As for places to go, howabout a dock for vehicles of all types, a front area for terrestrial vehicles of all sorts, ranging from short term vehicles to RV's for longer trips. In the back is the part of the building that's built in the water, containing boats like motor boats and submarines. The top floor has a few barely safe looking and most likely used helicopters. Guild members can borrow these for whatever they need.

As discussed in chat, the idea for mermaids to be living at the Cascades, and then the prospect of a mermaid pet for the guild.

If we're going to have a mermaid pet, it could have abilities that help guild members breathe and move better underwater, or potentially turning them into a mermaid temporarily.

I believe it was Luna, but someone suggested the idea of Mermaids at the cascades. I would like to second that idea but also combine it with some of our other ideas.

What about, halfway up the waterfall there is a cave where a benevolent Swan Dragon lives. At the top of the waterfall there is a large mooring, docking point for the Crystalli itself. Then, at the base of the waterfall, in a massive lake area we have mermaids.

The mermaids can run a kind of miniature city / guildhall where the guild has some sort of deal worked out with them. This can be the location for a land based job board and lodgings for members and such. But how can mermaids run a building for landwalkers you ask? Well, there would be either no floor, or large sections of the floor missing. Possibly with some other sections made out of fancy glass to look down into the clear waters of the lake. The mermaids themselves would live below it and pop up into the hall to lounge around and serve customers. They'd like us cause we bring money and trade goods into their community. We could even make it fancier and have parts of the structure open to the sky, so da mermaids could sun themselves and such. Basically: A big ornate structure built on the surface of the lake that mermaids run that acts as our backup guildhall.
