Meeting with Friends.

For most people it is very troublesome to travel far distances away from home, just into the blind, not knowing where to go and what to do, but in the same time it is very exciting. In the village, where Lionhorse live, are not many people - mostly elder ones, and nothing unexpected ever happens. Lionhorse has parents, but unfortunately, there are no friends. Without them he felt empty, and that's why he took on an adventure. With parents blessing, Lionhorse stood his steps upon the first train to Magnolia and there his adventure began.

It was really sunny day in town, as sunny, as back at home, but most certainly not so quiet. At Magnolia station there where so many people that Lionhorse never had seen. Each and everyone of them going here and there, carrying luggage from one spot to other. Fortunately, he has no big trucks to carry, just his two staffs and a belt pouch, that contains some money his parents gave him for food or clothing. In order to escape from such loud place, he went forward into the city, through it and then he arrived at town's east forest.

This place looks so, quiet and tranquil. It is even hard to imagine that such quietness exists near the town. Birds singing, sun shinning and wind blowing all of a sudden. By turning his gaze upwards, Lionhorse saw something flying - it looked like a human being, but with wings. He never saw anything like it, and therefore ran after it. It is so interesting - his adventure begins with chasing a flying human being. He thought about that while running, when suddenly he stumbled upon the root of a tree and fell.

"Now, that hurt. I have to be more careful," still a little bit hurt, he thought, and crawled towards the bushes, leaned against them and heard that something has been going on behind them. He carefully got on his knees and raised his head out of the bushes a little bit to look around that area.

Chelvaric had come a long way for a meeting with some important people. He just rose in power and again changed in looks. It was his last change for a long time so he hoped they liked it. he was wearing a black shirt. With a scarf around his shoulders that came to his legs. There were 2 bells on the scarf. Around his neck was his leather collar with another bell. Chelvaric entered the east forest of magnolia. It was a very decent forest and many nice animals lived there. The last time he was here it was for a job with freya they had to take out some Vulcans who captured a girl. But chelvaric wasn’t realy worried about any Vulcans they weren’t a danger to him anymore.

Chelvaric had brought some treats with him so he didn’t come empty handed. He had some presents for his friends. And a some special chocolate dip cookies he made. He ahd sushi and a lot of salad and sandwiches with him. He hoped they would like them and be happy with the present’s. it was the perfect time to catch up with things and to see if everything was good.

He realy looked forward to it as the past time he had traveled alone a lot and missed some company. The return from the demon plane was already a bunch to get over and now he had some feelings inside of him that he had to work out. it was going to be a hard decision and he was being teared up by fear and doubt. Chelvaric shaked his head and returned to the joyful moment the pick nick was supposed to be. Miu wasn’t walking next to him as she was a bit tired and would pop out of her card after they would arrive they also said something about a restyle. He didn’t know what to think about it. chelvaric already picked up the smell of three dragon slayers and walked towards it. three dragon slayers huh. So freya,blanc and heero would be there. He hoped that eternia would be there to and any other friends.

The deep blue abyss of endless sky streched infront of Eternia and Roxy as they raced through the clouds sending Eternia into a frenzy of giggles. She breathed in, her nose filling with the fresh scents of the forest jungle. She looked down to see the dense thicket of green streach below her. "Watch out Roxy, Blanc is close, we need to land" she said patting her friend. The pony snorted, pushing his wings harder, sending Eternia's facial expression to form into a grim. Today was the day of Blanc's picnic. The little Dragon Slayer sure had a lot a courage doing it all by herself, so Eternia decided to help out and bring along some snacks. She turned her head, looking down onto the peaceful earth where she would soon walk. "Eternia, can you see her yet?" Roxy whinnied, flicking his tail in mid-air. Eternia frowned as she patted the Unicorn, her friend, her companion, her partner. Her eyes scanned the area as they reached a small clearing. "Land here, Blanc might be here" Eternia said as Roxy pulled down, landing swiftly on the forest floor. There she was, Blanc and Cheria, the Dragon Pair. Eternia smiled and waved as Roxy cantered over, nearly toppling over the red blanket. "Blanc!"

