It was being rather well behaved, only slight whimpers and movements rising from the female's throat the change of pace was rather refreshing. Of course no being with a brain would be able to restrain them self and keep quiet once the horrific centipedes were inside, each little barbed foot pinching and ripping at the tissue and matter within. What only made it worse was the amount of legs and the speed at which they shredded from the inside. Now they had gone down this route there wasn't much left to do, after all more long term methods of torture wouldn't work. What could she to do amuse herself within the next few days? She massaged her own face, the exceed rubbing the muscles of her mouth and jaw slightly to relax them, body straightening and flexing after expelling the creatures a sense of relaxation swept across her as if a motherly figure had tucked her into a warm bed. This bed was one she was fond of indeed, happily seated on the ground as the bakedanuki fought with herself for a few moments, with the arm still pinned to the ground where she had skewered it the frail body had begun to writh, shuddering from the pain as a screech of terror ripped through the air.
"You see that's what I like about this place, nobody comes here, and if they do they're alone and they become mine" Her eyes focused slightly, as if a doctor was watching a patient for symptoms of lying if he thought they were trying to swindle prescription pills out of him Ambrosia's throat vibrated with the soft hum, briefly intercepted a few lyrics the chorus which just got so stuck in one's head
"Madness reigns in the hall of the mountain king" It seemed fitting, such a haunting song about the goblins and devils within a mountainside, it was something she adored, children's songs and stories that were so dark and deep the nursemaids had to sugarcoat the story so they wouldn't scare the little ones. She had gotten used to the screams, guttural sounds erupting from the guild master before her that would have shredded the air around her and brought people for miles to their knees. It was odd, how humans seemed to scream, as if that helped, there was nothing that could remove this pain, no elixir or spell could be cast and even if the body died at this stage the mind would still be scarred. After all, every shadow might look like her, every bug would try and crawl into her organ.
A stray hand, it snapped towards her in a desperate last hope, a refugee from her torture wishing to cause some damage while she could. Thin yet strong the chain in her hand formed, there was something about weighted chains, when thrown against an object if one end was unsecured they would curl around tightening, latching on as if it were some sort of snake the cool metal curled around the elbow of her prey. It had been rather fast, the tailed creature taking a swipe at the exceed who promptly produced a strong chain, flung it around the elbow before grabbing the other end with the length secure in her hands her eyes drifted down to the others. If there was a god in the world who could stand up to the exceed then perhaps this pitiful look would have been enough to sway their cold hearts.
"Really now" The words so cold only added to the sounds, for a landscape which was once so quiet now one woman screaming and another quietly chastising it was the sound of bones crushing that piled on top of that, yet soon enough silence would once more settle. Shards of bones scattered within the elbow, each little sliver of shrapnel mutilating the surrounding muscles further yet it mattered not for the limb was already useless. Discarded she flung it to the side, two mutilated arms, a throat raw from the screams of defeat. What was left?
The shirt was already shredded, the base of her back holding one thing of interest, it lashed back and forth, frantically parting the air as if it could drag itself out from the pain with each movement the soft moonlight silver fur bristling with emotion. The exceed slid slightly closer, her hands caressing the beautiful untouched thing, it was beautiful really. Soft sunset the colouration was rather nice, a swift movement slammed the muscular tail into the ground as she pinned it with her knee.
"I like this, it's rather nice. hey, in exchange for your tail Im going to give you something! There's a song, its been passed along, each time the lyrics vary ever so slightly but there is one passage I just adore- so after I tell you it, Im going to take a couple of your bones and your tail. They'll be well used don't worry" Her fingers counted a couple of knobs of her spine poking out, maybe she could take three and the tail. Turn them into a nice whip or something. Yet this creature which would likely be alive for a few days.
"Oh right my promise" she had absentmindedly started tracing the base of the tail, planning where to slice after all it was such a precious commodity.
"Lyrics are such an amusing thing, everyone hears the same words but interprets them differently. So while I take your mind, I remove your tail, your sanity is scarred for the few remaining days you have just thing of this~ Let me bite him in the haunches! Shall he be boiled into broth and bree to me. Shall he roast on a spit or be browned in a stew pan? Ice to your blood" It was a pretty little thing, the lyrics fitting perfectly with the odd glimpses of the song she had been humming.
It had been peaceful, the exceeds face had returned so a sweet and relaxed form yet now it grew taunt, constricting slightly as her lips drew back to reveal a lashing tongue, the scalpel in her hand bubbled slightly, briefly it returned to a dark blob of matter waiting to be sculpted into her next instrument before forming a hacksaw, rather elegant indeed, Hopefully the screaming wouldn't get any worse, really now it was such a bore having to carefully remove someone's voice box and often one wrong move and they would just die! No, a dead body didn't light her up, it didn't send rushes of euphoria to her mind and spread a heat across her skin
