Summer sighed softly she she finally made it to the land that the council basically sent out to everyone, well, everyone as far as she knew. Biting her lower lip, she looked around ever so slowly, worried that any monsters were already out and just staring at her as if they were creepy stalkers or something.
“Summer!” a familiar voice rang out, this most certainly got Summer confused… she didn’t tell Laysha about this?? How the hell was Laysha able to sneak out without Summer even knowing?! It soon became apparent why… Laysha was always flying underneath Summer’s skirt, only knowing that was the case since Laysha literally flew out of her skirt and right in Summer’s face. She was such a pervert!
“Laysha! What are you doing here?! You should know I am too used to your presence now to know that me sensing you is absolutely botched.” Summer grimaced in the situation, the naughty, pervy fairy found her way into Summer’s clutches and all Laysha could do was grin in embarrassment.
“S-sorry! I was playing hide and seek with Priscilla and Stella! Needless to say, I urm… was hiding underneath your skirt?? I am really sorry! I didn’t know you were going to leave for Fat Monster Land!”
Summer’s face was telling more stories than her last expression, she was just being furnished with Laysha’s pervy but genius ideas, the only thing that Summer could well and truly do in this situation though… was to facepalm, and heavily. “Bloody hell, Laysha! You had one job!” Summer exclaimed with such defeat, Laysha was always like this, but she didn’t expect for Laysha to actually hide under her skirt for a game, to the point that she may or may not have made Laysha win the game. “Right, when we’re back, we are going to apologise to your sisters!”
“Yes, Summer…”
Looking around some more, Summer felt… some other presences, she couldn’t tell whose presences they were, or if they were indeed the monsters, she just knew that this land was all as hell creepy and she wanted to stop the monsters going rampant that were apparently in this land. Then, she can go back home, make Laysha apologise to the other fairies and then let it be over and done with.
“I feel people… or things… around me…” Summer mentioned as she looked around more, were these the monsters that were going to be around?? Or were they more people who also heeded the council’s call??

Zodiac Auras Being part of a bloodline of the Chinese zodiac means the user can sense everyone within a 30 meter radius that is placed into the 12 categories of the Chinese zodiac. If you are associated with the chinese zodiac (their birth year places them in a category of the Chinese zodiac) then your aura will be sensed by Summer herself (which is effective for mages who like to camouflage/mask their scent/go invisible). This does not work on the undead (as they have died) and this does not work on anything that was man made (machines, cyborgs etc) as they were created by man and were not given life in terms of birth. However, the ones with all the senses will have this sense too if they are within the 30 metre radius, those invisible to all the senses will remain unseen.
The sound of leather-booted footsteps softly thumping onto the metallic floor of the SS Tailspin’s deck echoed softly through the air as the Etherborn exited her quarters and made her way through the ship. Not much earlier the AI installed in the ship, which she’d been told was called EDI, had prepped the crew on board about the landing of the massive futuristic ship with a single order that’d gone over Kenna’s head. Despite having been in an indifferent mood for so long, the last few times she’d gone out had allowed her to regain part of her old composure, to the point she actually showed interest again in things she knew nothing off. The SS Tailspin being one of those. For some reason she’d felt uncertain and extremely uneasy upon entering certain rooms when having allowed herself a shallow tour around the ship, having made her return to one of the crew’s quarters appointed to her for this journey. Now they’d finally landed at their destination she’d dared exit her cabin again, and took her time looking around each of the quarters of the ship. She seemed to enjoy the dining room more due to its gentler and warmer appearance inside the metallic vessel. She furthered through the ship, undoing her fingerless gloves so her fingers could slide over the wooden and eventually metallic walls more easily, and halted once she reached the infirmary. The door opened as she was about to touch it, and the bright white area actually hurt her eyes when she peered inside, the scent of disinfectant and medicines filling her nose. She snorted, shook her head and blinked in confusion as she gazed upon the chair in the middle. A chill went down her spine as the uneasy feeling took hold of her again, and turned on the back of her heels almost immediately after to return from where she’d come. For some odd reason she felt like she’d recognised it from somewhere, but knew not who, what or where. This entire ship felt off to her… Kenna sighed and put her fingerless dark gloves back on as she made her way to the cargo bay, where several crewmembers seemed to be busy doing whatever they were told to do. Her hands grabbed the steel railings and the young ravenhaired maiden took a little hop, sliding down the entire staircase in one go and landing smoothly several meters lower. She pulled her brown half-top jacket straight and rested her hand on one of the bandaged parts of her stomach, hiding her now superficial wounds from her previous encounter with a nest of imugi’s from peering eyes. Popping a few charts of Barbardium into the pocket of her khaki pants, Kenna casually walked towards and down the hatch, stopping in her tracks halfway to stare upon the unique vegetation that was Fat Monsterland’s.
