Re: A passport?
After the fateful meeting with her friend Ahote Yuiisai decided it might be time to start heading back to the castle, she had been gone for a few weeks by now and her absence surely noticed after all she hadn't left a note and left on a whim. Wincing a little she looked down bringing up her willowed sleeve to see the deep purple hand shaped bruise that Ahote had left there "There's no way I'm going to be able to explain th-" her words cut off abruptly as she noticed a bright piece of paper on the floor, slowly she crouched and picked up the paper she then realised was in fact a flyer. Quietly she read over the words and bit her lip "Today passports are being issued here at city hall.." she whispered standing a smile on her face, she realised it must be something important as they were advertising it. The problem was she had no idea what a passport was so didn't know of its importance, Aguya she would have known most likely but she had came here on her own so there was no way for her naiveness not to show.
After a long moment of pacing and talking herself in and out of going to get her passport whatever it may be, she let out a deep sigh and bit her lip heading to the city hall. What she was met with was quite a sight, there where roses in full blossom their sweet smell filled the air and put the anxious teen at ease. "So pretty.." she said only to yelp as a tall, muscle bound male passed the bedazzled her, this startled her and tears started to form in her eyes as she was ready to cry. Sure she was use to hustle and bustle when festivals happened where she had been raised, you could barely move in the streets but this was something far different. The man stopped hearing her sniffles and noticed how upset the fragile girl was "I'm sorry miss, I didn't mean to knock you... I should have watched where I was going?" he said as he approached he now wondering if there was anything he could do to help the one he seemed to have scared "First time at Rose Garden?" he asked only to see Yuiisai nod a little.
"It is very beautiful this time of year, anything I can help you with miss?" he asked remembering why he had spoken to her in the first place only to be met with a flyer. "What is a passport?" she asked him making him blink as he took the flyer "A passport?" he repeated unable to believe that a teenager didn't know what one was, especially one he could tell didn't come from around there from how they dressed "A passport is a document needed if you board a ship to an island or even go to travel internationally or to realm." he explained to her, he seen the West Fiore Trading Company pin on the top of her hanfu and found it even more surprising that she hadn't obtained hers yet. "I came on a ship and didn't have travel permits then..." she said thoughtfully "That's likely because you took one of your companies ships but if you where to use a commercial ship they would ask, it's to make sure you aren't up to trouble and such." he said watching as Yuiisai nodded, it made perfect sense to her.
"Tell you what, to make it up to you how about I get you seen next?" he asked with a smile "Wouldn't that show favouritism?" she asked before watching his head shake "No, my brother works for the council. I'll explain to him what happened, my family is very old fashioned on how the fairer gender should be treated and making amends if we should do bad things." he explained making her nod with the gentleman's guidance they made it to the city hall where he made his way down the line, where he started to speak to a man dressed in official clothing whom then looked at her beckoning her down from the back of the line. Yuiisai made her way down though she did hear the dissatisfaction of those who had been waiting in line for hours and stood before the man. "I must apologise once again for my brother's ill mannered behaviour. What is your name, age, what is your nationality, guild and current rank of magic if you have them." he asked calmly as he took an image placing it on the paper "My name is Yuiisai, I'm nineteen, I was raised in Terra Ignis but born in Midi, I am a member of the West Fiore Trading Company and at current I can only do C-Rank jobs or lower without assistance." she explained, the man noticing her pin made a seal of magic underneath her feet that showed the location of her mark and that it did indeed match where she said she was aligned.
Taking all the information he started to write it all down before using a magical seal that was meant to be tamper proof, that way nothing could be changed that shouldn't be if it happened to fall into the hand of a dark mage. They never took into consideration however people could change "If you change guild you must get this updated, everything else will update on its own." he said as he placed the final stamp in place handing to her "Why is the guild thing the only thing that doesn't update?" she asked moving her hands to accept it "The council like to keep check on how many members each guild has." he said with a smile. "Please have a nice day within Rose Garden and enjoy your passport Miss Yuiisai." he said with that Yuiisai bowed moving out of the line so the next person could be seen to as she admired their new passport.

Note: As Ruvel is in Onyx Moon I couldn't have Yuiisai in there too but due to plot ICly at this point she is a member of the guild though OOCly is guildess
