Okay! Welcome and let me just say now that I have as little clue as to what Im doing as you do! Read over the Sign up thread or message me on discord if you're confused ♡
tldr : everyone should be waiting at the gate, or arriving at the gate! picnic hampers with food are there and we're about to go down to the meadow area where for a few posts we'll frolic and eat before plunging down into a random cave system! But otherwise just have fun and look for cues from me or rin/theo as to when the different stages of the job start!
Please, mention to me if you have a golden lacrima or a lineage ability that increases jewel \o/

It had been a little turbulent of late, without doubt many of the members had begun to feel a little disconnected, perhaps from themselves, the meaning of the guild or from him- the Guildmaster. As odd as it was to think about that's what he was now, Desiree had decided to return home to the realm of the crystals, he didn't know much about the place but it left him without a method to even contact her. So he was here, filling the shoes, the high heels worn by his mentor with the help of two rather sugary teammates. He had faced problems before, yet now there was one not about the ratio or concentration of an acid he was adding to an experiment but about the deep set emotion of so many on board the flying city, guild mates, artists, mothers and fathers with their children, the little churches on board which held school classes for the children so they could learn life skills. They all deserved something, something which he had the power to give them. After conversing with the captain they had settled upon a plan, Captain Bojangles for such a small feline he sure could deal a great punch, metaphorically of course for it was the exceeds initial idea which had led him back to the plan. Exploration, it was why everyone gathered, the artists only came here so they could use the exploration, the new scenery or stories as muse and motivation, but the explorers were the ones who risked themselves to carve out maps that had never been made before. That was the heart of the guild, so that was what would lead them towards something which would uplift spirits. They had stood over a table, just him and the pastel grey cat moving around the map which had been crested as the guild ship and their occupants had travelled around every path. Somewhere that would unite them a little, the perfect place where everyone could have their moment, silent forests for those who adored poetry, landscapes that could steal away an artists heart and soul whilst there were silent meadows to act as a musicians stage. The blue light of the digital map under his fingers hummed slightly, a warming feeling of hope connecting him to the plans which were unfurling like the ferns of a deep green.

They had found the place, needless to say the atmosphere on the ship was not settled in the slightest for everyone who had their sight was able to gaze across the floating sky islands which passed them by. Small and big they each appeared so different, whilst one was overflowing with vibrant leaves and trees there was another so different that it had the guilds namesake- a flurry of crystals growing down the sides of it. yet they were headed towards one of the larger ones, it was much like the lands of fiore in one way, with soft grass and clovers padding the floor and a swirling mixture of natural greens and watery blues. Bojangles expertly piloted the ship down, softly landing he barely knew that they had settled atop a lake, the great staircase reaching down as each step was lowered into place, it really was magical, everything about this ship was simply superb. Yet that wasn't any reason to delay a picnic! He had left Theo and Rin in charge of getting everyone ready, each of them fit rather well into the assigned roles as Theo had been assigned to checking in with the kitchens that everything had been packed into small picnic hampers everyone could take down to the sweet little meadows. On the other hand Rin with her eternal patience, well he had asked that she would corral the guild around, pick up the picnic baskets and be waiting by the gate of the guild ship. he wouldn't be saddened if either failed, after all none of the trio had done anything like this, and whilst the local 'police' were out taking care of the idiotic poets who were prancing about those who bore a swan tattoo would be having a rather wonderful little picnic in a meadow of flowers fully enjoying themselves. yes they would.

Feet clattered up the stairs and across cobbles, with the safety procedures slowly running through the motions and the ship mid-landing there was little he could do other than gather with the rest of his guildmates and hungrily stare at the muffins, waffles, fruits, sandwiches or whatever other treats had been places in his picnic basket. Even without the magical aspects of the ship he was just so glad that they had the kitchen they had, for it was wondrous. Hair swirling as if it were the aftereffects of a blizzard he nearly ran straight past the kitchens, only briefly calling out "Theo! Lets go!" He didn't even know if the Jello mage was in there, but the picnic baskets were likely waiting at the front gate which meant that Theo was either there or had snuck back to the kitchen for a small snack. He had slowed to a slow trot, exchanging the odd smile and wave with people around him as the guild master made his way towards the gathering of mages. "Picnic time! We're just going to go down to some meadows close by that are pretty! There's food in baskets so make sure you take a basket. Um, chat I guess, get to know each other and has anyone else seen Rin or Theo?" He spoke a little fast, perhaps from his brisk pace earlier or it may have been from worry. A slight chuckle sounded as he queried the location of his friends, they could have been lost in a crowd, Rin might have been poking a cute frog in a bush and knowing Theo he could be sleeping in one of the now empty picnic baskets. "I'm Lester Drynedi! I know you all know me since I'm, well I'm the guild master but perhaps it would be a good idea if we each just shouted out our name on the way." It was awkward, for sure, yet that was just their style. When everyone was gathered and ready he didn't doubt that one of the more enthusiastic members would start running down the stairs onto the island. After all with an alluring green meadow not too far in the distance and wonderful scents rising from where delicious food was horribly imprisoned within baskets, it could drive any man mad.

