Strengths:

Abilities:
Legendary Eminence: This item's ability has a number effects:

• Whenever someone other than the wielder sees this marking, they immediately gain the knowledge that the wielder is connected to the proud race of Dragons in some manner.
  
• Continuously leaks a dominating presence in a 10m radius.
  
• The wielder gains the ability to morph into a smaller humanoid form. This transformation does not alter any of the user's parameters, making it an aesthetic ability to a certain extent. (But you know that it's either going to be a trap or loli because I can't help myself)
  
• -50% Spell Cost
