Dastardly Ex's

Akily was in a white dress, not like her style at all. it was too bright, way too noticeable. However, she needed a way to blend in while she was undercover on a job in the Rose Gardens. She was supposedly there to protect the "happy couple" from a dangerous ex boyfriend. Akily usually hated all things adults did, but she found weddings to be beautiful. To be tied to one forever, through good and bad, it maid her feel like that was her relationship with the Universe Spirit. It made ehr happy to know that there were people out there who would do anything for their partner, just like Akily and the Universe Spirit. As she looked up from the juice she was drinking, she saw the happy couple cutting the wedding cake together. They seemed so happy, something Akily had never seen her ignorant parents experience whenever they were together. They broke their promise to each other. They didn't deserve the right to be on this world. One should not be able to just part ways for no apparent reason at all. She stood there in anger as she thought about how her parents would yell at each other each day. She wanted to kill them, she wanted to destroy their lives, like they destroyed their promise to each other. "One day..." she said to herself. When that day came, she would not hold back. Her parents were strong mages, but that didn't mean Akily wouldn't able to defeat them in ease. She made a tiny evil giggle to herself as she sat in the corner of the gardens, where the corner of the wall of bushes held a table with two chairs. As she sat there, a boy began walking over to her.

As he walked towards her table, he used a cheesy pick up line on her and said, "Did it hurt when you fell from heaven?" Akily giggled as the boy said his joke, but not because she found it cute, she actually found it quite annoying. Although she would like to play with someone who was a child like her, she had no time for that. So, she smiled as she rubbed off the makeup covering her guild mark. With a yelp, the boy sat there in shock as he saw the girl behold the guild mark of Basilisk Fang. As he gulped, Akily moved up to his ear and said to him, "Don't mess with me. Go back to your mommy, or whatever and let me do my job. Don't mention me, or I swear your mother will pay the price." As he looked over to his mother, he looked back at Akily in fear as he said with anxiousness, "O-ok-ay Ma-am." As he walked away, Akily chuckled at how easily the boy was scared. She loved how pure he was. Most adults wouldn't back away when someone threatened them like that, but kids, they didn't want trouble. it was one of the many reasons why she believed kids should rule the world. With fear from civilians, there would be no war. There would be complete peace, because no one would want to fight another. As Akily, looked around, she realized that the man she was sent to track down wasn't there yet. That meant Akily would have to go through the troubles of actually tracking him down. With a sigh, she began walking out of the area and began searching the perimeter for the said ex boyfriend.

As Akily searched around, she seemed to notice 2, maybe 3 guys walk past the Rose Gardens and back around 4-5 times. As Akily looked at them suspiciously, one of the men stopped and said spitefully to her, "What the hell do you want kid?" Suddenly, the other 2 guys Akily had noticed from before began to walk up towards the man with questioning looks on their faces. As he went up into Akily's face, he yelled at her, "Keep walking before we make you walk. I will not let our buddy get caught all because of a little girl." That was when she snapped, she hated that phrase. "Little girl," it was pitiful that adults just used that word as though she was meant to be cute, or weak. It was like they were tarnishing her name, just by calling her a "little girl". With a smile, she said to him with a little pouty face, "Hey, don't call me a little girl. I'm a strong girl." She acted as though she was whining, and/or having a tantrum. With a laugh, the guy said to her, "Sure you are kid, now just get out of our way before you become a weak little from us hurting you." The guys cheered in agreement as Akily began to fake her tears as they rolled down her face. As the guys high fived each other, and congratulated the guy in the middle, Akily turned around smirking. Her eyes had glazed over as they were completely white. With a scream, the guys began to back away. One of them shouted with fear in his voice and said to the others, "That girl's from Basilisk Fang! What have you done?" They began to full out run backwards as they tried to escape from the girl who was now seeming more scary than cute.

Akilly watched their terror emanate from their bodies as she began to walk slowly towards them. She looked over to them, and said, "Let's play a little game of tag. If I catch you, you're out." She paused for a tiny bit, and then said with quickness, "Let's start!" With that, the guys began running away as Akily activated her card of love into her hand. She used it to grapple to the top of a building as she looked down to see them completely together. None of them wanted to leave each other, whether it be because of friendship, or sheer survival, Akily found it idiotic. She rolled her eyes and said to herself, "There is no need for them on this planet. They will be better used for the Universe Spirit. At least they have luck to be with it, instead of the dreadful planet their ancestors had ruined." With that, she used her card of love as she swung towards the group of men. They looked to her left and screamed in fear. One of the guys, the one closest to her was crying, obviously not wanting to die. However, Akily didn't seem to care for his pleads, so she just made a deep gash right into his neck. He fell down limp, as one of the guys looked back at his bodies. His head was frozen to the body of the friend that he lost, which caused him to trip from not looking. The look on his face as he fell made Akily feel so alive. She couldn't wait to get him, but for now, she would have to get the one running. She couldn't waste her time on someone who was frozen by fear, she had to go for the one that was running in fear.