    I'll be here...
    Elvira Arcade
Elvira's short, brown, hair blew gently in the breeze as she hung from the outermost edge of the Crystalli; arms hooked around the thick rope beyond the gate to keep her from plummeting down as she leaned over the side. She'd opted to wear her overall shorts today, one strap was left unbuttoned and dangled down, whipping with the movement of the massive ship. Underneath she wore a faded and cut-off Sorceror Magazine t-shirt. The islands, that drifted lazily by beneath them like leaves floating on a sea of clouds, reflected in the pools of her eyes. The junior members who had the unenviable task of guarding the gate had long ago stopped trying to prevent the headstrong woman from engaging in this dangerous pastime, encouraged by repeated knocks to the head --fortunately she was on watch today anyways, she wanted to take in the breadth of the crystals from the best seat on the ship. Clouds began to give way as the Captain piloted the ship towards a large lake on one of the more massive islands, spurring a flurry of activity at the gate.

"Picnic time! We're just going to go down to some meadows close by that are pretty! There's food in baskets so make sure you take a basket. Um, chat I guess, get to know each other and has anyone else seen Rin or Theo?" She heard Lester doing his best impression of a shout in his rather soft-spoken way and tilted her head to better angle her ear in that direction without taking her eyes off the sky sea.

With a sigh she yanked her arms forwards, causing her body to lift away from the beautiful void and tilt backwards over the docking rope so that she was looking, upside down, through the bars of the gate.

"Rin got up at some hideously early hour this morning to help with preparations...at least I think it was Rin...there was significantly less wall-crashing than when Theo sleeps over --Lily was home too, Theo doesn't usually stay there by himself when Lily is home...too dangerous. So she's probably around here somewhere..." She said with a yawn as she flicked her wrist, causing a small, silver, key to appear in her hand which she used to summon a small Nikora. "Would you mind grabbing us a basket darling?" She asked while extending her hand to rub it's head. The shaking creature gave a cheerful thumbs up and marched back to the main group, easily slipping through the bars and into the field of food containers. It began riffling through the absurd amount of picnic bundles, presumably attempting to determine which was best, unaware that they were all likely the same --allowing, of course, for the variation that would no doubt arise from Master Chef Theo Silversong coordinating in the kitchens.

"I'm Lester Drynedi! I know you all know me since I'm, well I'm the guild master but perhaps it would be a good idea if we each just shouted out our name on the way." The guild master continued.

"Elvira" She said, projecting her trained voice back towards the group without really shouting. She threw up a V sign with her fingers from her bewildering upside down position before swinging herself back to continue watching the landing.

The Nikora seemed satisfied with the basket that it had just managed to pull itself out of after accidentally tumbling in during some slight turbulence and hefted it over his head as he ran back to Elvira, setting it down beside her weather-beaten backpack. The small Celestial glanced nervously over the edge of the ship before carefully sitting down beside the card wizard, his curiosity apparently trumped his fear of heights as he joined Elvira in silent contemplation of the scene below. The clouds had turned to clear blue water at some point when Elvira had stopped paying attention and the stairs were extending down into the placid, glassy surface of the lake.

Elvira sighed and swung herself back to the "safe" side of the rope and kicked the ornate lever that lowered the guide rail on her way back to the gate, leaving the Nikora to act as a sentry for her belongings. She unlocked the small door to allow access through the gate's otherwise massive frame and slipped back inside before using the same key to active the mechanism that would have the main body of the egress point opened shortly. She leaned back against one of the gatehouse's outer walls and watched the proceedings as the ship's landing procedures concluded, opening the way to the grassy meadow below.

When the balance of power shifts, it's good to assert the concrete leadership. This seemed to be, at least in part, what sparked this sudden guild event coordinated by the new leader of this guild: Lester Drynedi. Vincent's interactions with the gardening expert on board the Crystalli were limited, though quite positive. He had worked with the slayer to break a curse put upon the Haunted Village at an earlier time and found the white haired summoner to be both intelligent and capable. As such, he was pleased with whom Desiree had left the guild. While he didn't exactly want to participate in such a rowdy guild event, he felt a bit of an obligation to Crystal Swan to come. Now, the white haired scholar found himself among a small crowd of his fellow guild mates who were all listening to the new leader speak. Lester asked that they all shout their names, presumably to make sure that everyone in the guild knew how to refer to their fellow members. The first voice to respond was one he knew well - Elvira. Due to recent events, Vincent felt as though it wouldn't be odd to join her in a capacity that wasn't strictly business. The young mage disappeared from sight and reappeared next to the gate leading off the ship while watching Elvira swashbuckle her way around the ship before finally opening the gate. His picnic blanket and food were safely tucked away in the same place he kept his weaponry, for the mage preferred to travel light. Eventually, the gate was open and Vincent found himself standing next to the "Good to see you acting recklessly as always, Elvira. I hope you don't mind if I join you for this little social gathering that Lester has planned for us."

The Jello man had done his assigned task very well, if he said so himself. He might have gotten a later start than Rin, since he wasn't a morning person, but the fact remained that he gave it his all to personally inspect every single basket to make sure their top chef packed enough food. He also had a lot of say in the food, so while there was something for everyone, there might be more sweets present than in a normal packed lunch. Aaand...possibly he'd made more work for the poor chef than necessary, since he kept snagging muffins and snacks before they made it to the baskets, causing a little of a kerfuffle. Really, kerfuffle should be his middle name.

