Job Description:
Sometime after receiving the coordinates to a new lead, Samira makes the journey to check it out. It brings her and whoever tags along to a set of ruins that have been hidden throughout the centuries due to a magical barrier. Inside are traps, enemies, and puzzles that must be dealt with before reaching the final room. There, the once desert spirit of war, Anhur, must be defeated in order for him to become an ally.
Enemies:
Weak: Traps, puzzles, and minor enemies
The ruins are filled with different traps and puzzles that will make getting through it more difficult. There’s even a labyrinth. Minor enemies include snakes, scorpions, and flesh eating beetles.
Normal: Children of Anhur
Not really his children biologically, but rather worshippers that were once human and in time gained the favor of the true desert war god. The current Anhur merely watches over them and keeps them contained in the ruins for they are no longer human and have become quite an obsessed cult. There are two variants, those of flesh and those of stone. Both are capable of wielding magic and are skilled with weapons. Those of the stone have stronger defense while those of flesh are faster and more mobile.
Strong: Stone Guardians
Several large statues stand guard around the ruins. They come to life as soon as they detect intruders and deal with them in a rather violent manner. Can be difficult to take down due to their size, durability, strength, and the fact they also have their own magic.
Boss: Anhur
The spirit incarnation of the true Anhur. Due to events that transpired many centuries ago he is no longer a spirit and has been living in the mortal plane since. Samira’s contract with the spirit Bastet requires she turn Anhur into an ally and find some way to make him a spirit once more. The only way he will become an ally is for Samira and whoever she brings along to defeat him. First phase will be in his normal form and once defeated he will rise again in his stone form.
