ANNUAL PET MASTER FITNISH COMPETITON (casual rp)

chelvaric the rune knight Lietenant of the combat devision wants to see how fit people in the legal guilds are and how good their bond with there pet is. their are 2 winners one for the most sportive guild. and second for the best bond with pet this one is solo.

he posted the request in evry legal guild and in the rune knights hall.

race track: from era to mangolia to spooky forest and back.

rules:
1. no portal's or teleports further then 30 yards.
2. pets must be in a distance of 10 yards of you.
3. you hafe to pass the check points

prices:
for guild winner: trophie of being the fitest guild for a year.

for the best bond: a year of free pet food that works for youre pet.

the judge is me. so i wont participate.

Chelvaric walked toward the start line. The sun was high at the sky burning down on the people and making their live miserable. Oh this would be a perfect day for the race. He looked at the start line right in front of the rune knights base. It was the first time this event was held but chelvaric did his best in organizing this. He wanted to train the guilds but they wouldn’t do it if he just asked them. So he taught up this competition as a way to train them. He walked toward the stage to see how many people had signed up for it. He sat down on his chair and looked at the paper in front of him. There was one guy from fairy tail, a girl from lamia scale and 3 people from the rune knights. Ah good to see his own people was joining this. It wasn’t a huge come up but well it was the first time. And the rune knights still was “the police”. He ordered a drink and asked to the soldier if everything was ready. “yes sir we only have to wait for the participants.”, the cadet said while saluting. “good job. Let everybody take their position.”, he waved the soldier away and leaned in his chair. Well let us wait for the people.

Nightken decided to enter a pet competition with Tenshu. “Let’s show them what you got.” He said to Tenshu as they flew to Era. Arriving there they saw that they were the first ones to arrive. Hopping off Nightken took care of all the registration stuff. While he was doing that Tenshu laid in front of the starting line enjoying the sun on his silver scales. With this much light hitting his scales he became blinding for a bit until Nightken hopped back on him and used his duster to cover his face while he laid on Tenshu’s back and waited for the rest of the competition to show up.

Eternia's eyes flickered as she saw the starting line through the bright light in the trees. The wind on her face was cold and calm, just like the sea breeze on a summers morning. "Eternia! Where are we going again?" the Unicorn, Roxy asked her as she pointed towards the place. She saw Chev sitting on a chair and appeared to be reading something. She hovered down and waved to Chev. "Hello!"

Freya yawned and ran down the stairs of the Rune Knights tower opening the the door and walking down to the gathering of people. She squinted her eyes wiping away sleep, she was glad she didn't have to get up early to join the event but she was still sleepy. She looked down at her hair where her pet snake Orochi was curled up still sleeping, Freya sighed envious but the snake would have to wake up soon enough anyway, they had a race to win. Freya grinned to herself and stopped by Eternia "Heya all, nice morning for a race right?" she said enthusiastically planning on winning this race from the start, she smiled up at Chev, one of her squadron members glad he had decided to organise this event.

Daemon had entered with his Loyal wolf Lunos Lets show them our spirit Lunos. Daemon said calmly as they both raced up the stairs together . As they reached the top Daemon noticed that the other consestants had already arrived Daemon smiled slightly as He and Lunos walked over to the starting line and both calmly sat down as Daemon pulled out a cateen of water and promtly shared it with Lunos. After a few mins they both stood up and readied themselves for a good run.

shino was riding on kayle towards era as it was the destination of something special. she was going to represent lamia scale in a pet/master race made by the rune knight's. she had kayle and kayle was a saber tooth made for hunting her sprinting and endurance was big so she hoped she would win. tough as she arrived she could see assort of dragon laying on the ground and her courage downed a bit. she walked toward her position. And then walked to do the paper works. she saw a man leaning on a chair on the stage. he had something familiar around him but she had no time to inspect as it seemed it was going to start. she ran back to kayle.

Chelvaric get up from his chair when he saw eternia coming.”Hai eternia”, he said while saluting. Then he called out to all contesters and started to speak. “welcome to the first edition of the pet master race. This will test the bond between you and your pet. The rules are simple. You will run toward the first checkpoint at the gates of era. Then you will run in a straight line toward magnolia entrance checkpoint. When you run through the main street of magnolia you will pass the last checkpoint on the gate toward the ice glaciers. ”, he paused for a bit. “then you will run toward a cave inside the biggest ice glacier their. There will be a magical item in the cave. You have to take it and bring it back to here. Taken the same old road. That was the basic route. Now for the rules.”, chelvaric pulled out a black board. With written on it.