”So this is Fat Monsterland, eh? Such a curious place… wait, is that a monster over there?” Kenna exclaimed, stepping a bit further down the hatch to glance at something in the far distance she could barely make out to be anything close to a monster. It was a wild guess that got her a few rolling eyes from the nearby crew that had been alerted by her sudden exclamation. ”Hehehe… better safe than sorry, right?” She said rather apologetic, but gave it a rest almost right away. Instead she walked down the entire remainder of the ramp and set her first step unto Fat Monsterland territory. The soft sandy ground felt pleasant under her feet after having walked unto the metal surface of the ship for so long, and she happily breathed in the fresh air around her. Which she immediately regretted the next moment as the gassy scent of nearby swamps cut her breath short with a most unpleasant scent. Avide, from within her shadow, started laughing at his master’s mistake and seemed quite amused at her unknowingness. “You sometimes surprise me with your childlike indulgence, milady, truly. I-" He snorted and relapsed in his fit of laughter, making Kenna’s shadow grow until it formed his own silhouette rather than her own. ”S-shut up, you- you!” She tried, but to no avail. The maiden sighed and just clenched her fist, summoning the Steel Wolf into her right hand as the steel, ornamented gauntlet it was and smiled at it rather grimly. ”You just laugh. Wait till we find some monsters, then we shall see who laughs last.” Her voice hissed dangerously at her shadow, who tried his best to stop laughing and regain his composure. “No worries milady, that won’t b-pfffttt, be a problem.” Avide replied, wiping away a tear as he shuddered a final time and smiled. “It’s been a while since I last laughed this badly. ‘twas enjoyable~” Kenna didn't bother taking much heed to her companion’s honeyed words and turned around to scan the area around her, awaiting for her guildmaster Kite Wilhelm, who she had gotten the free ride from, to appear from the ship so they could set out.
Julius was swimming in at high speed, thanks to his water magic, he was on his way towards Hargeon town one of the many port towns in Fiore. Julius dove deeper and with a gracious curve he aimed himself towards the surface, he shot himself out of the sea like a torpedo and with a twist he landed on his feet onto the concrete floor of the port. So Squable, what would you rate that landing? Squable, who was tucked into Julius' shirt crawled himself out of it and started to flap his wings to get the water out of his feathers. I give that landing a "w" for "wet" Squable said as he landed onto Julius' right shoulder. Oh come on Squable, cut the sarcasm and give me an honest rating. Julius chuckled. Oi! It's kinda difficult to rate something I wasn't able to see! Oh don't be such a buzz kill! Julius said as he ruffled through Squable's feathers. Anyway, it seems you've finally broken through that habit of talking in third person! For a long time Julius had always talked in the third person for no apparent reason, but ever since Black Sails went through a revamp it was required for Julius to keep his true identity a secret so he had to practice to get rid of his habit of talking in the third person. Practice makes perfect as they say! Julius said with a chuckle. But why are we here anyway? Squable asked Julius. I have to pick some things up I ordered a week ago, the owner of the store told me it could take a week before they received a new batch! What kind of batch? Wine! Ever since Julius drank that wine at that bar we met Kite, I couldn't help myself and ask around the town to see if I could buy some bottles and luckily I found a store where they have it!
At the store Julius didn't received good news. "My apologies mister but the the wine got stolen by bandits." Ugh of course this would happen to me! Julius kicked an empty can laying on the ground. Cheer up Julius! Why not go to that bar and ask for a glass of that wine. Julius sighed. That place got blown into high heaven remember? Squable thought for a second. Oh yeah now I remember... Ah well let's just go to another bar. But Julius hadn't taken a single step and a voice called out to him, Julius turned around and behind him there was a Rune knight. You there! Are you per any chance a wizard? The Rune Knight asked while he was inspecting Julius from top to bottom. Depends on who is asking, what do you want from me sir? Julius said with a pierce look towards the Rune knight. The Magic council, they are looking for wizards who are able to hunt monsters, lately monsters have become more active and the magic council is in need of wizards who are able to kill a few to make sure they won't pose a threat anymore, of course the wizards who partake will receive a reward. Julius thought to himself. Hmmm... Sure why not, at least it will make sure this trip wasn't completely pointless pointless The Rune Knight smiled. That's wonderful! Here is a navigation lacrima, I know for a fact that there is a group on this location, good luck to you! The Rune Knight walked away.
