Since Faye discovered her true self, Fleur her personality is very different than when she was Faye.
Faye Devlin was a woman with two sides, an exterior 'Angelic Mask' which was completely fake and the interior one. Faye used her fake persona as a way to trap people and make them her followers. Faye Devlin was a selfish woman who did not care about breaking the rules. Faye loved cherries, finest things, tea, finding people that she could use and aggressive people. The woman disliked it when people figured out that her exterior was a fake persona, waste, those that 'beat around the bush, people that are pets to another and people that take away her followers. Her motivations were herself, balance (being the evil one since there's so many good people out there) and something to strive her. Faye feared being the girl she thought she was before, getting emotional and being open to someone. Fleur DeLille tries to be her ideal of what a lady is, someone that is as possibly as they can be graceful, brave, strong and levelheaded. It is due to that why Fleur is quite serene, plus the fact that she does like things to be calm and peaceful. This trait fits in well with Fleur also, since her face doesn't usually huge amounts of emotion. She has small smiles, while her laughs are soft. The noble woman enjoys being quiet. However, she will talk whenever she believes is needed or when the twenty year old believes she'll offend someone by being quiet. Fleur, most likely as a result of her upbringing strives to be and loves being dominant. The lady will rather not be submissive and is most likely to lose her calmness when someone tries to put her down. If this happens, Miss DeLille will definitely say or do something harsh plus possibly trying to prove her dominance or have them submit to her.
Fleur tries to be as polite as she can, along with tolerating with those that have less manners or who's persona just irritates her. She is not afraid to try new things though may be a bit hesitant before going for it.
The lady's view on rules depends on the person she is interacting with. She is likely to keep to her own rules when with other people. However, if she sees that the rules she has are different from another's she'll try to adapt to that other person's rules.
Fleur, prefers to be called Fleur, Miss DeLille or Lady. She is not a fan of being called Lady DeLille or Madam, because she believes those are names you give to someone much older than she is. The lady is, only 20 after all. However, the Lady does feel presently that she won't ever have a preferance or even be close to be okay with people calling her names such as: Lady DeLille or Madam.

In battle, she does her best to stay levelheaded. Though, much to her displeasure when people point it out, Fleur can get reckless. The lady prefers to fight alone though will give little or no protest to someone who joins in with her. Despite enjoying to be dominant, battle is one of the few places where she highly doesn't mind nor care about being on "top" (leader). Fleur does mind being pushed to the sidelines somewhere and would protest loudly against it. If she feels that her opponent has no sense of battle rules in their mind, she'll do her best to not follow the rules of battle also. She'd like the battlefield to be fairly even, but even Fleur knows that can not be possible all the time.

When it comes to men, she would like a male that is essentially a gentleman. Though she has a feeling that she'll like someone the opposite of it. Fleur tends not to think of almost always cute and childish males as someone to fall for. The lady does not mind men who she feels are more dominant than her plus the rest of the world. This plus within battle are the only places where she doesn't mind being submissive. Miss DeLille would rather not have someone that attempts to do everything for her or tries to stay with her all the time. The lady enjoys doing things own her own along with having some space.

  Fleur adores the season winter, especially when it snows. This season has her favorite color white, appear everywhere. The lady also enjoys winter because she likes the cold.

  She enjoys reading. Fleur loves how reading books is essentially watching a scene from a play unfold in someone's head. However, instead of everyone going at the same pace. For books, everyone goes at a different pace. Miss DeLille finds this fascinating for some reason.

  Miss DeLille loves bleaching her hair until it's white and her skin being tanned. (A contrast to Faye that liked dark hair and whitening creams) To her dark skin is beautiful. As for her hair, she just loves the color white that much.

• Top
  Fleur aims to be as high ranked as she possibly can. And so, she is aiming to be queen of Minstrel.
  
• Justice
  Due to having her life messed up. Fleur aims to punish those and set herself back in the place that was taken from her.
  
• Traveling
  The woman wants to travel as much as she can so she can get lots of allies. Good allies that will support her and help her strive towards her goals. She also wants to travel a lot so she can get info on her enemies.
  

Fears:

• Being the girl she was before. Never again does Fleur want to become Faye Devlin. And though it feels like Faye is gone for good, she can not get rid of that tiny fear that she may just come back again.
  
• Below the top
  Fleur wants to die at the top. She fears dying at the bottom.
  
• Betrayal
  Though her enemies weren't exactly her friends before, she does fear having someone else doing what they did to her again or maybe do something even worse.

Hair: She had white hair that reaches past her chest. Currently her hair is a long dark blue which is usually styled into two pigtails, with bangs covering a portion of her face.
Eyes: Once hazel, her eyes are now blue.
Skin Tone: Once tanned, her skin is now pale.
Appearance:
Fleur Delille adores the colors white, gray and silver. When she is not wearing clothes in that color she'll most likely wear pastels close to the color of white. She has a tendency to wrap her chest so that it'll be flatter.
With the magic and psychological actions loosing their effect on her, Fleur's true appearance is coming back to the world. The twenty year old's face has an appearance that looks younger than her actual age.

Hair: She had white hair that reaches past her chest then her hair changed to being dark blue and styled into two long pigtails with the bangs covering a portion of her face. Her hair currently is now a black styled in a hime cut that reaches down to her waist.
Eyes: Once hazel then blue, her eyes are now dark colored.
Skin Tone: Once tanned, her skin is now fair.
Appearance:
Fleur Delille adores colors like white, gray, black and silver. When she is not wearing clothes in that color she'll most likely wear pastels close to the color of white or black. She had a tendency to wrap her chest to flatten it however now she decides to leave it unwrapped.
With the magic and psychological actions loosing their effect on her, Fleur's true appearance is coming back to the world. The twenty year old's face has an appearance that looks a bit younger than her actual age.
