After getting the iLac, Valeria couldn’t stop talking on the phone with her friends. She wanted to make sure that she got all the latest juice and the iLac was perfect for that. Recently she heard that there was a way for wizards to go abroad. Outside of Fiore’s border, that is. Of course she wanted that privilege. Not only would she be able to travel, but she would be able to take jobs from clients outside of Fiore, meaning that there was a bigger chance of her being recognized in the world. So this whole day she had been researching where exactly she could get the booklet called a ‘Passport’ that would let her go abroad. There were two locations in Fiore where she could get it, one being Hargeon Town and the other being Rose Garden. She figured she would go to Rose Garden since she had been to Hargeon Town too many times. Rose Garden was one of those places that she always passed but never really got to see around because she never made time for it. But now that she had a chance to see around Rose Garden, she thought she would kill two birds with one stone.
Valeria packed a small bag for her travels. Inside was a pack of wet towels, a bottle of water, a notebook and a pen that she brought everywhere, her hairbrush and some other essential things. She decided she would stay a night there, or two. There were nice inns and places to visit, according to what she had heard and read. The name of the place itself was appealing to Valeria. It was unique, compared to the other places that she had been to, within Fiore’s borders at least. So with her little bag filled with things she thought she might need, the sorceress set out to the location where she would get her passport, holding a minimap in her hands to help her find her way. An excited giggle escaped her lips as she arrived at the spot. She could see that there were two queues, both longer than when it was when she got her iLac. Even though this was the case, she still felt excited about getting a passport. Valeria immediately joined the queue and waited patiently for her turn. She had already thought of buying a cute little cover to put over the cover of the booklet that was called a ‘Passport’.
“Just Valeria?” asked the lady behind the counter who was issuing Val’s passport. The Crystal Swan mage nodded enthusiastically in response. The cover of the booklet was pretty ugly just like she had expected. In her head, she was thinking of the best color to match with her bags and regular outfit. She would need something that was either mustard yellow or pale pastel-y blue. After her passport was made, she accepted it from the lady and headed into town to explore the heck out of Rose Garden while she was here.