Nothing could ever go smoothly for him, though. Because he'd been unable to restrain himself from repeatedly sampling the chef's nommy creations, when Rin had fetched said baskets, they were short a few! Panic set in and he finally stopped munching, helping the bedraggled ship foodmaster whip up the last batch of sandwiches, muffins, cakes, and sides. Baking with Lester had really helped him be more useful in the kitchen, so before long he was hoofing it to the gates with the last of the required baskets, looking a little tired and stressed, as well as dusted with powdered sugar. There was even a smear of blueberry jam across his cheek, but the grinning man couldn't care less. His heavy footfalls approached the appropriate area just in time to hear the last of Lester's words. "Theo is here!" he whooped, appearing in a whirl of chaos as he usually did, losing his footing just as he reached his destination. Luck would have it that none of the baskets of food were harmed in his tumble.

Scrambling up, he approached his squad mate and new guild master, though his eyes scanned the crowd. Obviously first in his mind was his lovely lady friend Rin, but he also noted her room mate Elvira and good ol' Vincent were within sight. He waved at them vigorously. "Elvi! Vincent! I'm glad you two came out," grinned the young man impishly, having half a mind to join them. Maybe once he located his love. Just as Lester had asked if anyone saw his squad mates, Theo asked him nearly the same thing. "Have you seen Rin?" inquired the ace, producing a lovely muffin for his close friend. He had another for the innocent bean, should he ever lay eyes on her.

    Beaux Phacelia
Warm sunlight glowed through the long elegant curtains of a fancily adorned room, falling gently across the crisp sheets of a large bed and the man laid beneath them. Beaux’s thoughts moved slowly in his state of partial sleep, as if stuck in a jar of honey. The comfort of his bed pulled the angel back towards the pleasant realm of sleep, yet something nagging in the back of his head kept him right on the brink. His pale brow furrowed gently over eyelids adorned with long, thick lashes. What am I trying to remember, and why? It has to be something important…, he thought, reaching back into his memory in search. I remembered to feed Lisette, clean my desk, and wake up in time for the guild picnic… WAIT!

Beaux’s eyes snapped open and with a dramatic gasp he sat up in the cushiony bed, sleep suddenly but a distant memory. "I'm going to be late to the picnic!" Adrenaline and panic coursed through his veins as the mage darted around his room, attempting to put on clothes and fix his soft silver hair into a neat fashion. He couldn’t afford to miss this event, as he had not been in Crystal Swan very long and desired greatly to get to know some of his guildmates. Guildmates. The word soared in his mind in elation as he retrieved his pet snake Lisette, affectionately nicknamed Gucci, and stumbled for the exit. The thought of not being alone -maybe even having friends - for the first time in many years gave Beaux the pulse of excited energy he needed to limp along the corridor at top speed. Being a nomad was certainly a lonely lifestyle, so he craved any social interaction he could obtain.

The angel attempted to pull his favorite cobalt hoodie over his head and folded wings as he climbed the stairs from the bottom of the flying ship. Gucci uncoiled herself from around his arm and raised into the air with freshly sprouted wings, flying steadily by the angel’s side as he skidded to a stop in the main room of the Crystalli. “Just in time!” Beaux hummed happily to himself as his eyes scanned the room. So many new potential friends! Icy blue eyes took in the sight of a mage with a muffin in his hands and another with white hair whom the rest of the mages seemed to be paying attention. Two mages stood beside the gate, seemingly conversing. As Beaux finished glancing over the rest of the mages, the smell of pastries, sweets, fruit, and sandwiches reached his nose just as he spied the large picnic baskets gathered in the room. Oh, what a day this would be! All the wonderful things flooding in through his senses almost made the angel forget about the twinge of pain in his crippled leg from moving so swiftly.

Gucci produced Beaux’s long wooden cane from her mouth with her handbag-like ability. The angel grabbed the item and smiled gratefully at his serpent companion. Sweeping silvery hair aside, he raised his cane in greeting to his guildmates. “Beaux is here!” came the delighted trill, accompanied by a dazzling smile.

"Oh dear! Please be careful Mrs. Crawford! I wouldn't want you to fall and hurt yourself!" Rin cooed, an arm resting gently around the older woman, keeping her stable as she shuffled slowly through the streets. It was the day of Crystal Swan's big picnic, and the young woman was busy as ever! "Thank you, dear! I should be fine from here!" Mrs. Crawford gushed gratefully, giving Rin a light pat on the shoulder before continuing on her way. "You have a great day, alright?! And say hello to Prissykins for me!" Rin had learned a lot about the residents on the Crystalli now that she had become an ace. It was actually a lot of fun! Though, sometimes it could be a bit tiring! "Whew... Okay... I think everyone should be on their way to the meeting spot now... Do you have those picnic baskets, Lily?" She asked, looking at the checklist in her hands before turning towards her bunny cat companion. Nodding excitedly, Lily pointed her tail towards the pile of baskets that she had carried. This was going to be such an amazing day!