Well it seems we've got ourselves a new job! Now... Time to see where the location is... Well this is going to take a day to travel to! Even by carriage! Julius thought to himself for a second. You know... I've always wanted to ride a motorcycle once! Think about it! A motorcycle is fast enough to get us to the location in just half a day! We were here early so we can make it in time! So what do you say Squable, shall I get a motorcycle? Julius chuckled. Ah sure why not! Julius looked for a shop that sold motorcycles and found one luckily enough. Excuse me sir! I'm interested in one of those motorcycles! How much does this one cost? A man walked up towards Julius. Ah you've got a good eye boy! This motorcycle is a new model! This one is fast and it uses magical energy of it's user as fuel so it's also good for the environment! As for the price, 50,000 jewels is the price! Julius thought for a second. I'll take it! Here you go sir! The salesman looked with a smile towards the jewels Julius handed him. Ah yes one more thing! This motorcycle is now bound to you, which means you can summon it whenever you want with a simple snap with the fingers, just make sure you summon it outside the town alright? Julius nodded.
Outside the city there was a road leading towards their destination according to the navigation lacrima. Well time to give this motorcycle a test drive! Julius snapped his fingers and a magic circle opened up, and out of it a motorcycle drove out of it. Julius sat down on the motorcycle, he tucked Squable into his shirt. Time to go vroom! Julius yelled when he started the motor and drove away with high speed.
Bayonetta ~ Splash wave (Climax Mix):
Motorcycle:
At first it was getting used to the high speed but Julius managed to quickly adapt to the speed. Oh yes! This will get us to the location in no time! What? Julius-kun I can't hear you! It didn't matter whether Squable could hear him or not all that mattered was getting to the location quickly. Julius had placed the navigation lacrima on the steering wheel, he kept an eye on the road and the lacrima. If only I could use Raid Time in that way we would get there even faster... Ah well, this is fast enough for me! After a while Julius noticed a swamp like area in the distance. Yep this is the location according to the lacrima.
Rayman 2 the great escape ~ The Bayou part 1:
Julius got off the motorcycle, with a snap with his finger a magic circle appeared and the motorcycle disappeared. Do you still have all your feathers Squable? Julius asked with a soft chuckle. Squable got out of Julius' shirt. Well I certainly almost lost some of them, I have to agree that motorcycle is really nifty! So... Is this the location? According to the lacrima it is... Ugh this swamp is going to ruin Julius' boots, ah well at least it's better then traveling for nothing, let's go inside and see if we can find this group! After walking through the Swamp for a while Julius noticed a familiar person, it was Summer along with her fairies, Julius and Summer became good friends since they went searching for the One Piece, after that job they had met a couple of other times and now she was one of the guildmasters of Golden Phoenix. My my Summer, what are you doing in here? A swamp is a bit of a strange location for an blind date isn't it? Now, who is the lucky guy? Is it that cute swordsman you introduced me to? I knew you two were made for each other! Julius chuckled. Joking aside, how are you doing Summer? It certainly has been a while hasn't it?

Faith won’t always save you. My flames will do that instead.
The sound of the crew aboard the Tailspin was booming, all of which were prepping for take off on this very unique adventure. Among all the paper work that was sent to him over the past week the notice from the magic council regarding an out break of monster attack. Outside the cursed lands is a region for monsters to roam called the fat monster land however recently monsters have taken it upon themselves to expand past their natural boundaries causing havoc. However this isn't as simple as monsters curiously wandering but the council believes that there is some sort of force provoking the reaction from these beasts. If this was the simple case of monsters wandering about he would have not even considered it but with the possibility that there is foul play involved such as a mage or even a new monster acting as an alpha, either case causing a problem for the lands of Fiore. With his weapons Rose strapped across his back and Reap secured across the back of his waist wearing is all black outfit with his long navy blue coat. He only wore this outfit when he was about to go out on a combat related mission other wise the coat typically stayed behind. Walking through the hall way he walked passed the room that once housed both Mashyuu and Kenna however since the events with the Elders it only belonged to Kenna now. While a lot had happened to the guild, Kite made sure to keep tabs on his Guild Members, especially Kenna after Mashyuu disappeared. Her sudden turn to a depression had been noticed so instead of going off on his own he had knocked on the door. After it were open and Kite hand managed to charm Kenna into actually leaving her room to join him on a mission to get some fresh air she agreed and joined him on the tail spin. He had escorted her up the ramp of the ship, up the catwalk and to the fore deck that was her living quarters for the flight to the Fat Monster land. While he was in the cock pit going over the flight plan he would leave her to explore the ship freely if she saw fit. With a sudden downward force from the upward acceleration of the ship, Tailspin took to the air and was on its way to the fat monster land. ”EDI take the controls, I am going to make sure Kenna is fine during the trip.“ Her voice crackled over the speaker "No problem, is there anything landing instructions?" she would ask looking to make it as easy for Kite as possible. ”Lower the ramp for a low hover, no need to for a landing. That way if we need to get the hell outta there you are already prepped for extraction.“ he walked to the bulkhead of the cock pit and went down the small set of stairs and through the foredeck in search of his guest. He would find her standing in the cargo bay alone in her own thoughts looking down at the lands that were the monster's home but he refrained from actually going down to stand with here he watched her from above until he moved on down the stairs and arrived on the cargo bay floor standing next to Kenna ”This could be nothing or it could be something big, either way stay on your toes out there.“ he said to her just as the ramp lowered just touching the ground and she was the first to exit.
