Lineage Name:
Crystallized Record
Wielder:
Eversum
Purchase Proof:
boop
Description:
Eversum isn’t a human but is instead an inorganic being wearing a fleshy shell. If you were to actually pinpoint her “real” body, it’d be the crystal in her chest. This is called her “record”, acting as the house of her soul, memories, and everything else that makes her ego. Her human appearance was just a product of creating a body using the record crystal as its center. And as the physical manifestation of her soul, the record is functionally indestructible, but its capacity isn’t infinite. The moment memories are more than 25 years old, they are automatically disposed of to make space for new ones. This includes the notions, ideas, thoughts, and emotions associated with said memories. So while Eversum is positive she’s much older than the average person, the only thing left of her previous lifetimes is her name.
Abilities:
✶ Brilliant Glass:
Making use of her large amount of experience with money, Eversum may negotiate for higher payments when completing jobs. This grants her a 100% jewel bonus when turning in a job along with a piece of custom equipment of equal rank to said job. This equipment may be traded between the player's character, but may not be given or sold to other players or any shops. [2 effects]
✶ After the Rain:
Eversum has long forgotten her previous magical capabilities, but she is still able to intuitively give herself more flexibility when using magic. This grants her 5 extra normal spells slots and 5 extra advanced spell slots for one of her magics. While the normal spell slots adhere to spell caps for ranks, the advanced spells are distributed independently from the already existing advanced spells. They will still be subject to advanced spell slot limits but are counted separately from the native spell slots. Eversum also gains 2 additional signature spells and 2 additional advanced spell slots for one magic. Both of the signature spells cap at S rank and one advanced spell caps at S+ rank while the other one caps at H+. But despite this, Eversum lacks in the physical department, preventing her from benefiting from an increase to strength under any circumstances. [7 effects, 1 drawback]
✶ Cloudy Structure:
The fact that Eversum's human body was created with her crystal record as a base led to differences between her and a normal mage's innate abilities. Due to this, her base MP, base Spell Damage, base Spell Durability, and base Magic Sensory Range are all increased by 50%. But as a trade-off, her base Speed, base Strength, and base HP are all decreased by 50%. Additionally, she is unable to benefit from any buffs to HP under any circumstances. Another side effect of Eversum's odd biology is the fact she cannot benefit from increases to both magical and physical resistance. Along with this, she also has a permanent 100HP decrease to her base HP. [4 effects, 3 drawbacks]
✶ Vivid Streak:
As someone who previously took the form of various inanimate objects, Eversum has an inherent connection with the equipment under her possession. This grants one piece of equipment across all her magics associated with a Holder magic 2 additional abilities equal to the user's rank, capping at S rank. [1 effect]

- Plot Abilities:
- ✶ Immortal Luster:
Eversum isn't positive if she has an expiration date, but it's clear that it's no time soon. And despite the fact she eats, sleeps, and breathes just like any other person, doing so isn't necessarily required for her to survive. She doesn't age and lack of nutrition only decreases the health of her body, but won't lead to her death. And even when her HP hits 0, Eversum's body will simply reduce to only her record, allowing her body to regenerate by the time the next thread occurs.
✶ Opaque Prism:
As long as it's an event that happened within the 25 years captured in her record, Eversum can recall it flawlessly. In addition to this, she can choose to permanently designate a portion of her record for a memory, notion, idea, etc. However, this subtracts from the space left for creating any new memories. Eversum may also manually remove things from her memory if she so chooses to.
