History/Story
❆ History: Ashtver was adopted into the Weissheart family from a young age, having been orphaned at birth for reasons he was unaware of. He was raised with a very typical lifestyle in Clover Town, working and learning as any normal boy his age should have been doing. Over time he gathered a very close circle of friends whom he trusted entirely and did nearly everything with. During his teens, he fell in love with one of the girls just down the street from him, who he saw on his way to and from school every day, and not long after he turned 16 they moved in together as a couple.
For his entire life, Ash had admired wizards and the spectacular powers of magic that they wielded. Every night, he wished upon a star that he would find the power of wizards within him. He himself didn't know he had the ability to use magic until his 18th birthday. On that day, he had woken up in pitch blackness, garbed in nothing but a robe around his waist, despite having fallen asleep beside his girlfriend the previous night. A voice spoke to him from the shadows, calling him 'Phoenixborn', and explaining his Phoenix heritage to him. A warm, orange glow slowly approached him from the black horizon, and in fear, he met it with a raging blue light - a pair of icy, flaming Phoenix wings emerged from his back to combat the growing flames before him. The voice chuckled and left him with just a few parting words - "My dear Frost Phoenix."
He woke up for real as the illusion faded, and he sat up in his bed, panting heavily, his girlfriend looking at him fearfully. He quickly explained the dream he had, and was briskly encouraged by her to try using magic for himself. And, filled with doubt, he did, holding his hand out and focusing his latent magic power into his hand. After a few minutes of intense focus, a little blue flame flickered to life in the middle of his hand. The two were ecstatic, and Ash remembered two words from that night as clearly as the day they were said, "It's cool."
The day after he displayed his newfound magical prowess to his friends and told them about the Phoenix dream. It had initially worried him that they may be scared of his ability and lineage, but instead they regarded him as a legend and a living myth. All of them, his girlfriend included, encouraged Ash to head into the big cities of Fiore and find a guild to join.
Ash has yet to truly awaken his Phoenixborn lineage, but in order to find out how he can discover the secret to unlocking it, he has set off on a quest to find Fairy Tail and join the guild, so that he may one day truly earn the title of the Frost Phoenix. Whether he'll find the guild or the answers he's looking for, only time will tell.

Ash's stupid grin couldn't leave his face as he helped to serve sweet beverages, provide comfort and escort those who were having their blood drawn at the Rose Garden Blood Drive. It was a lovely little event, and a job offer that he just could not say no to. "Here you go, sir," he said to the young boy whom he helped across the garden to one of the tents and sat him down, handing him one of the juices bundled under his arm. Turning away, he took a moment to admire the scene before him; glittering roses girting a bustling festival of smiling and laughing people who were all donating their blood for a good cause. This was the kind of gorgeous sight he had traveled all the way from Clover Town to see, and Crystal Swan had made that task that much easier with the Crystalli.
Peeking over at one of the tents, he noticed his guildmate, Angel, serving some of the donors food and beverages after being poked by the needle. Ash still couldn't believe he was a guy - a fact he'd learned the hard way after accidentally calling him a girl the first time they'd met. But it also wasn't like the boy avoided it - in fact, he embraced his femininity with a wardrobe of female clothes, a expressive bravery that Ashtver respected.
Heading over with the juice still tucked tightly under his arm, Ash gently tapped Angel on the shoulder with one digit to get his attention. "Heya, how's it hanging? Serving everyone okay, no one fainted yet?" he asked him, quickly flicking his gaze across the room as he momentarily took Angel's focus away. "This is really beautiful, seeing everyone here giving for a good cause. This is what life's about, wouldn't you agree?" he inquired and smiled brightly down at his friend.