"C'mon Lily! I think we might be a little bit late already! Gosh, this is really embarrassing!" The peach haired mage bumbled, carrying a few of the picnic baskets with her as she jogged. Lily tried her best to keep up, but the baskets she was carrying were dragging her down a bit! "Rin, dear! Would you mind slowing down just a bit!? These are a tad bit heavy!" Lily called after her, grunting with effort as she tried to keep herself afloat in the air. But Rin was too nervous to listen to her pet's complaints. It was rude for an ace of a guild to show up late to something like this! She had to learn to be more professional now!

Finally reaching the meet up spot, the girl dropped the picnic baskets, being a bit more reckless than she should have been. There was good food in there! "I swear, Rin. Next time you ask me to help you with something like this, I'm just going to tell you to talk to the tail!" Lily grunted, dropping the baskets a lot more delicately than Rin had, before turning around to groom the ball of floof that she called her tail. Rolling her eyes, the ace ignored the protests, and decided to make her way through the crowd of people. She hadn't been there to hear Lester's instructions, so, of course, she found a way to make a fool of herself. "Heyyyyy!~ Lesterrr!" She yelled excitedly, waving her arms and jumping up and down. "I got the baskets! Did you need anything else?!"

Post by Sayuri Katsuya 26th August 2018, 12:38 pm

Sayuri watched the apparent chaos from where she was lurking on the side, dangerously close to the edge of the ship. She'd gotten there before most of the crowd, she thought, but then again, she hadn't been paying much attention. She had this thing about being late though- she absolutely hated it! So when she'd heard there would be a guild picnic, she knew she couldn't embarrass herself by being the last one there. Or worse yet, miss it entirely. Of course, that had made her lean in the opposite direction, and she'd gotten there too early instead. So she'd been lurking around the edge of the ship, watching the landscape pass beneath them while staying just far enough away to avoid making anyone nervous.

At least she hadn't been bored waiting. There was certainly a lot to see here. They'd been flying over some floating islands, and that was certainly a sight to see. Beautiful, grassy landscapes, the wildflowers, lakes, waterfalls cascading straight off the islands themselves and disappearing from view far, far below. And all of that had been complimented by a beautiful view of the sunset. Definitely worth getting up early, at least.

She knew a few of her guild members, and even gone on jobs with a couple, but she didn't know most of them that well, so she had decided she ought to come along and meet new people. That was an interesting prospect, of course. Sayuri was generally a rather shy person, and not very good at, well, talking to people. Then again, perhaps that made this little picnic all the more important, since she would never approach them on her own. And she supposed it was equally important for their new guild master. He needed to see that the guild supported his leadership, so she'd turned up to do just that.

Of course, she doubted anyone would have seen her yet. For one, she'd been standing a bit apart from the crowd. But she was also someone who was used to blending into the background. She'd been told a number of times that she was, well, unremarkable. Of course, the people who'd told her that weren't the most reliable of sources, but it seemed to have proven true so far. Well, she supposed it was time to make her presence known.

Taking a deep breath, she stepped forward, brushing her long brown hair out of her eyes. She was wearing a kimono, like usual, one of her nice ones for the special occasion- blue with some floral designs and a wide magenta obi. She adjusted said obi self-consciously, then decided she ought to introduce herself.

"Hello. I, uh... I'm Sayuri. Sayuri Katsuya."

She trailed off awkwardly. Needless to say, her social skills left a little to be desired. She'd spoken quietly- she usually did- so she wasn't sure if anyone had even heard her. But that would have to be good enough. She shuffled forward, snagging one of the picnic baskets, without bothering to check what was inside. She wasn't too picky about food, and besides, if she wasn't the one paying for it she was hardly going to complain. She was sure whoever packed the food was a good enough cook.

She glanced around, realizing that she only recognized a few people, and only in their official capacity. Lester was the guild master, of course, and she recognized Rin and Theo as the guild aces. That was about it. Still, she made a point to take mental notes of the names that were mentioned. It wouldn't do very well if she had to talk to them later and couldn't remember their names. Of course, she might just do that anyway, since she was bad at remembering names.

Still, she supposed she ought to try to talk to someone, so she turned to the closest person who wasn't already engaged in conversation, which happened to be a white-haired man, whose name was... She searched for it for a moment... Beaux.

"Hello! Beaux, right! I'm Sayuri. Nice to meet you!"

Yeah, okay, that was awkward. That was what she got if when she tried to interact with people. She sighed. Well, it was what it was. Perhaps this might help her improve her social skills a little bit, although she suspected she might be a little bit beyond that.

Post by Rosabell 26th August 2018, 4:12 pm

A large grin was adorned upon Rosa's face as she walked down the street with a noticeable pep in her step. She hadn't really been out much lately, mostly due to her pounding herself into the ground with training. After her encounter with..that woman, she realized how much she needed to improve. The only legitimate attack she had gotten off during their whole bout was a double suicide move, and if Fenrir didn't take control of that situation she probably wouldn't be standing where she was right now. Still, locking yourself away from the world for almost two weeks was not really good for your health, especially when you are a generally social person like Rosabell was.