Kite watched as she immediately looked over at something and question if it were a monster but her expression would answer the question. Kite had exited the ship standing behind Kenna as she seemed to speak to her shadow about something however he wouldn't question whatever it was she was speaking on. ”Time to go hu...“ he paused when he felt something nearby, a powerful magical aura as well as a scent the was of....gunpowder, ”I sense another mage nearby. It could be more guilds sent out memebrs to deal with these beasts.“ he pointed in the direction he felt them, ”We will go check it out but if it turns out to be dark mages we should be prepared for anything.“ and so Kite would take the lead as they traveled towards the source of the magic power with his right hand firmly grasped on the handle of Reap fully prepared to draw at a moments notice. Soon enough they would come across not one but two people both Kite knew the female was Summer, guild master of Golden Phoenix along with Astrid and the male was Julius with his parrot Squable and so Kite relaxed his grip and approached the pair with his hand still on the hilt but mere keeping it steady, ”Well, looks like we aren't the only hunters today.“ he put his hands on his hips and smirked, ”Kenna this is Summer Guild Master of Golden Phoenix and this is Julius mage and his trusty Parrot.“ This was nice moment for sure but he didn't wanna steal anyone's quarry so he would ask, ”Don't suppose you two would like join us in putting these monsters in their place?“ What he didn't know was that while he was proposing this they were in fact being stalked by a variety of monsters from the vegetation that surrounded them. Lumbering over them all was a one eyed creature that could be distinguished as a cyclops. It was something that caught his attention right away, ”Looks like we don't have a choice in this matter now.“ he reached across his chest to grab a hold of Rose's hilt and in one motion he pulled it free from the vines that held it on his back and flicked his arm and then his wrist sending the blade sailing across the distance between them to find the chest of the cyclops causing it to scream out in pain. ”Mission start. “ was all he said and then he charged at the cyclops prepared to take it right out. His feet lit with his blue flames and his fire rocked launched him across the distance landing with his hand on the hilt of rose and his feet pressed on the cyclops. With his free hand he pressed it against the eye of the cyclops ”Flame Demon's wrath.“ the flames then engulfed the cyclops causing it to screech in pain from being set a blaze. Pushing off with his feet he pulled his blade from the chest of the beast he landed a bit back and threw a punch in the air, ”Flame demon's desolation fist!“ a large fist made of his flames shot forward and slammed into the cyclops adding more fire to the fire. Kite closed the distance with the aid of his fire rocket and slashed horizontally at the stomach of the cyclops causing more roots to take hold of it's body creating more pain. Not turing around Kite tossed the blade over his back striking it dead center in it's back. The cyclops stopped moving after a moment, from the wounds Rose caused on it sprouted thorny vines of blue colored roses and soon enough the cyclops's body became a rose, planted in the place it died with Rose still sticking out it's back. This was the first of many to fall and he was more than happy to take em all out.

It seemed that everything was going according to plan, the female thought to herself, she was going to get everything here under control, and hoped that Laysha would keep herself under control. It was a dangerous place after all, and she didn’t want Laysha to run off and get seriously hurt, it would kinda suck, since Laysha always promised she would be a good little fairy for the fireworks expert.
Sighing softly, Summer looked around, she thought she could see something make contact with the ground, but she decided to ignore it, she was probably hallucinating and she wouldn’t be lying if she said she was, she might aswell be hallucinating in the first place, simply because of the all the Chinese Zodiac at her disposal. She wished they would all go away, even if it was for a week or so, she couldn’t handle them all, she really couldn’t. It just goes to show that being a queen of the little shits was a really tough job.
Hearing her name suddenly, Summer looked around and spotted one of the very guys that she met while she was taking her first steps into the unknown as a mage of Golden Phoenix. When she met him, Julius was a lost sheep, a member of Fairy Tail that seemed to enjoy even the smallest of things in life. Now he was full of himself, very likely to wound his own ego and yet, still retained that kindness and that wonderful personality that Summer so lovingly remembers.
