To describe Today's Forecast as a weather magic is a bit of an understatement. It'd be in the same vein as calling the planet a rock: accurate, but you're playing it down a bit. It's magic that encompasses all the natural forces of the earth. This includes any natural disaster one can think of, from rain to meteor showers.
Lineage: Eater of Dreams
♢ Firn - The user can take advantage of the "residual magic" in the world, the unused energy that is always lost through all sorts of transfers of magical nature. It is of no real detriment to the world at large seeing as many already harness such energy, but the user simply does so much more directly. This grants them a passive 60% MP buff and a 5% MP regen.
♢ Hyetal - This magic grants the caster extensive information about several factors of their surroundings such as humidity and temperature. This allows them to have a full grasp of the world within 100m of them. Sources of life, magic, and other details will be made apparent as long as its within range. In addition to this, they are also granted a 5% HP regen every post.
♢ Perigee - Today's Forecast is deeply attuned to the world, meaning that the user can use their magic no matter where they are. Places like the Neutral Ground that are devoid of ethernano will not prevent the user from casting their spells. This also grants the user a passive 5% HP regen every post.

- ♢ Cold Front - As a magic pertaining to the weather, Today's Forecast grants the user the ability to predict natural weather patterns. This can occur through a kind of "intuition" or just signs that the user picks up through their enhanced sensitivity to humidity and such. Additionally, if the caster so pleases they can influence the weather however they wish. (This ability is purely for cosmetics and can never be used against players, player-owned NPCs, or Event NPCs without explicit OOC permission.)