Image her surprise when the perfect solution to rectify her recent lack of human communication. In light of the new Guildmaster being appointed Crystal-Swan was hosting a giant picnic on some unknown remote island. Not only would this allow her to meet all sorts of new people, but at the same time her desire to be in a social environment would be fulfilled. Plus..free delicious home-cooked food. Of curse she loved to make things for herself, especially more exotic and rare things, However having others make food for everyone to share just made the experience more..familial, and that is exactly what she joined the guild for in the first place.

Upon arriving at the desired location she immediately ran over to the edge of the ship to peer over the side, letting her eyes twinkle with wonder as the ship passed over various islands the reflection of the giant construct against the water painting a beautiful picture. Thankfully she was able to hear Lester's voice ring out amongst all of the commotion, it seemed she had arrived right on time for once.

She payed half an ear as he spoke using the rest of her attention to scan the area for any familiar faces. She saw Elvira the tour guide lady that had introduced her to the guild when she had first arrived, as well as Sayuri whom she had actually done a couple jobs with, finding her to be a quirky yet reliable friend to have. the rest of the noticeable faces she had seen she had never met personally, although she was sure they were people she would meet in the future and come to at least be acquaintances with.

When everyone started to call out their names in response to Lester's asking, Rosa wasted no time in calling her out her own. "Rosabell Belladona!" As she said this she would pump her fist in the air, her voice loud and full of enthusiasm with a certain twinkle in her eye.

She knew proceedings and introductions were still going on, so she decided to go converse with people she knew. Elvira was pretty far away from her position, and another man already seemed to be speaking to her. So her only other target was Sayuri, who was also attempting to speak with someone, but she seemed to be lacking a little confidence. Rosa being the amazing and benevolent person she was, decided that assisting was the best course of action. The poor lass was struggling, and she as a responsible and knowing individual would come to the rescue. Not a single movement was wasted as she briskly approached the duo, near silently popping up behind Sayuri despite her rather boisterous personality. "Heya Sayuri! Also, hi person I don't know!" Her speech came out a bit louder than she intended, and she hoped she didn't scare the poor girl along with Beaux. She herself was jump-scared pretty easily, and she wasn't all that sure about the other disposition towards situations like that.

A slight snuffling sound emerged from the males cloak, it was not too odd for the mage to have creatures within and this was one of the more common ones. Spring green fur poked out the side of his coat, a cloud creeping in-between the mountains, val. The sweet sloth he had at his side vibrated happily, she was a wonderful companion- gave him mushrooms, looked adorable and kept him warm. The fur under her chin was soft as he stroked, coaxing the sloth out and onto his shoulders the creature stretched out, her body merging into one long colour then into a scarf Lester smoothed the material around his neck to ward off the chance of a vague wind. Many of the guilds members had gathered which indeed he was thankful for, some wore expressions of joy, hope of what was to come and energy behind their smiles whilst others were a little more reserved, he didn't blame them for a gathering of Crystal Swan members would have worried him when he was younger too. Not that he was too old now.

It was faded, the logo and image not drawing his eye as the t-shirt fluttered softly. Elvira, she seemed to know something thankfully, after all it would be hard to look after the guild without the help of those two. That being said the duo might just add to the madness. It made sense, "Thanks Elvira! Hopefully they'll be around soon." He watched for a moment as the summon came forth, she had rather nice summons, that was one thing he was always interested by was how everyone was connected with different summons. Some called from the stars whilst others summoned forth creatures not known to these lands. Yet it gave him a moment to cast his gaze across the others, any late comers could always catch up, perhaps it would be smart to leave a trail of forget me nots so they wouldn't lose their way. A voice called out, a herald to the baked goods it was one that he was always happy to hear. After all no matter how serious the mission something interesting always happened. Often Theos antiques almost caused the slayer to have a heart attack. During that psychedelic pussycat swingers club job they had gone on for the magic council he had been attacked by one of those treasure seeking creatures! After all even little monsters could see that his squad mate was a person to be treasured.

"Rin? Yes somewhere, I guess?" Voice trailed off softly as his mind went over to one of the newer arrivals, soft silver hair was an odd combination with a bright hoodie. Beux, he hadn't been able to meet everyone sadly, and this was just one of those guild members who he hadn't. There was something angelic, a little too much perfection for someone with a crippled left leg. Yet he had a pet, which was warming to the heart for only those with a good spirit would keep an animal as a pet and companion not a slave. Rin, yes, his ace. It would be best to set off soon but there wasn't a chance of leaving her behind. Soft thumps sounded close by as the catlike rabbit, or rabbitlike cat carefully set some of the last baskets down. Rin had clumsily let them drop but the male had no doubt that the chefs had packed everything carefully when gathering the baskets together. "Rin! Lily hey! Thats everything~ thanks for the help!" It tugged at the corners of his mouth, the smile widening as the duo entered the scene, Lily was more accepting of him now, but it was lily after all so he didn't expect her to shower him with adoration. Right, baskets, yes, aces yes, members- yea. He was glad to see them there, Elvira and Vincent conversing. The angel guy, that was, Rosa something? and Sayuri. Fingers softly tucked the mass of white hair behind his ears as he stepped down from the steps, wandering closer with his senses perked to listen to those who would hopefully introduce themselves. It would be rather embarrassing to forget some names but this would be a good chance to analyse those who had gathered, get a feel for the place.