The moment he asked if she was there for a date, even asking if it was that ‘cute swordsman’ that she introduced him to, she blushed, a lot. She didn’t know Julius was going to say that, nor did she know her complete feelings towards Terith, yet enjoyed his company a lot. If anything, she did indeed miss him, now that she thought about it… nah, she shouldn’t think of selfish things.
“Julius!” Summer exasperated when he mentioned such things. “No! I am not here for a date!” Her nose crinkled, this was before she took out her finger and waggled it a couple of times before sighing and looking around. “I am good, I am just…” She sighed softly. “Annoyed, not at you though. Just silly little things.”
More commotion, and this time, it was another male. One that Summer was also very familiar with. Behind him, was a young lady, one that Summer hasn’t met before… was she nice?? She wondered what the young lady was. “KITEE!!” Summer jumped high into the air, waving her arms around like a little kid, obviously happy that she could see the male once more.
“Ni hao, Kenna!” Summer greeted in her villages greeting before performing an extravagant bow. “I hope we get acquainted well! As for Kite’s offer, how could I ref-!” Summer stopped in her sentence as she looked around. “OOOH! THEY’RE LIVELY!”
Summer revved herself up as she prepared her ring blade, covering it in fireworks before throwing it in the other direction, hitting some of the chimera’s that decided to trek the path with the others. “OOOH, I HAVE AN IDEAAAAA!” Summer shouted as she grabbed her ring blade. Thinking of tactics, she decided to rush to one of the chimera’s and climbed on the bugger before standing on it. “Hello world! I welcome you ladies, gentlemen and monsterkin!” Summer exclaimed as sparks emanated all over, covering a large area, they seemed to be all sorts of figures, all in different shapes and sizes, this was going to be fun.
“BEGIN!”
Summer began to dance wildly, first performing the manderville, before performing the macarena, and even performing the can can, it was a very weird spell, she must admit, but she bloody loved it. The best thing about the spell was the fact that the chimeras couldn’t dodge it, they were trying, but they couldn’t. Patterns could indeed be frustrating to learn if you had 3 heads and none interpreted them correctly.
It didn’t take exactly long for the fuckers, they all plopped down onto the floor and they were pretty much dead.
“Done!” Summer smiled softly as all the figures huddled together with her, they were going to be here for a while.

Name: Festival!
Rank: A
Type: Fireworks, Crowd control, Area of effect
Duration: 4 posts
Cooldown: 5 posts
Description: Summer will begin to shout something akin to welcoming an audience of sorts before her whole body starts to glow in firework sparks. Suddenly, a lot of figurines made of fireworks will arrive and cover a radius of 150m surrounding the user. When she shouts begin, the firework figures will begin to celebrate and dance, as if they were in an actual celebration/party that involved fireworks. With this in mind, the dances that the figures will dance to is up to Summer (even the macarena if that was her thing) the thing is though, because of how many figures there will be, it will be very difficult to move around and whenever you get touched by one of them figures, allies and enemies alike will receive A rank unarmed melee damage.
Strengths: Moving This can severely restrict one's movement.
Dancing The dances can be decided by the user, meaning Summer can control how fast the dances are or how slow the dances are, this can make it easier or more difficult for people to move around.
Distracting This is a very showy and distracting spell, which can draw people to it, maybe they can even have fun and join in the dances.
Weaknesses: Fire Fire can make the figures explode, dealing B rank damage to everyone who is in the crowd that aren’t the firework figurines (Save for Summer), then normal cooldown begins as the explosion made the figurines vanish.
Allies This can make things difficult to move around in, so allies need to be careful.
Water This can be doused down by water, then cooldown begins.
Dances If the dance types are known, people can predict the patterns and not be affected if they follow the dance patterns correctly.
It didn’t take long before Kite joined her in the cargo bay; she could only sense his energy when he was close enough and actually in sight, so little did she know he’d been standing there for quite a while already. Somehow she just couldn’t get used to the vibes his ethernano emitted. His voice startled her slightly, but the raven haired maiden managed to keep a pokerface up and nodded in return to what he said. Even when they exited the ship and she mistook a shady tree in the distance he only old her to keep an eye out for any possible monsters nearby. He stood behind her, had the decency not to question what she and Avide were talking about, even if they were but words of careless banter without much meaning. She appreciated the gesture, but felt the stare nonetheless. Her guildmaster was halfway his proposal of starting the hunt they’d come down these deserted wildlands for when he ceased talking halfway his sentence; his face contorted in seriousness, alerted by something Kenna couldn’t make out to be a sign of danger yet. His voice was silent, nearly a whisper as he warned her about the presence of an entity nearby, presumably a mage, and told her about the possibility of other guilds having sent their people to help fight this threat. How that she had to proceed with utmost caution and prepare in case it were dark guild mages. It took her a moment to process why dark mages would possibly come to the call of the Magic Council to eradicate these hordes of monsters. Legal and neutral mages, the mercenary guildless mages roaming Fiore… those she could understand, but dark mages? Not really. Then again, Kenna knew nothing about the scarce amount of villages spread across Fat Monsterland; in fact it was her very first time hearing about this place, so how could she possibly know?
