Non-canon Site Lore

Alright! This is something I've thought about for a while and would like to know more about.

I'd like to see a synopsis of this forum's lore. This past event is the only one I've been apart of, and since joining I've heard snippets of past events and the overall "plot" of the forum, but not enough to understand it at all. I think it's been said before that a summary of the "story" thus far hasn't been compiled because of fear members or newbies might feel forced to go with it in regards to their own characters, but I think it could be done in a way that it is stressed that it is completely optional to include any of it IC unless the person wishes to. I know I'd like to integrate at least one of my characters into it if it's interesting enough (which I'm sure it is). I think it could add a richness to the forum and maybe even some potential connections between characters that might otherwise never interact. Being able to see the bigger picture would help me a lot, since I'm a big story/plot person.

It could possibly have its own place in the general rules sub-forum, so it's a one-stop-shop. It doesn't need to be long or even super detailed. Just a little timeline would do, with any important notes or fun tidbits. <3

Seconded. I think, when time allows, this would be a cool thing to add in! I very much enjoy working within the existing lore and adding snippets in my posts to make the story seem more organic to the world as a whole. Having something like this to go on would be very fun (my character has already been shaped alot by finally discovering the detailed country descriptions hehe). Keep up the good work! ^-^

I will third this, it was the one thing I wish I was able to find when starting my character. More lore, even if it was just basic lore of what has changed, and how things are, and maybe a cool event or two.

I could help with a lot of this, I was around for all of it plus I did kinda create Earthland's nations with help from Zenshin and Alye at the time. I also know the backstory of the guilds even disbanded ones like Eclipse Soul and Infinity Hydra as told personally by the creators of said guilds so if you want a rough draft timeline I could do one real quick.

After speaking with other staff a brief history will be added.
