Weaknesses: Like every weapon this weapon can be broken. It isn't that durable as most weapons and is used soley as a rod and for offense. It has a sharp end to be feared though. This weapons true weakness is the fact that it is made to absorb lightning, and after absorbing it it may still contain some lightning. Making if if you have water you can possibly break the spear or chip it.
Abilities: This spear only ability is that it may act as a rod. It can absorb lightning making it a lightning rod which can shoot lightning bolts at a opponent at most. The power of the lightning that is absorb from the user will be decreased by 20%. The spear is also handcrafted for the lightning Dragon slayer, and will only be lifted by him due to the fact that the handle is similar to one of a magnet. when touching the Spear you may get electrocuted due to the fact it can only be used by Lighting type magic only.

Not unapproving, I would just like to see a mana cost.