Shrugging it off, the Etherborn nodded at her shadow, where Avide returned the nod as a sign of readiness were anything unplanned to happen. In this place where monsters had advantage over men, an accident was quick to happen, and an ambush even quicker still. Kite lead the way, his thread swift yet careful as to not alert any unwanted enemies. Hand perched upon the handle of his scythe, fingers seemingly tingling for that one cognitive jolt needed to draw the fearsome weapon. Kenna herself followed in his footsteps, tiptoeing in his prints as if she were dancing over the muddy ground rather than sneaking, yet it had the same effect. Soon enough they came across the entity Kite had sensed… be it that there were not one but two of those entities. A man and a woman, who seemed to both know each other. At first glance their body-language showed no hostility, even amiability, and the looks they had on their faces seemed as if this was a happy reunion. She knew not who these people were; the woman in oriental garbs, with hair as dark and shining as hers, be it the stranger’s was straight and looked soft to the touch, while hers was wavy and… well, probably soft too. She’d recently switched shampoos and hadn’t been in the mood to go and pet her hair. Curiously she reached to a stray strand of hair and slid it between the tips of her fingers, just to make sure while she took in the blonde man in pirate garb with a strange green parakeet. A bit fat for a parakeet, but you know… even a fat line was a line. The Etherborn glanced back at her guildmaster, who’s body-language too relaxed, his hand still remaining upon the weapon, be it for support and less to draw the weapon in swift finesse. Kenna stretched her armored hand, making the gauntlet clatter faintly as she watched how Kite made himself known to the two, hands on his hips as if he could strike a pose at any given time. She’d find it funny if he would, and couldn’t help but smile a little at the thought, even if she knew he’d never drop his act to do something so silly. Well, not that she knew or heard of at least. Greetings were exchanged between the threesome, with the raven-haired oriental beauty being introduced as Summer, one of Golden Phoenix’s guildmasters, being overly excited about seeing Kite again, and even extending that excitement to greet Kenna. Kenna, unknowing whether she should share the enthusiasm or keep it to the courtesy expected when meeting a guildmaster of standing, smiled awkwardly and attempted to wave, but switched the wave into a small bow, hand placed upon her heart as she nodded her head. ”Pleased to make your acquaintance, Summer. You as well, Julius.” Kenna continued as she turned at the rather fabulous-looking pirate and repeated the bow. ”Friends of Sabertooth are friends of mine, if I may be so free to claim so.” Her smile was more genuine this time, but she refrained from saying more and just listened as Kite and Summer conversed some more about the overall situation…. And the situation they suddenly found themselves in.
First to come was a monster towering high above the group; she only noticed one at first, a beastly giant with one eye that looked ready to smash their skulls to a pulp. More appeared around them; of the giant’s kin, but just as well these goatly feline abominations with snakes for tails. Their names close to her memory’s touch, on the tip of her tongue, yet the name escaped her too swiftly. She cared not and instead made way, getting away from Kite, who had immediately drawn his fabled lacrima saber in battle and eagerly cut down one cyclops after another. The way the sudden thorns sprouted from their body, the physical violence she gazed upon as Kite kept on mowing down cyclops after cyclops made her fingers itch. Her sword arm missed the touch of a sword. Eyes jumping across the battlefield to see how the others were faring, they tore away from what she found and oddly pleasurable display of violence to view upon something that made her actually frown and mutter a muffled ”What the…” at the view of these mighty chimaeras dancing the exact same way Summer was. She knew not whether to be disturbed by the ridiculousness of this spell or about the prowess it showed she had, being able to control a crowd into doing her bidding so easily. It seemed child’s play. Even Avide, who had been scanning the area to keep her safe from within the shadows, was gawking at the spectacle before them. Kenna shook her head to get herself focused once more, only to be startled by the sudden impact of one of Kite’s Flame Demon Slayer spells and the screeching that followed. A shiver ran down her spine as the remnants of ethernano spells emit reached her, goosebumps appearing all over her arms. She snorted and turned around, wanting to see what was going on behind her when she was grasped by a blur of dark hide slamming into her stomach and sending her flying away from the group. The maiden came down hard, gasping for air as all the oxygen in her lungs was forced out by the impact. Breathing in hurt and she could barely move, squirming on the floor while her body demanded more oxygen. The Etherborn growled as she sensed danger all around her, every single of her instincts screaming at her to get up and bite through the pain. She scrambled up and staggered away, feeling Avide tense within her shadow before leaping out in his demonic form. He couldn’t morph out of the shadow form and jump straight into his most fearsome form, but instead was stuck inside his regular humanoid body; grey skin, flaring dark chestnut hair and a red horned oni-mask to cover his face.
