Adina Jibi ⍉ Guildless ⍉ D-Rank
She'd been minding her own business, doing nothing useful, probably being annoying to any passersby. As she was just wandering the streets of whatever town, she didn't know the name, she forgot. The reason she bothered people was either her companion, Tefari, a rugged older looking hyena, or herself. Though to be honest here, it was probably Adina, she was using a very loud outside voice whenever she spoke, and was using very exaggerated and overly dramatic movements. So yeah, it was her, and she wasn't really minding her own business, but back to the topic at hand. What interrupted her from shouting random things at random people was Tefari, who grabbed a paper that fell from a job board that hung outside a tavern, he trotted back over to his master and nudged her with his snout. Twisting her body at her waist, and the rest of her body a few moments after. With a delicate hand she ripped the paper from hyena's grip, thus ripping the top of the paper. After intensely asking what it said to some poor citizen, she headed out to do the job.
So here she was, Beanstalk Village, a rather quaint town , probably due to the fact it had a ginormous beanstalk protruding from the ground and seemingly endlessly reaching towards the heavens. Instead of the normal buildings that other towns were filled with, it had tepees, which was sort of similar to the rundown tents that her nomadic tribe would use as temporary shelter. So she felt more at home here then any other town she's been in. Arriving on a train she sneaked on, she decided to get right to work. She kept a keen light blue gaze on her surroundings looking out for the strange and dangerous weeds. It wasn't hard to miss the large plant, though she couldn't see the colors described on paper due to her blindness to such. She could tell by it's distinct smell that was different then any of the other plants, her pet appeared to notice this also. She glided over to it, gracefully squatting down to its level, she reached out to touch it but a sharp yip from Tefari told her otherwise. It took Adina a moment to remember why this would be bad to do. "Oh, right" she said softly, retracting her reach back to her kneecap, parallel to where her other hand resided.
Sliding out a lighter from her pocket she flicked it open and on, she lit the plant on fire, with a blank blue gaze she watched as the plant shriveled from the flames. As it bent over itself and was mostly gone the girl stood straight up and stomped on it, ridding of it's existence. Turning on her boot heels she continued to walk along. It wasn't long before she found a couple more all huddled up against each other, one as big as the last one she found, and one about half it's size. Tefari stood besides the girl watching to see what she would do, taking in a deep breath, exhaling she turned her breath into fire, thus disintegrating the plants. With a proud smile and a satisfied look on her expression she moved on, well wasn't this an easy job. If this is what it took to be redeemed then this was going to be a cinch. She came across another plant similar to the first one in size and shape, what she did to is she did with said first one, light it on fire with her shiny lighter then proceed to stomp on it's smoldering ashes. The girl proceeded to do the same or something similar, with two others, which she found whilst wandering about, it took some time to find them though with out sparse they were.
But with the last one, the largest one, she took off her tie that hung loosely from her neck. This multi colored cloth she as an accessory, she wrapped around her hand to protect it from the stinging of the plant. The pulled the large weed out from it's spot in the ground, it took quite a bit of pulling, making the girl fall on her butt from the momentum from pulling so hard on it. She grumbled some cusses in her native language before hopping up to her feet. With her free hand she brushed off the back of her red mini skirt, freeing it of any dirt or pebbles that clung to it. With her hyena at her side, she went to the herbalist to retrieve her reward, whatever it was. Jewels was something she wasn't quite so sure as to what it was, she didn't really have any of them, but everybody here treasured them.
