    Description: A speed collar that is fused with the flesh of the neck. The magical energy released from the item improves the powers of the user while also increasing the amount of healing received by the owner of the item.

    - Increased healing only affects him.
    - Does not come off, ever. The item is fused with the skin.

    Heyo mate, I'll be the one reviewing your item today.  I'm just going to quote the application so we know the state of it prior to changes; I won't actually write in it.

    Right, so let's begin!

    The item itself is mostly alright. I'd personally elaborate on the description more so that we have a better idea of why the strengths and weaknesses make sense. Not a must, but definitely appreciated.

    Mind Protection - This can only apply to effects that are equal or lower in rank of the collar. Anything higher should be able to affect you. The collar obviously scales with you, however, up until a certain point (I believe it was up till A or S-Rank for Legendary+ items, but don't quote me on that).

    Spiked Collar's Blessing - Looks good! I would probably have this scale as well... But probably not, so we'll leave it as it is.

    Please bump once you've made the changes, or have anything you'd like to discuss!