”Milady, please get yourself together quickly! I’ll hold them off until you can flee to safety." Avide said, readying his sword. Kenna huffed and staggered closer to her companion’s side, one hand grasping her stomach that still throbbed in pain, while the other found support on Avide’s bare shoulder. ”Flee? You got some guts daring to mock me, Avide. I will not back down. Ever. Rather tell me how many have surrounded us….” Her voice was slightly hoarse, but she managed to regain her footing and more stability with every breath she took. Avide closed his eyes for a brief moment, opened them again and without taking his eyes of the monster heading for them replied. ”Ten at the very least. I’d say about twenty feet tall, these hissing bastards are… I’ll make fucking handbags out of their hide once I’m done with them.” He sounded pissed, which was a first for Kenna to hear. But the fact he said handbags. It triggered a memory of not too long ago, where she and Chili, a fellow guild member, had met during the fight against a nest of Imugi trying to expand their territory. The same type of snake that had mortally wounded Ior Valiir, and had left her with a great dislike for snakes. A small vein started throbbing on the Etherborn’s temple as she realised that she once again was about to face giant snakes in combat. Her eyes started glowing fiercely, the corner of her mouth shaking softly as the raven haired maiden fixated on the giant snake that had just bashed its flimsy tail into her. Her hands cupped around her balled fists and Kenna preemptively cracked her knuckles as she walked towards it, an angered smirk plastered upon her face. Even Avide, otherwise so brave and stout, took a step back as his master passed him by, and turned to face the remaining snakes who too seemed to have noticed the change in atmosphere. Their leader, the larger snake that had taken the initiative with a surprise attack, seemed less afraid. ”You- you fucking piece of leather belt tried to attack me?! You clearly have a death wish, but no worries, for I’ll gladly oblige and send you to fucking handbag heaven!” Kenna nearly roared, suddenly disappearing in nothing but a blur and reappearing before the snake. Confused by the sudden use of Soul Step the snake knew not where to look for its prey, which Kenna gladly took advantage of to dig her steel gauntlet’s edged fingertips into the scaled hide. Where normal hands would not have any grip her gauntlet found, crashing through the scales and grabbing unto the snake like a lion would sink its claws into its prey. The Etherborn spread her stance, tightened her grip on the snake and pulled until she felt the snake’s giant body slowly giving away. Her back arched slightly, more and more as the snake came off the ground before her, and just as easy was smacked back into the ground as she used her inhuman physical strength upon the snake to perform a reverse pile-driver. The entire ground behind her cracked as the long body came crashing down, and as the beast hissed Kenna tore through its skin with her gauntlet, bathing it in black monster blood. Just as she had closed in on the snake she disappeared again, appearing every few feet on the other side of the snake for an empowered kick, punch or occasional gash. By the time she appeared at the snake’s head had at least hit it an additional twelve times. Her armored fist dug into the soft flesh of its chin and cocked its downed head back with the impact. The snake attempted to bite at her, but Kenna eagerly lunged forward and took hold of its poisonous fangs. She put her weight into it when she swung to the left, using the Alpha’s entire body-length to smack several of the remaining snakes in the face and body over and over again, rotating over and over on the back of her heels until she let go of her now deceased target, bowling down some of the remaining monsters as she did. She smiled contently and slapped her hands together to get the dirt off of them, then rubbed them as she glared at the other nine remaining snakes. ”Now tell me, who’s gonna follow Gucci to heaven? These fake handbags don’t make themselves~”
Avide blinked and looked at his protegé. ”Just what the hell did those humans feed you…?” He uttered as he sidestepped one of the snake's tail coming down in him and lunged, cutting the tails tip clean off. Kenna grinned at her companion and joined his side again, staring at the wounded snake before her and holding up her fists as if she were to start a boxing match with the giant reptile any time now. ”The good stuff, Avide. The real good stuff.” She said, making a gesture with her hand to notify Avide of the fact that he had to go first. There was no need explaining the plan; her guardian knew he was to be a stepping stone for her. Literally, this time. He ran forward and combined a swift series of five slashes of his sword before coming to a standstill and arching over. The Etherborn’s footsteps resonated with the gentlest of vibrations, a small hop with her right to get on Avide’s back with her left. She could feel the muscles in her leg tensing, bending and shaking dangerously around her bones as she pushed herself off and catapulted herself in the air with some help of the shape-shifting demon. Her armed fist connected with the tip of its chin, chipping a scale off. The Etherborn rotated and bashed her in leather-covered heel into the snake’s jaw with a horizontal kick, dislocating its jawbone instantly and leaving it dangling. Keeping her rotation going, Kenna rolled herself up into a ball by grabbing her knees, rotating in mid-air for a second longer before popping up in full length again. Her descent commenced slowly, wanting to punch the snake’s head down she missed and instead opted to grab its loose jaw, using the momentum to crash the head back into the ground together with her. Dust blew up as they impacted, Kenna coughing shortly as she backed away and glanced at the dead body only briefly before grabbing her arm and cringing softly. ”It’s dead now, but the damned bastard managed to graze me… but whatever, I’ll just have to hope this poison isn’t lethal… and if it is, I’m taking you fake handbags with me!” Kenna growled, pointing at the remaining eight snakes that started slithering towards the twosome in a rather dramatic way.

