Description:
A spear that was enchanted by the one who once owned it,Artemis goddess of the Hunt,chastity,virginity,the moon and the natural environment.Now that it's enchanted it had a couple of different abilities,including the ability to change it's weapon form,it can turn from a Spear to a staff,vice versa.Some other magical abilities as well.
Strengths:

·Pretty good magical abilities

·If ever broken or disappears,it can be appear in the user's hands again two posts after it is broken/dissappeared

Weaknesses:

·Can be broken quite easily

·Sometimes the weapon disappears from time to time whenever the gods need it

·Magical abilities aren't always able to be casted

so if a normal spell of the item's rank would do 100 damage, for example, these would 25 or 50 damage instead of 125 or 150? (I just want to make sure of which it is so you don't end up having any issue's later~)

Yeah like it does 25% of a ranks damage like if it was c-rank it would do 10 damage instead of fourty
