Name: Reina Darksteel
Gender: Female
Age:20
Birthday: Feb 13
Sexuality: Undecided
Special Characteristics:
-Dragon like canines, the right side being made of complete iron. Has a braided ponytail stretching down to her lower torso
-Dragonification stage 3; On the crooks of her elbows she has splotches of dull grey scales evident, larger patches coat her torso. In moments of anger the iris's of her eyes will briefly change to dragon until the anger passes.
-She has a half circular pattern of scars between her collarbone and chest, suggesting metal puncturing in a circular fashion
Personality: Reina is truly her father's daughter, stubborn, short, and more then happy to pummel the ever loving hell out of anyone who crosses her. She believes herself to be better then most, and makes sure others know. With that said, she doesn't act like the smartest most of the time, often using brute force to get what she wants. This isn't because she lacks school learning, on the contrary she is quite learned of people and the various ideas most are introduced to. It's just that she prefers the physical solution to a non-physical one, even if said physical solution is many times harder than the other options. This is because she truly believes herself to be a daughter of a dragon, and believes she has to make sure what that means. To her, it means incredible strength, endurance, and the ability to instill fear and awe into the hearts of those before her.
With that said though, she has other opinions on what a true dragon is which may conflict with more traditional views. Efficient, wise, one to not indulge in excess, even kind to an extent like her father was. Or perhaps this is more born of her sheltered world view. Having been raised mostly in a tundra environment far away from any interaction with an intelligent creature besides her father, she has developed a very pragmatic view of the world and how to act in such a world. While one could view this as survival of the fittest, and those strongest survive, she does not limit herself to that idea. She instead believes that while it could be the case, strength comes from many different aspects of a creature; working together, staying with kin, potential of learning and growing, or sometimes just knowing your place in the world. Admittedly, a lot of Reina’s issues begin to crop up when she tries to behave as a dragon which clashes with her very human self.
In battle she is fearless and at the front. Almost always preferring the spear tip of an assault, her pride demands nothing less. She is physical in the fight and prefers to keep close to opponents, smart enough to know how to keep close and back off, but too prideful to retreat. Nay, like her father, she will fight to the last breath. And not for something like an ideal, heroism, or others. But pride, pride that as a steel dragon she is the apex of fighters on the field, and the only way an opponent is going to take victory from her is through her cold, dead, fingers. But this in itself is an ideal, one that while she really wants to follow through on, cannot anymore. As such, she will retreat from a fight only if it’s clear that her death is the only outcome of it. Still, you can count on her beginning a war even if she retreats from a battle, after all she has to prove eventually that she is worthy of the pride of dragons, and will honor it as soon as she feels ready to. Not to mention her short temper can definitely cloud her judgment, hiding the very obvious abyss of death from her eyes.
As a leader she's not the leadership type. Not one willing to lead a charge, oh she will. But she lacks the foresight needed to keep any followers for long. Expecting them to be at her level of power, she can easily bring those under her to fights well beyond their capability to fight. Even if they voice concerns, she will shoot it down, claiming they lack the courage to do what needs to be done. Which is odd considering that she would not desire their deaths, even if she sees them as lesser she would still prefer all of them to walk away after the fighting is done. Under a leader is a slightly easier task, as she will respect dragons and their kin enough to consider their requests, this being more likely the stronger they are or her respect for them. If they are not related to dragons then it becomes a much more difficult task, requiring fear in order to get her to follow orders.

Likes:
- Dragons; Unsurprisingly, she is enamored with all aspects of dragons and their kin. From their culture to the language, she strides to learn as much as she can
- Smithing; Something that may be attributed to her steel scaled father, Reina enjoys all aspects of the practice, forging armors, sculptures, and other items. Doesn't matter if mundane or otherwise.
- Taking care of her body; A mix of exercise and fine eating, she believes to stride to be a dragon is to be as healthy and as skilled as you can be.
- Winning a fight/competition; Every victory Reina has is more proof of her belief as a daughter of dragons. Besides, who doesn't like to win?
- Fights; She thrives in combat, the stronger her opponent is, the better(to a point)
- Big proportions; Reina cannot explain it, but anytime she sees large muscles or big chests, she can't stop looking. Couldn't tell you why she's looking though
Dislikes:
- People; She views people and the whole of the human race as less then dragons, and any contributions and accomplishments they may have made she is quick to overlook.
- Reminded she is a person; The only reason why Reina hasn't decided to challenge every wizard saint and coming storm she can, is that she acknowledges she is human still. Anyone who reminds her of this will be quick to earn her scorn though.
- Poor craftsmanship; A bad piece of chest armor or shield is like a bad piece of art for Reina, and she looks down on those who make them. Especially on those who are capable of better.
- Losing a fight/competition; Reina is definitely a sore loser, and unless her loss is against one who is draconic, she will refuse the loss was a genuine reflection of her skill
- Overwhelming fights; Make no mistake, Reina has no issue in squashing someone who clearly shouldn't have picked a fight with her, but she views these fights as a waste of time and doesn't seek the weak out. She also has learned that fighting a losing battle is no way fun
- Senseless death; Reina has learned that to kill is needed to live at times, but has partaken in enough fights to see it happening on a wider scale. And despite it usually happening to those she could care less about, some part of her definitely hates to see it.
Motivations:
- Becoming a dragon; A hard task, but she yearns to be the same scaly beast as her father was, or in the very least have her own darksteel scales
- Finding her father; The reason for venturing into the world, her father disappeared without a trace, and now she yearns to find him.
- Becoming the strongest; Dragon or otherwise, all will know that the darksteel's are the mightiest dragons in the land, even if she has to prove it to every single creature under the skies.
Fears:
- Failing to become a dragon; The idea that Reina may never become a dragon scares her immensely, and chases her goal to keep it at bay
- Not living up to the name; Theirs good reason why she fights so hard, most of the time her father was looked down on for being smaller then most dragons. And not being able to carry the same mantle her father has is something she doesn't want to think of.
- Death; Reina has had a close brush with the specter, and it was a terrible time in her life. She has no desire to be put in that situation again.
- Killing other people; People here are humans and intelligent dragons, she hasn't quite gotten over killing her first person and will go through great efforts to ensure it doesn't(or appears it's not) happening again.
