Itazura ♠ Black Rose ♠ B-Rank ♠ Aruzati
S o I v e l i e d a n d I v e b e e n t r i c k i n g e v e r s i n c eFor once it wasn't Itazura running and looking for the hybrid yokai, instead she came to him first. But of course it wasn't because she wanted to hang out, or talk, or anything of the sort. Of course it was just her sending him off to do work, is work the only thing she thinks about? Maybe not, but to him it seemed so. Even when they did hang out, she was making him do work or doing work herself (or he was eating her but that's a whole other story). And another bad thing about this situation was that she wasn't even going with him, that might've made doing the work worth it, but alas it wasn't. They hadn't really even talked that much since the weasel discovered she had recovered her memories, or at least of them, of her past, of their past. Though even if they did, he didn't know what to say then, why would he know what to say now? He gotten so used to being forcefully distanced from her by her, that the possibility of their friendship being recovered, seemed rather non existent. Well I say friendship, but was it more or less then that? He didn't know, he wish he did, and he wished he wasn't too afraid to ask, he wished he wasn't too afraid to know.
So without much of a conversation with Seika, besides that of her reading the message to him and telling him where to go, he left. He recognized that poem, something he heard in his homeland years and years ago. How long ago was it? Probably well before the loss, and very far ahead of the return of his beloved friend's memories. He figured the guildmaster, the person who called him to do this job in the first place, had reasoning for placing the familiar poem there. Perhaps she was eluding to the fact that his experience in shapeshifting would be needed. It was an ability he was very skilled in, and glad it was recognized, but he wondered for what purpose was it needed? Could be virtually anything really, I suppose he would find out when he got there. And about the haiku that Izayuki had personally written, well he wasn't really a connoisseur of poetry or any of the arts, but he did enjoy the cryptic nature of it. Considering giving people half answers or answers that wouldn't help them in the slightest, was one of his specialties. Though maybe it wasn't that cryptic, and Itazura was just bad a deciphering her words, could be either or.
As per usual he snuck onto a train, sitting in the cargo hold, they didn't make it particularly hard with the open door. He didn't really need to sneak onto the train, it wasn't like he wasn't paid or anything. The ayakashi just enjoyed the thrill of doing illegal tasks, despite being a part of a legal guild, and despite how little pleasure something as simple as stowing away on a train supplies. Though when the wait got boring, he figured he could get there faster a different way. Standing up, pulling up his legs that dangled over the edge of the train, he walked to the open door. Digging his claws now unsheathed claws into the metal he twisted himself around it so he was on the outside of the train. With a simple hop and retracting of his claws, he made it to the roof of the train. The wind pushed against him, trying to push him over from the force of the moving vehicle. But as a manipulator it didn't bother him in the slightest, he just willed it to run around him. He hopped the train cars until he made it to the front, which he then proceeded to do a flying leap from it leading into a front flip. As he flipped he turned into a average crow, the usual beady black eyes the crows had was instead crimson in color.
He felt the presence of the bakedanuki a bit before his beady red eyes caught sight of her figure. The weasel in crow form sped up, he wasn't really eager to work, but he was very intrigued about their purpose, as he has always been a very curious individual. Which has gotten him into quite a bit of trouble for obvious reasons, considering he has no self-control. When he was nearby the girl, he'd spiral into a dive, right before making impact with the roof he'd transform his body into his human one. Making him land on his feet and with bent knees, his skidded to a stop whilst in his infamous squatting position.
"Greetings my dear tanuki" he said with a giggle, opening his eyes with a flash of red before they shifted back to the default hazel brown coloring.
"What's the scoop?" straight to the point for once, he was curious for what was about to go down. He figured it had something to do with infiltrating, as it was in her haiku. Probably the magic counsel as they were on the roof of their headquarters. But he would like the know the specifics, and for once, he might actually listen to instructions.