“oh and one extra thing. You can ride youre pet’s or fly. But the magic item can only be carried by your pet. The spell on it makes it so you can’t carry anything else but the coin. So you won’t be able to ride on it the second half of the race.”, he paused while looking at them. “well get on youre marks then and good luck.” After they all got on their positions he shot the gun in the air giving the start shot….

Eternia looked at the people who arrived. Freya, her General and her best friend, she also saw another Rune Knight, Spade. She was glas to see how many Rune Knights had bothered to show up.

The was a variety of animals ranging from Unicorns to snakes. She didn't particulary like Freya's snake. It was large and creepy and then turned into small and cute. Not normal.

She looked at the starting line and started walking towards it, closely followed by Roxy. She smiled at the Unicorn as he nuzzled her. She laughed as looked at him seriously, "Lets have some fun"

BANG the gun sounded and Eternia hopped onto Roxy and pulled on his mane, telling him to move upwards. They flew into the air, fast, high above anyone else. She smiled at the pony as he flapped his wings. They were going at a steady pace, the wind was strong, helping them in the direction they needed to go. "Lalalala~ We fly liek an eagle, we follow the sun~" Eternia sang and Roxy gave out a painfull whinny. She laughed and patted his neck. "Get ready, some people might want to play sneaky"

Freya listened as Chev explained the rules she looked around at the other peoples pets, thankfully she wasn't the only one without a flying pet. She sighed oh well she didn't mind really she had a fear of heights so it only made sense to stay on the ground "On your marks get set go!" Chev yelled she started to run forward gently prodding Orochi in her hair as she ran "Right mister wake up it's time to get going" the snake uncurled itself lazily blinking its beady eyes at her. Freya grinned and nudged the snake along as it slithered down her arm and onto the ground rapidly growing in size till it was towering over Freya. She jumped onto the snake as it slithered along the ground going quike fast due to its emmense size. She looked up at the sky seeing Eternia on Roxy. "Dang most of them are in the sky so earthquakes aren't gonna work..." she peered round looking at one of her fellow Rune Knights with his large wolf "well one of them is" she grinned evily but shook her head "no I won't attack unless someone else does, right Orochi lets focus on these checkpoints"

As more people showed up Nightken got ready for the race to start. "Alright Tenshu let's show them what you got." He said as he waited for the race to start. When Nightken said that Tenshu let out a loud roar in excitement. "On your marks get set go!" Chelvaric yelled shortly after everyone was at the starting line. Tenshu took off at full speed. His only real competition in the air is the rune knight on the flying horse. "Don't let them get ahead speed up this race is ours." Nightken said to motivate his wyvern into flying faster and it seemed to work. They followed the course just above it.

Shino jumped on kayle as she heard the rules. The second part she taught she was going to be at an advantage as her cat physics would give her a faster result then the others. The Rune knight who really seemed nice. And had a kind of already know him feeling over him. Took out his gun and gave the start shot. The unicorn and the dragon rose in the sky and started to fly away. While a snake appeared under the other rune knight girl. Shino set off with kayle. he jumped and started to sprint like she did when she hunted a prey. The muscles in her legs were tightening up as they ran fast. Instead of running around obstacles her legs were made for jumping over them. She saw the unicorn and the dragon toe to toe in the sky.

Daemon and Lunos shot off of the stating line and flew down the stairs as tey reached the city streets Daemon jumpped off of Lunos and both of them jumped onto a nearby rooftop and continued on the race course with Daemon the distence mentioned in the rules. Lunos weither we win or lose your still the best partner I could ave asked for Daemon though as the duo jumped across non-important streets onto the next rooftop as they headed torwards the center of town and the first obstical.

Eternia looked across at the Gryphon, "And I thought Unicorns where mythical looking" she said smiling as she looked at the Gryphon as they past her and Roxy. She frowned, "Shouldn't we be going faster?" Roxy said flying faster, Eternia shook her head and pulled him back, "Hey.. watch it! Do you want..." he was cut of by Eternia, "I think there will something or someone up ahead" she said as the Unipeg slowed about two pony lengths behind the Gryphon.

Freya sighed it seemed she was behind, she shrugged her shoulders patting the large snake as it continued to slither along the ground she squinted up seeing the Fairy Tail wizard and Eternia head to head. She grinned they shouldn't underestimate her division head. She sensed a slight desturbance in Eternia and Roxy's flights guessing she her friend had sensed something, Freya whispered to her snake "Keep your guard up, somethings coming" She said having no idea what Chev was planning "Of courssssseee Freya" the snake hissed confidently. The two increased the pace trying to level up with the cat girl and her...sabertooth tiger? There sure was a variety of...different pets racing, she thought to herself, well she couldn't talk she had a giant snake. The snake flicked its tongue out "It'sssss coming" Freya nodded taking up a crouched stance as the snake continued to slither along the ground.
