Arthur is a strange person, to say the least. He was created by combining the heroes and villains of some of histories greatest literary works in order to meet some sort of mysterious goal that has yet to be determined.This in turn has caused for a somewhat disjointed way of both acting and thought. The Three personalities that have come to the fore to form Arthur's general behavior and outlook on life are King Arthur of Camelot, Helen of Troy, and the Alchemist and Sorcerer Faust. At times Arthur can be the bravest and most steadfast of friends, smiling and laughing as he leads those around him straight into the heart of whatever battle and adventure happens to be at hand. During his darker moments, he can be so cruel and heartless as to cast even those he cares about directly into harms way without a thought given to how they might fare. These inconsistent mood swings and the general confusion that spring up from his female appearance cause Arthur to be something of a pain in the neck to deal with but as time goes by and the personalities continue to blend it has become somewhat easier for those who are constant companions to become closer and even influence the moods he exhibits.
In addition to the more obvious things inherited from his literary components, Arthur gained a very solid grasp of the knowledge that they had possessed while in the confines of their books. This makes him a born tactician and leader when presented the opportunity and someone with more than a passing know-how of the basics of magic theory and demonology. In single combat, Arthur can be a true terror to behold as he is not one to show fear in the face of the enemy and is more than intelligent enough to shamelessly trade upon an opponent's weaknesses or play up on imaginary weaknesses of his own. While working with others, Arthur is one to lead from the front and is more than open to accepting advice or even taking orders should the need for such arise.