As she swung from a pipe that was attached to a building, she began to near the man who had taunted her before. He looked back at her, crying like there was no tomorrow. He tried telling her sorry, but it was too late for that. Akily had a job to due, and a message to spread. She needed to make sure that people would learn from this. They would learn to not underestimate people. She knew that was impossible though, especially since adults were so stubborn in their ways. That didn't mean she couldn't try though, so as she swung right by him, she made a deep gash in his right leg as he began to stumble down to the ground. As he laid there, he tried to force his leg to move, but it was no use. He was stuck there. So, Akily looked down upon the man as he struggled to get up. He then tried to unleash another set of sorries and pleads, but like earlier, it didn't work. As Akily raised up her card of love, she sent it flying across his neck as he fell down limp like the other. That now just left her to kill the blue haired man that feel frozen on the ground. As she walked over there, he seemed to have moved over to his friend that was now dead, poking it as if he was just dreaming. As she walked over to him, her shadow began to fall upon him. In fear, he looked up as Akily slashed in to his neck with the card, allowing him to bleed his puddle of blood onto his fallen friend. As Akily began to walk off, she wondered if the ex boyfriend would put up a better fight.

Akily was walking down the paths around the garden. She was wondering if there were more of the ex's goons sent to the gardens. Akily had no doubt that he did, which was why she just kept walking. Around and around she went, as she searched every nook and cranny she could that could possibly withhold one of the dastard friends of the ex. She had seriously hoped that she could make a deep gash right into his neck. She knew he had no reason to be on this world. If all he could do, was fill his life with hate, and misery, then he deserves to be purified from this world. There was no doubt about it. Adults do all these petty things for no reason, and it makes her mad. Its like they want to be punished. She couldn't believe that they were so selfish to the point that they would try to hurt someone. Like, it was the wedding day of two people who were bound to each other, hopefully for life. If he thinks he will break that bond, he will be killed. Akily will make sure of it. As she looked forward, she saw the heel of a shoe as she heard the tap taps, almost as though someone was running. It was odd, no one should be out like this. At least, Akily thought. She was sure that it had to be one of the cronies the ex sent to observe the place. She began to activate her card of surprise as she became invisible. The cloak of invisibility began to form around her as every inch of her body disappeared from sight. As she looked down the path way the guy ran down, she began chasing after his foot steps. Hopefully, she would be led straight to the ex.

As she followed him, he seemed to be in fear. "Interesting." Akily muttered to herself. She seemed to realize that he was most likely running to tell his "friend" that the other 3 were dead. As Akily saw him near the point, she decided that she had no use for him anymore. So, as she walked close by, she squeezed the handle of her dagger as she teleported behind her target. As she was behind him, she whispered in his ear, "Night night." With that, she stabbed th8e card dagger right into his neck. He seemed to have magic, that dispersed out into the area around her. It felt as though his powers were included the area of wind magic. As Akily watched his magic leave his body, Akily grinned and began walking more towards the direction he was going. There had to be at least a few other enemies around, right? As she continued to search the area, she heard laughing coming from 2 men. None of them seemed to be younger than her age group, which meant Akily could unleash her full power. She could sense their magical energy from there. They were strong, but definitely not stronger than her. As she looked towards the outlines of them, she thought it was a perfect time for her to activate her card of perception.

