The plans were laid out before him on blue paper, spread out upon a large desk. Shuhei stood alone in the open lot, near the graveyard where his comrades were buried. On one side, piles upon piles of lumber, nails and other supplies and on the other bricks, mortar and cement. Scattered about were shovels, wheelbarrows and everything else the hardware store owner told Shuhei he needed, which was everything. Over the past few months, Shuhei continued to lend his services as a guildless mage to earn enough money to purchase enough supplies to rebuild the Guild that was torn down. In honor of the comrades he'd lost, he took it upon himself to make sure their memories did not fade and continuing the legacy of Blue Pegasus was the best way to ensure that. Unfortunately, Shuhei couldn't afford workers so he was left to rebuild his guild all alone. He wasn't quite sure where to start though. He'd received some advice from the local contractors so he had some idea. After an hour or so of reviewing the plans, he grabbed a shovel and started to dig. Though he was physically stronger than a regular human, such labor was taxing and took its toll upon the wizard.
His work caught the attention of the local newspaper. His story was one of sorrow, passion and courage which made for a great read. It wasn't long before other towns started to hear about the last surviving member of Blue Pegasus taking it upon himself to rebuild his own guild. The enormous amount of labor he'd put in to the guild was staggering, and yet all he had managed to accomplish was pouring the cement to form the foundation of the guild. He'd barely scratched the surface and after two months of hard labor, it seemed as though the guild would never be finished. Even so, Shuhei persisted and continued to work day and night, rain or shine, eating when he needed to and sleeping under the stars. His determination to rebuild his guild touched the hearts of many across Fiore and many traveled to Clover to offer their support.
