a hand on her shoulder.”Easy babe you don’t need flex your power it’s a bit of how many of us were raised he didn’t mean any disrespect” he tried to explained as Shen nodded.”Its something im used to doing since its how I was taught if I meet a couple I address questions to the male its just how I have done things” the Beta added trying to smooth things over.

At her offer to beat up his sons the Beta simply shook his head.”As much as I want to take that offer and no doubt you could if you can handle the this big wall of muscle and fur I should as their father besides it will drive the point home, Id rather not have you do it and risk them getting some stupid idea in there heads for revenge” he explained as Yuudai glanced up in the sky.”Ok we need to be leaving the moons gonna be out soon” he said as he gently motioned for his mate to follow him. The time was getting close and he didn’t want her to start the change out in the middle of the street.