There was the angelic Beux, with hair of spun silver clouds and a smile of the brightest moon with his cane and leg. Energy, she was like a summers storm waiting to break through the skies with its lightening, yet not a dark one. Rosabell Belladona. Rosabell, that was it. She approached someone who he vaguely recognised, soft brown hair on the edge of the crowd. She would have done well in the spying industry for the magic council for at first he had hardly given her a second glance. Yet now he could see the heritage, beautiful clothing it materiel was something he could appreciate for the floral design was rather alluring. Sauri Katsuya, she was chatting with the silver cloud boy Beux, and the energetic Rosa had gone over to join the duo.  There were enough of them to start, yet how would one get their attention without being too rude, a slight cough sounded from within yet it was hardly loud enough to be heard if one were right next to him, he would have to use magic then. Dainty, they would have been beautiful to wear in ones hair, soft little flowers in shades of white and pastel blue the buds sprouted from the ground, blossing within a matter of seconds they rose into the air, spiralling around the area reaching as high as his waist he motioned with his hand towards the stairs down to the island which was ready for departure. As his hand moved the petals flew down, spilling out into the world from the stairs. Most had stopped talking or lowered their voices enough for him to be heard,
"Is everyone okay with leaving now? Its not too far of a walk but I'll leave a trail so any latecomers can follow us."

He took one of the larger hampers across his arm, sending a brief smile to those around him with a little more grace than before he stepped out the gate, his other hand guided him down the steps as it rested on the handrail. Truely he had looked at it before, on a 3D diagram provided by the ships captain but even staring at the map with the cat at his side it was quite different, it was much more relate able up close, the scents of grass and nature rushing around him with the air so fresh and crisp it felt a little unreal. Without another word he descended, taking just a brief pause at the top to take in the sights. This would be a place to bookmark on the maps, perhaps return to later or stake their claim. The ground was softer than expected, the grass here shorter it was full of clovers and little fern like plants that cushioned every step causing him to bounce slightly. It was perfect, a small grove of trees in the close distance indicated the spot which he had chosen out as a small pathway grew out of the grasses, forget me nots covering the ground leading into the distance. They were beautiful really, tiny plants of purple and blue hues, standing out against the greenery those with more energy would be able to run ahead- and those without a sense of direction wouldn't get too lost.

"The picnic spot is just that way, don't run too far ahead though!"
It would be rather annoying to search for any who got lost, he just wanted to sit down on the plush mosses at the base of a tree, look up at the blue sky through teh leafy canopy watching the birds and creatures dance through the branches.

    I'll be here...
    Elvira Arcade
Elvira was waving her arms and speaking with Vincent in a way that made it unclear if she was berating him or just sharing an exciting story; probably both. She was an excellent multi-tasker though --as each guild member arrived and introduced themselves she carefully inscribed their name, face, and demeanor into her mind palace for later reference.

Theo was the first to arrive, greeting them in his usual way; charming with a dash of awkward. He was too far away to really hold a conversation, so she responded by throwing up a V sign and winking at the gelatinous wizard.

“Beaux is here!” announced the next arrival, who momentarily stalled the contemplative woman's train of though. "There is someone I need to get to know...intimately." She mused, blissfully unaware that she wasn't really his type. She did her best to not openly stare at the white-haired wizard's behind as he limped by. "Why are the white-haired ones always so cute?" She wondered, returning her gaze instinctively to Vincent.

Rin was the next to arrive; the sweetest girl Elvira knew. The fact that she’d likely worked herself to death this morning but was still bubbly and cheerful as she arrived (with her adorable yet sinister bodyguard Lily) was not lost on her --it was one of the things she admired most about the girl she'd subconsciously adopted as a younger sister.

The next voice seemed to come from nowhere and Elvira nearly jumped as she heard the near-whisper from the edge of the ship. "Hello. I, uh... I'm Sayuri. Sayuri Katsuya." She hadn't met this one; who was somehow unassuming yet striking at the same time...interesting. Elvira decided to make it a point to find out more about this one as well.

The last arrival was Rosabell Belladona, the vibrant, fanged, woman she kept meaning to ask on a date. It was quite a shame she'd locked herself away for so long. She stifled a giggle as Rosabell and Sayuri seemed to zero in on Beaux...and who could blame them really?

The wizard’s attention shifted once more as she concluded the story she'd been telling Vincent: "...so yeah, I'd call that experiment a failure --I woke up covered in ectoplasm and I think the poltergeist is in one of the stuffed animals running around the ship somewhere…it’s probably fine.”

The Guildmaster signaled attention. She had always found Lester a bit eccentric...eccentric and reserved at the same time: An intriguing combination. The gentleman florist certainly had style though; she smiled and contemplated the rain of blossoms he used to get everyone looking his way.

"The picnic spot is just that way, don't run too far ahead though!" He announced as he took the first steps passed the members perched at the ship's edge and down the ornate ramp to the meadow below.

Elvira lazily held her arms straight out at her sides like an airplane and spun 360 degrees before following Lester towards the picnic location. Her summoned Nikora hefted their picnic basket over his head and trotted off behind her.

