Description:
Caretaker of the Gardens is the second highest position one could hold within the hierarchy of Gardens of Eden, the Paradise world. Serving directly beneath the Goddess, the Caretaker is tasked with ensuring the comfort of all the spirits that live in Eden, as well as ensuring that all life, sentient or not, prosper. While this sounds like a very tiring task for a single entity, Leila has never complained. After all, it is her world.
This magic is a manifestation of powers that the Caretaker develops, a set of powers unique to every individual. One cannot simply learn a magic like this, it comes naturally to them if their connection to the Gardens of Eden is strong enough. This makes Leila the only currently living being who is capable of wielding these powers in the connection to the Paradise world. Though at points, it can be similar to other regular magic.
The actual powers of such magic can differ vastly, ranging from making simple flowers bloom, to altering emotions within living creatures and even entering alternate dimensions connected to the Gardens of Eden. Due to the unique nature of this magic, there is simply no restriction to what powers of such magic can be. However, the Caretaker is also a position of peace. As such, one does not manifest offensive or even defensive powers.

The title ‘Caretaker of the Gardens’ in itself alludes to this ability, as those who are connected to Eden are also connected to nature of any world they might happen to be in. With such powerful connection, they can commute with the flora through their magic and manipulate it to a certain extent. And Leila was always one for pretty things, now appreciating this power more than ever, as it allows her to instantly grow any plant, flower, tree, anything that is connected to the world of nature.

It is easy to mistake the Caretaker of the Gardens of a mere gardener. But in a certain sense, those duties do belong to the Caretaker as well. So in order for Leila to be always prepared to perform any duties that might be required of her, nature has allowed her to use its very own resources to create tools she might need. With a simple snap of her fingers, she can create any tool from wood and stone to aid her current situation.

A caretaker is someone who takes care of the location or individual they have been assigned. As such, they are expected to be a kind and understanding individual who is capable of providing love to whoever they are caring for. And in a way, Leila truly is a loving and understanding person. Channeling her positive thoughts through magic, she can pat anyone with her hand and make them feel happy, chasing away any negative feelings.

Thanks to her connection to the Gardens of Eden and nature, Leila is much closer to animals than any regular human. But even then, not all creatures would welcome her presence, at least until she managed to develop this specific magical trait. With it, a pleasant aura will be generated around the girl’s body, calming all nearby animals so that she can interact with them, even if they are of the wild variety. Seems to work on mythical creatures as well.
Strengths:- Calms down all animals nearby, allowing Leila to interact with them as much as she wants
Weaknesses:- Does not affect any creatures that are listed as job/event enemies or pets of player characters (unless OOC permission is given)

At the end of the day, the Caretaker of the Gardens truly does have the most difficult job in the entirety of the Paradise world. Leila had created these very Gardens many thousands of years back, before splitting into two separate beings. One of these halves remained in the position of Eden’s goddess while the other one landed in Earthland and tried to live a life of a regular human. This was Leila’s story. And along the way, she had faced many hardships.
Her own magic recognizes this, as does the Paradise World and Aurora, her other half that rules over the Gardens. As a thank you, a special space was created within the core of the Gardens, a white room. With this spell, Leila can transport herself and anyone else she desires into this separate world that belongs only to her. However, the room can also be partially summoned into the real world to pull out a specific information or item for enhanced convenience.
While it is not that big, only comparable to a luxury-sized room in a hotel, it stores a lot of information. Leila can access any of her past memory here, as well as review her work and much more without having to worry about being interrupted. Just about anything is possible in the White Room. After all, it is a place for the Caretaker to rest at. A place where the girl can finally calm down and truly feel safe.
