Description: The first inheritor of the Blessings of Heaven. He was a king back in his time of inheritance. Most of the treasures stored in her Treasury were discovered by him. Legends once said that any army he commanded could be lead to victory no matter how slim the chances were. His physical body was maintained in it's peak condition for all eternity after Athena asked him to become one of the Blessings within the Treasury.
His personality is that of a well-mannered young man who had a lot of knowledge despite how young he looks. His duty is guide those who have received Athena's blessings once they have reached a certain point. While most of the time he is calm, cool and collected, he can be rather nihilistic at times with how he talks as well as be teasing towards the one who he is guarding. Despite being a spirit, he still has a physical body and needs to maintain himself. Most of the time, he can spend time in the Treasury while going about his business but if requested by the vessel at the time, he can just stay on Earthland for as long as they would like him to. Due to the limited social interaction he has most of the time, he is somewhat of an introvert and prefers just simply talking to the one who has Athena's blessings at that point in time.

Description: Using residual magic energy from the Treasury, Arthur's hands glow gold and he can attack a single enemy with a user-ranked hit of damage. The blast of magic can either be delivered as a melee attack or simply as projectiles of light. If used as projectiles, the range is maximum for the user's rank and the speed is maximum for user's rank, both of single target.
Strengths:
- An easy way for Arthur to help deal damage whilst unarmed.
Weaknesses:
- Can only hit one target.
- If fired as a projectile, it can miss due to it travelling in a straight line.

Description: The residual energy from the Treasury empowers those who are allied with Arthur or the vessel he is currently serving. This buff provides a 25% bonus to strength and spell damage as long as they are within user's rank of multi-target spells.
Strengths:
- A simple buff that rallies those with a similar cause.
Weaknesses:
- If an enemy can act well enough to have Arthur trust them, they will receive the buffs as well.
- The range is not clearly defined to it's rather easy to step out of the buff radius.