Making her way to this...guild picnic, a young girl with silverish hair, a light blue and white dress and cerulean eyes, she had some blue shoes on as well with knee high high socks as she followed the instructions and kept with the group of course carrying her own share of supplies for this picnic...but at the same time she was super nervous, what was she suppose to do, she was 10 years old and in a guild that she barely knew anyone really. Originally she knew Astrid but shes gone to somewhere else with that one girl, she couldnt remember her name but it didnt matter to her, it was maybe Erika? Still though She was in a completely new guild, its like going to a new school in a new country, you didnt know who or what to expect, and well this was no different it was the main reason why she kinda hadnt done anything job wise with people besides mainly helping on the airship....that was a trippy experience to be honest.

But now they were making their way to the picnic location and Shizuka kinda stayed a bit back of the group of people staying quite with her staff attached to her back through a strap. She saw everyone laughing and talking and such and even back when names were asked she stayed quiet not wanting to make a sound and soon they had made their way to the lush and soft land that they had decided to picnic on and soon saw everyone just starting to unpack and get food and such done but she decided to sit behind the tree that Lester was at trying to stay out of everyones way as she soon started to unpack her own little bag with food, luckily her mother, Caelum Pendragon, had helped her pack a nice refreshing lunch for the picnics with plenty of drinks that were her favorite that made her smile slightly, and even chuckle as she saw the dragon, snake and cat shaped sandwiches. She soon started to eat them gingerly as well sipping some of her favorite juice drink enjoying the nice brisk wind that blew through her hair and caressed her cheeks as she could audibly hear the birds and bugs in nature but soon she was greeted by a garden snake that curled up right next to her and went to sleep as she placed a grape or two beside it for a snack when it woke up, funny enough it was so far the only friends she could make naturally was snakes, but still she kept quiet that way she tried to not really bother anyone around her being shy and all.

Meandering along the path with his own basket, the ace of lapis hummed happily near his now found girlfriend and Crystal Swan's new GM. It was only a matter of time before Theo raided his own basket, though. When it came to food, the man was unable to wait until they found their proper spots. He knew all that was tucked away inside, and there was plenty! It wouldn't hurt if he had a little snack now, right? Just looking at these gorgeous floating islands from the bridge urged him to eat, as if his instincts knew there were hidden spots begging to be explored. This treasure hunting sense were on high alert, but the task would require energy, which fed off of untold amounts of sugar. Well, and normal food, too, but most of all sugar. With the swift hand of a tomb raider, he raided a cupcake from the depths of the wicker container.

It was nice, a group of them being together like this! Almost all the faces he'd at least seen before from a distance. Theo was a sociable fellow, so getting to know his guild family was a treat. What better way to do so than on new land with Chef Dorgon's famous grub! Following their plant-loving tour guide, Theo kept an eye out for the area Lester had mentioned would be their destination. So far he just felt the spring of healthy foliage underfoot, and smelled the moisture from waterfalls both above the surface and below. A hump in the floating earth not too far away held a shadow he suspected was the mouth of a cave descending into the island's depths, so his explorer eye was on that for later. If there were hidden parts of any slab of earth, he simply had to take a look to see what it held. A compulsion, maybe, but it had yielded him tons of pretty sparklies, stories, and hours of excitement.

Reluctantly dragging his eyes from the cave, they spotted a mind-blowingly beautiful area up ahead. The trees were tall, the trunks smooth and polished, while the tops were wild with shimmering leaves and ivies hanging down like beaded curtains. The shade they afforded would be sublime, padded further with more ferns that grew larger out of direct sunlight. A rainbow assortment of butterflies made the trees seem alive and in constant motion, breeze or no. "Whoa...look ahead guys! So pretty!" Theo bubbled after a gasp. The view astonished Theo to the point that he accidentally squished the cupcake in his palm to crumbly bits. "Awww..." he whimpered, looking at his victim with a large pout replacing the pure joy his face had previously held.

Pieces of the confection fell into the clover below, but that raised another question in his mind. Brows puckering, he lifted his head to do a quick scan around. "Have you seen Ali Baba?" he firstly asked his squad mates, followed by his glacier hues searching each of the guildees nearby. It'd been hours since he saw the little mischievous creature. Since he'd first arrived at the kitchen, in fact... "Has anyone seen Ali Baba?" he directed the question more broadly, using his outside voice. "Little guy, duck bill, chubby fur body, beady black eyes, sharp claws?" described the jello man, growing suspicious of every basket. Rosabell's seemed to have a little extra wiggle, but maybe that was his imagination. "Also, if anyone is missing valuables...I'm sorry! He likes to steal shiny things...and eat your food...aw man!"

    Zeshin

If one had an eye on the whole world, he would be able to see a red-haired boy sitting in his room in the Crystal Swan guild. That boy was probably called Zeshin. Currently, he was chilling in his room by playing calm songs on guitar. He has been doing it since 6 a.m. That wasn't really that important at the moment. A day like any other, at least young mage thought it will be.

Now, Zeshin had a good memory. He could remember names and surnames very well, dates also weren't a problem for him. His conviction about having good memory was quickly destroyed when he forgot about the guild picnic that was supposed to be happening today. Quickly scrambling out of his bed, the redhead looked at the time. His eyes kinda widened, when he saw that he was late. Having soundproof room had its disadvantages. Plus, Zesh didn't really become friends with anyone in the guild yet. He couldn't even expect anyone to remind him about something quite important like guild picnic. Not wasting any more time, redhead ran to the closet, took out some clothes and ran into the bathroom to become more presentable. In a record time of 5 minutes, he was ready to run towards appointed meeting spot on the ship.

