As the train made its way down the long travelled track towards its set of destinations where it would stop, Mitsuo Takahashi sat in his seat pondering the job request that he had taken from his guild. He had been looking for a quick way to make some money and hopefully prove himself to some of the higher ups in his guild, and he knew that he had to start from the bottom and work his way up if he wanted to get anywhere, so that was exactly what he had decided he would do. The job seemed like it would be easy enough, and the young Fairy Tail wizard knew that he would likely be able to have a pretty fun time at the same time since it involved taking a couple of kids to a new amusement park, which at his young age of seventeen was something that he was actually quite looking forward too.
Out the windows of the train, he could see that the sun was at its zenith, high above the small village that he was making his way towards, and was shining down nearly oppressively upon the village below. It was going to be a hot one, and Mitsuo hoped that would keep the energy level of the two kids down. The woman who had put up the request said that one of them was quite wild and Mitsuo was hoping that if he was dealing with such heat he wouldn’t feel energetic enough to run from the older teen, but at the same time he knew that at the age of ten these two would likely be full of energy anyway and not care at all about the weather or the heat...or likely what Mitsuo said. He was hoping that they would think he was cool being a wizard and listen to him because of that.