As she did, she saw as her enemies began to freak out. They seemed to notice the marks on their arms, as they began to become alert. The ice mage quickly jumped to action as he enveloped the area in ice, probably hoping to encapture their enemy in the frost. However, Akiyl wasn't actually in their area, she was in an alleyway that allowed her vision of them. As she raised her card into the air, it shot out 6 stars. They went into the air in beauty as they came down upon the enemies. The ice mage raised up his arm to create a barrier above him and his friend. Sadly, for them the barrier didn't protect them completely. As the stars fell upon the barrier, it broke with two hits from the stars, leaving the mages vulnerable to the attacks. With a look of anger from the man who had et to do anything, he looked over to his friend, and then back to the alleyway. He said with a firm tone in his voice and grunted out, "I swear the stars came from over there." He clutched his arm as he sent a fireball straight towards Akily. Luckily though, they had no vision of her, and she was far away from them. So, she quickly took a steb back, as the fireball went straight past her. She could feel sweat dripping down her face as she felt the fireball's heat still by her. As she looked towards them, they were cheering each other on, almost as though they got Akily. With a smirk, Akily took out her card of imagination as she turned it into the card of surprise. She grasped onto the handle of the dagger, as she teleported behind the fire mage. With a stab into the back of his neck, Akily whispered into his ear and said, "Gotcha..." It sounded peaceful, almost comforting, but in the end, he still died. As she looked at his dead body, the card went into her discard pile as the ice mage began walking backwards. He clearly was scared of the 9 year old that popped out from nowhere, and killed his friends. It was almost hysterical to her actually. So much so, that she began laughing. She said aloud with laughs inbetween, "This is funny isn't it. An adult running away from a child like me. All of you constantly think children like me are completely innocent. We're weak, vulnerable, too small to even think about whats right and wrong. I wonder what you're thinking, now that your friends are dead and how I just killed one in front of you." She made a small frown as she continued speaking, "This will teach you to be more careful. Sadly, you won't be able to use that carefulness, especially since the Universe Spirit will hold you as tight as it can. It will protect you, and hold you. It is your creator. Although it hates what you adults have done, it doesn't mean it won't stop caring for you. So, I guess this is goodbye, and have some fun!" With that, Akily took all of her cards out of her deck and threw them into the air. As they began to cascade around her, she teleported right behind the ice mage, with her cards ready. She readied a basic card as she got a hold of the man, bringing him down to her level. As she sliced open his next, he said to him, "How does it feel to be at my level?" He tried grasping for air as he tried holding onto his neck, but it wasn't working. He was drowning in his own blood. it almost made Akily feel pitiful for him. Any who, she still had to defeat that boyfriend, so she left him to be fed to the Universe Spirit.

Akily wasn't too sure where the boyfriend was, but Akily knew that he had to be close. It was especially clear that he was close due to the fact that most of his friends, now dead, were around this area. In due time, Akily was sure that she would be able to find the man once he was around her. So, she just kept walking like before, waiting for the boyfriend to reveal himself to her. She walked around, wondering if that guy would ever make contact with her. She knew that he had to be around, plotting or something, but she didn't sense any magical signatures around her at the time. She wondered if it was possible that he had some sort of cloaking device that blocked out her sensory abilities, but she couldn't believe something like that existed, besides her card of surprise. With question in her eyes, she began wondering if this man even had magic. His goons from before didn't, but the 3 she just killed had them. Now that she thought about it, it was extremely likely he would have magic, because the bride sent a mage from a dark guild after him. He would have to be strong in order for her to pay mages for taking him down. With all those thoughts in her head, she felt a little twitch in her head. It felt like a source of magic, unlike the ones at the party. So, Akily went over to investigate. As she walked over to the area where the boyfriend was, she saw as fury was coming straight from his body. He picked benches up with his magic as he threw them around the area. He broke windows, street lamps, and so many other things. His rage for the wedding was clearly showing. He yelled over and over again, "Fuck you Elise! How dare you get over me. I had so much planned for us, and you trade it in for this chump!" She began to slam his hands on the ground as sadness filled his eyes. He looked over to Akily and felt rage surge into his eyes. He had no cares for the life of a child, as he threw a bench right towards her. With luck, she dodged it as she put a look of determination on her face. As she did, she summoned to her hand the card of sand.

As it touched her hand, she clearly became made of sand as she rushed towards the man. As he threw to trash cans at her, she activated her card of exhaustion as they fell to the ground. Since she was close enough, she activated the actives on her card of sand and exhaustion. He seemed to be clearly effected by the pulse of gravity as it hit him. Along with this, was the clear pain he felt as a sand ball hit him and went around him. As the sand ball formed behind him, it immediately came back, giving him a shot of pain as he was pulled closer to Akily. As Akily saw him close enough to attack, she took the orbs of gravity encircling her fist, and did a double hit with them. She was able to get 4 attacks off, but she felt the ground beneath her disappear as she began falling to the ground. He apparently was using a wind magic, that led her to the ground, but she was not going to let that stop her. As she got up, she activated her card of haste as she felt energy coursing through her bodies. It was almost insane how fast she felt. As she began running circles around the boyfriend, he tried shooting waves of magic at her, but he kept missing. He began getting frantic, and tried to throw the garbage can from before at her. She used this as an opportunity, due to the fact that he was vulnerable when moving an object, and jumped over it using the active of her card of haste. As she did, she took her fist and punched hit right into the face of the man. He was left unconscious, making him an easier target for Akily. As she walked over to him, she looked down at him to see his face, as though it was peaceful. Akily smirked as she discarded all her cards and took out a mere basic card. She twiddled it around her fingers as she began to make a speach to the person that couldn't hear here. She went over his wrongdoings in the things she had seen, and with one slash across the neck, his life was ended. Even as he was unconscious, he was trying to gasp for air. Yet, his life ended in under a minute. With that, Akily left the body there and message the newly wed and asked her to send the jewels to the post office in the hakobe settlement she "owned". With that, she walked away from the body, hoping that people would receive her message.