Upon arriving at the destination, he saw his guildmates preparing for their adventure. Most of which he didn't know. Not wanting to be left behind, he quickly moved and grabbed randomly one of the baskets. From what he has seen, everyone was grabbing one. It probably meant that there was also one for him. At least he hoped so. It would be so unfair, if only he wasn't allowed to have food. He would have to endure watching other people eating, which wasn't possible at all to the redhead. He knew himself well. Guarding his basket - because someone just might want to steal it - Zeshin looked around at his guildmates. He didn't really know anyone, aside from Elvira because she allowed him to join the guild, and he had no idea who to talk with. Also, no one really knew him, which resulted in his next actions.

"Hiya! I'm Zeshin, and I'm new to this guild. Just wanted to say nice to meet you!" Redhead said loudly and bowed lightly, wanting people to at least know his name, even if they didn't want to talk with him or something. It was better than being nobody in the corner, though introducing yourself made him nervous. Only now that he had a basket and introduced himself, the redhead looked around the place. Floating, sky islands. Very uncommon sight for normal people, and it was the first time Zeshin was near any. For sure they were beautiful and green. He didn't want to intrude on other members, so he stayed a little away from groups of guildmates. Though he wouldn't mind if they called him. Shaking his head, young mage began following other guildmates towards their picnic place while feasting his eyes on their surroundings.

    I'll be here...
    Elvira Arcade
Elvira meandered along, placing her feet heel to toe and walking in a wobbly straight line as she held her arms outstretched for balance. Her friendly Nikora marched dutifully beside her, still carrying the picnic basket over his head as his stubby legs moved quickly to keep up. Neither he nor Elvira was paying enough attention to notice the top of the basket raise up slightly as it swayed to and fro; a pair of beady black eyes peering out for a moment before the basket lid closed again.

Ali Baba flopped back onto his furry behind inside his small wicker transport and resumed peeling the wrapper off the large strawberry cupcake he had sitting on his round tummy. He stared at the delicious looking confection with covetous approval for a moment before opening his bill and extending his tongue to slurp nearly all of the pink frosting off the top in one fell swoop of his noggin. He smacked his bill as his eyes narrowed in a sign of contentment before pecking at the moist interior of the treat rapidly, causing the entire thing to vanish in moments --just as surely as if he'd tucked it into his pouch. He once again peered out from his cozy hideaway, making sure it was all clear to make an egress for the next basket, when he saw the large golden key dangling from Elvira's neck. Ali Baba quickly scrambled out onto the top of the basket and reached his little webbed claw up and over, balancing on one foot as he attempted to reach for the precious shiny.

The Nikora felt the basket wobble and nearly lost his balance, scrambling to return it to the area above his center of gravity. It tilted again...and again; he finally lowered the basket to eye level, only to discover he was carrot-nose to bill with the stow-away Niffler perched atop the container. A tense dramatic pause ensued, with the stand-off finally coming to an end as Ali Baba reached out a hand and booped the Nikora on his pointy schnoz. The Nikora was in a panic: He felt he should inform his oblivious key-holder, who was currently staring up at the clouds, of the interloper's presence --but at the same time he had been tasked with carrying the basket and he simply did not have enough hands for all of these responsibilities. He wobbled closer to Elvira's leg, trying to get her attention as Ali Baba, noticing the move in the right direction, returned to precariously balancing on the edge of the basket and reaching with his sharp digits once again, this time nearly catching the key as it was buffeted back and forth by the wizard's staggered movement. The lateral shift in the basket's weight was finally too much for the Nikora's small arms and he listed to the side, causing the basket to smack into Elvira's hip at the same time as Ali Baba was finally brought close enough to grab one of the straps of her overalls and leverage himself around, swinging like a tiny swashbuckler until he bounced softly off Elvira's chest and scrambled into the space between her shirt and the overall bib as he snatched the Golden Zodiac Key in his greedy mitts and looked at it victoriously.

After taking in his moment of joy, the Niffler realized it might have made a tiny error in judgement as it slowly tilted its head upwards to see Elvira's angry golden eyes looking back down at him. Her eyebrow twitched as her hands clenched into fists at her sides. Ali Baba was fairly certain a human's visual acuity was based on movement so he froze in place except for the incredibly slow and deliberate movements of his thieving paws drawing the key up against his stomach before sliding it down into his pouch. The key stopped partway inside his bottomless pocket and he gave it a few tugs, causing Elvira's head to jerk. He was too busy trying to keep watch on her to remember the trinket was actually on a chain around her neck.

The pint-sized looter slowly withdrew the key back out of his pouch and held it between his thumb and index-like claws as he carefully slid it back down into the wizard's cleavage and reached up to gently pat her on the head --head pats made everything okay.

"TTTHHHEEEOOO!!!" Elvira screamed as Ali Baba leapt from her overalls and took off across the grass with Elvira in hot pursuit.