Freya looked up suprised from where she was sitting cross legged on the grass her hands threaded through the grass beside her. She squinted and lifted a hand watching curiously as the silhoette of a flying girl flew over. Freya blinked suprised confused for a moment but smiling as she saw a flick of a tail and cat ears, she was being carried by an exceed, that must mean she was a dragon slayer! She stood up quickly dusting off her skirt and jogging after the flying girl who was now receeding out of sight. Freya puffed slightly continuing to run after the girl, she started hearing the sound of bushes rustling and a shout; she peered round suspiciously before huffing and jogging off. Freya reached a large tree round about where she saw the girl land. Freya was gave a sigh slowing to a walk and approaching the girl. Freya broke into a grin as she saw Eternia, Blanc and Chev. She skipped over spinning around and hugging all her friends before plonking down and the picnic rug, smiling happily as she waved at them.

When Lionhorse raised his head out of the bushes, he saw a girl with a pet standing next to her. It seems that girl was thinking about something as she set up the place for... picnic? Possibly!!! Whatever was the cause of her actions, soon arrived three other people. One was looking really strange, but in the same time interesting. After that arrived another girl by flying down from the skies to the ground, and after that greeted a girl named Blanc. From the looks of it, it seems that they are really close friends. Lionhorse wanted to greet them as well, but then he saw another person coming from the inside of the forest. And that person, as well as others, also got a basket, rug or something like that.

"I wonder are they really having a picnic.", Lionhorse wondered and then he stood up and went out from the bushes, towards others. As he came closer to them, with smile on face, he said:

"Ammm... Hi..... excuse me, but... who are you people?"

He really wanted to know that, Lionhorse wanted to talk with them, know them better, perhaps, cause he never been outside his small village from whence he come.

"FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO SOMETHING!"
Swoosh.
"STOP THIS THING!"
Swoosh swoosh.
"I'M BLUE ENOUGH ALREADY, I DON'T NEED A CHANGE IN SKIN COLOUR!"
Swoosh.
"Oh just stop whining, will you? I haven't even started up Impact-o-tron's combat systems."
"DON'T YOU FRIGGIN DARE DO TH"
SMACK.
The sound of cracking bricks.
"Please refrain from bleeding on my floor. I already had to clean up what was left of my previous helper, it was quite the revolting experience."
"....Ugh....gee....aint that reassuring."

Alright, let's rewind a bit. Earlier that day Aegis was both bored and practically broke, so taking up a job seemed like a reasonable idea. As it turned out, the only one available at the time was helping out a scientist with testing out his newest invention. What caught the cyan knight's eye was that the pay for the job was atleast 7 times bigger than that of all other jobs he has ever done put together. Even if you're not a hardcore mercenary you would still have trouble ignoring an easy job that offers to pay you enough for an early retirement, but clearly there was a catch. And that was...
"BLOODY HELL, GET THIS GOD DAMNED ROBOT AWAY FROM ME BEFORE IT TURNS ME INTO A POCKET-SIZED ORNAMENT!"
... The fact he had to act as the punching bag for something designed to punch through several buildings at once on minimum power.
"Okay, basic movement systems seem to be working just fine, as is the friend-foe distinguisher sub-system."
"FOE?!? YOU MADE ME A FOE?!? OH YOU SON OF A..."
Smack.
Crash.
Crack.
"Anti-swearing program, checked."
Lying on the floor with a body that was so beat up it was trying to figure out new ways to feel pain, Aegis was using all of his strength to try and stand up, but the most he managed to do was raising himself to a kneeling position. Ofcourse that didn't prevent him from voicing his oppinions.
I swear... if I receive some permanent damage from this thing...
The sound of another heavy hit, followed by the knight being punched through a wall. However, a much greater problem emerged at that point.
"THREAT DETECTED. ENEMY THREAT LEVEL INCREASED TO 'EYESORE'. INITIATING REPULSOR PUNCH SUB-SYSTEM." Yaaaaaaaay! Awesome! Wooo! - the alert spoken by the robotic weapon of destruction, followed by the joyful reaction of it's maker.
"Is this not the best toaster ever?"
"... What?"
Now that he thought about it, Aegis did hear the scientist say that his invention was a "revolutionary breakthrough in toaster technilogy" but that thing was... "Oi! Just how overboard can you go?!?"
But before that question could be answered, Impact-o-tron's heavy metalic hands started to pulse with energy as it charged towards the blue knight. As the distance closed and reaction time was nearly non-existant, there was but one thought in our punching bag's mind.
"Oh f..."

