Though... even that fell short quickly. Screaming and yelling bursted out, forcing her to jump in the fear of the moment. Rocks pelting her head and body, but her own refused to guard itself from the incoming projectiles. Her own voice tried to scream out to plead... nothing. As if her voice was stripped from her, she was silent, unmoving to a crowd of torches and instruments knowing they’d be used on her to try and finish her off. A sudden swift moving object swung towards her, and in a huge rush of instinct, a loud scream forced her arms over her head and her eyes shut. Her body quaking with fear, she felt nothing happen. The voices? Nothing. There were no sounds, no shadows casted over her but from the clouds that blocked out the sun in the moment.
Finally after a moment of her fearing in a huddled up ball, she looked up. There wasn’t a single person around... that’s when she knew it happened again. Ever since she’d left the unknown forest, she’d started to feel the fear that was welled up inside of her starting to turn into delusions. In the course of only a few weeks they’d boiled over into a fear that caused her to flee. Unable to see another person, even her own companions without succumbing to a fearful episode caused her to isolate herself into places where she’d thought nobody could find her. But, no matter that, there were things that didn’t add up about it that started to drive her to a point where her fear of people was able to worsen. Growing into a manic state where she was seeing all too real delusions of people mobbing after her and her body seeming to react as though it were defenseless had nearly broken her. It was a struggle to have come as far as she did before, doing what she was doing, but there was no explanation as to why this began to happen again. It.. almost felt as though it was clouding her memories as well. Being the last thing she could remember was running from the little town she grew up in.
But.. every once in a while she had these small flashbacks of a large claw.. or wings? Unexplainable to her in the moment, she had no realization that through the tattered clothes in several places, one left three large gash marks into the earthen body of the elemental. Where she was? It was unclear, but as frightened as she had been, it was sure that she wouldn’t be easy to approach either.
