Dutifully she stood, lingering under a lamp post that feebly tried to light the excessive darkness. The ground was powdered with black snow, the moon eerily radiating a non light that made no sense to her. 7 didn't deal well with unexplainable, nonsensical things. Dr. Raelin had spent twenty minutes explaining to her that she really wasn't asleep, and that indeed this was just another thing that had little to no logical or reasonable explanation. He personally suspected a lacrima or a non Magical Council ran Etherion weapon of some sort to pose some semblance of an explanation, but the fact still remained that no one knew and he'd picked up a job for 7 to go find out. The job wasn't really super specific. Looking into the moon pollen, maybe find its source? Take care of any odd creatures born under this mysterious negative light. The instructions had this particular lamp post as the meeting place for what 7 assumed was a group that would undertake his task. It was probably posted multiple places in hopes that a group might fair better against any threats.
The lab-created girl had also heart rumors of personality changes in mostly everyone, making even the most sought after, reliable mage the exact opposite. The job boards were chaos. Some legal mages were causing trouble and dark mages were saving people. The strong became weak and vice versa. Still others lost access to their proper magic, or just lost all motivation to aid anyone in anything. The pollen didn't seem to have that effect on her. Was it because she wasn't an average human? Perhaps she had enhancements or genetically modified components that made her immune? It wasn't her place to dwell on it, so she didn't. She would be her most useful self in such a scenario, and since that was her prime directive for existence, this was essentially Christmas for the clone. While that emotion didn't manifest on her face, nor was she actually excited, she did seem a little at ease and a tad more eager to get on with the task.
The worst thing that could happen right now was no one showing up. How could she be truly of use if there was no one to use her. Dr. Raelin and by proxy whoever sent the job request to begin with might find her helpful solo, but that wasn't the same as being in the trenches with someone who could directly feel just how needed she could be. It would be a disappointment, for sure...but also a bit normal. Somehow group jobs almost always ended up solo, for all the weight to rest on her shoulders while no one felt the full brunt of her effort. Maybe she'd wait just a few moments longer...