So, if the sky was an endless blue ocean, then what happened at that point would best be described as an involuntary dive. As the accurately named "repulsor punch" landed on Aegis, not one of his bones broke, but to make up for it he was launched so high into the air he could see his guild hall from across the land. Losing sight of the building he was in until moments ago, his graceful ascent took him to the skies above the famous forest in Magnolia before turning into a tumbling fall with a trajectory that seemed to end on a small forest clearing. As the ever-faster approaching ground filled his view, Aegis could do little more than count the seconds until impact.

With the realisation that he was falling face-first, the blue knight twisted his body moments before the "landing" so that he may atleast fall on his back. While that action might have saved his nose from becoming permanently flat, he did have to part with most of his consciousness. With a blank stare towards the now-distant blue skies he remained on the ground.
"Never... doing that... again..."
He did feel slight relief from the fact he was far away from the world's deadliest toaster, however little did he know that the clearing he fell upon was host to a picnic. One which Aegis had unknowingly disturbed.

The sun shone bright.Woah,too bright.The heat wave the Sun gave out that day was too much for a warming light.Too hot that Giyo stepped on shadows of things around,big enough for him to take shades under.The way he hopped from shadows to another looked funny in the public's perspective.Giyo seemed like he was playing lile how children would,jumping from shadows to shadows,taking hop steps.

''Cut it out Giyo,peeps are looking.'' A red cat with flight ability told Giyo to stop,as his actions are gaining attention round the crowd.''But it's too hot.And fun too.Try it Redt.'' The reply was simple,and so was the childish invitation.Redt shook his head.There's no way in the world he would do such embarrassing thing.

''I can't understand you.'' With a glimpse towards the burning sun,Redt's eyelids covered his eyeballs,protecting them from the scorching heat from the light-speed ray.

On that one sunny day, a small closure in the twisty tendrils of Wing's journey appeared in the form of a pleasant forest breeze, and a smile curved its way to her lips, letting it pull down with a content sigh. Closest to actually finding her way around the place, and even more closer to having no encounter of a bandit or whatsoever, was having the cool fresh air give even the tiniest bit of comfort against the fatigue.

"Hmm, this is nice." She whispered, a soft ting echoing in her head as the first spot in the category of 'nicest things to happen on day ten of my trip' being taken promptly by that one, small wind blowing with ease. The silence was pretty too, and Wing seemed to enjoy it. "Might as well start walking ag-"

Swish, swish.

Wing blinks twice, thrice, a few times before turning her head. She eyed the patches of wild bushes scattering the forest floors in suspicion, knowing that the sound was similar to rustling. Then again, Wing was sore all over, maybe it was a product of being tired too much. She pressed her lips into a flat line and decided to ignore it all together.

Wing finds herself halting a bit after a few generous steps away from the bushes, "I really need to start taking breaks." She laughs at this, laughing at how her enthusiasm got her this tired, and this close to titter tottering over the edge of her sanity. Wing sighed.

Suddenly a sound started to rush against her hearing, almost like it was lowering from the sky, like winds being bent and played with. On impulse, Wing ran, and, well, hid under some swirly vines and tree shadows. She had to bend herself horribly, having her legs all cramped in front of her and her back being arched so badly under the small space, but it was better than nothing. Wing had no clear idea as to why she hid though, and it made her slightly consider the fact that she may have grown a tad bit insane. Out from the shadows, a sound of a head being thumped against a hard object echoes, until Wing decided it was safe enough to actually come out.

"Looks like it passed," Wing throws a hand against her head, "This isn't good, I think I should just leave...It'll probably mean the end of me if I sta-" a few faint stepping sounds started to come, from somewhere, but Wing didn't know where exactly. They were barely audible, but, she recognizes a few thumps. Wing's hand started to grip on the handle of her bag, tightly, "How on earth am I hearing these...?"

At the same moment, she could make out voices, and a loud and sharp crash, and then more echoes of some unknown person. "......" A shadow started to loom across her forehead and, in an attempt to calm herself, Wing buries her eyes in a single, gloved hand.

And while Wing tried her best to keep herself from shaking so much, she failed to notice that she was only inches away from the truth, and that she was stuck in the middle of everything, and that the things she were hearing were all normal. Nope, poor girl, she never really had a chance to become mental from the very start.

Insanity could possibly describe how she thought she was going insane, though.