Ace Atoorney Spirit of Justice ~ The scientific Detective 2016:
Summer turned around and Julius saw a shade of red covering both of her cheeks and told him that she wasn't here for a blind date. Don't worry Summer I'm just messing with you. Julius let out a soft chuckle. I guess since you are here means you will be fighting against the rampaging monsters as well? Julius said as he rested one of his hand on his hip. Come now Squable, cat got your tongue? Say hello to Summer! Squable, who was resting on Julius' shoulder was looking at something in one of the bushes nearby. Hm? Oh it's nothing Julius-kun... Oh and hi there Summer! how have you been doing? I hope you are enjoying your life as Guildmaster! Squable said as he flew over to Summer and placed himself onto his head. But anyway Summer, how come that you're annoyed? Julius asked out of curiosity, but he needed to wait for an answer as two more people joined the water mage and the guildmaster, since Summer's attention was brought to something else.
Behind Julius he could hear footsteps coming closer, Julius turned around and saw one familiar face and one new face. It was Kite, guildmaster of Sabertooth and he was accompanied by a black haired woman. Kite introduced the black haired woman as Kenna and he introduced Julius, Summer and Squable to Kenna. Hi there Kenna! As Kite already said, my name is Julius Seas and this green feather face is Squable! It's nice to meet you! Squable looked at Julius with an angered expression but gave a smile towards Kenna. How you doing mate? With the introductions being done Kite asked if Summer and Julius were here as well to fight of the monsters. Yep, I happened to be asked by a Rune Knight to help out and was bored anyway, so here I am! Julius explained to the group. Well it seems like we have a pretty strong team so defeating those monsters won't be all that difficult!
Final Fantasy XV ~ Stand your ground:
Suddenly out of nowhere a cyclops started to attack the group. Kite took the task upon him to defeat the monstrosity, he grabbed his sword and made a slashing motion which cause a wave of magical energy to be shot towards the cyclops' stomach, but it wasn't enough to take out the monster. He ran towards the monster and defeated it by using his magic. Good job Kite! Julius gave Kite a thumbs up and a wink. But the fight had only started as 2 chimera's appeared and started to cause a rampage around them, Summer climbed onto one of the chimera's and made a sort of announcement before starting a spell which made a lot of fireworks appear and they moved in a very strange way, almost human like Julius looked closer and noticed the fireworks were in the shape of people of different forms and sizes. It seemed like the firework shapes were following Summer's movements who was dancing all different kind of dances. When Summer was done the Chimera's were done for. Nice moves Summer we should dance together some time! I could teach you some new moves! Julius chuckled. Next up were a group of gigantic snakes and Kenna decided take them on. Out of her shadow a monster with a Oni mask appeared, it seemed like they knew each other so Julius decided to say nothing. Kenna and the masked figure started to attack the group of snakes. Kenna had some really colorful play on words against the snake monsters which means she is able to stand on her own. With some powerful spells from Kenna and strong attacks from the masked figure most of them were wounded and two of them were dead. That was some impressive fighting of you two! Julius complimented the two.
But it seemed like more of those snake monsters appeared, this time it was a group of fifteen of them. I guess it's my time now! Squable go somewhere safe. Squable flew away and Julius stepped forward, he raised his right hand into the air and snapped his fingers. Dark clouds filled the sky and soon it started to rain, this would increase Julius' water spells attack power which he really needed since this sure could proof to be a very long fight. Water cannon! Julius shot a spray of water against one of the snakes. I'm sorry, I forgot one of the reasons we hunt your kind. You see you're much to ugly not to be put out of your misery! It seemed like the monster understood what Julius was saying and he came closer to Julius. Water blades! Julius created two blades of water and fused them together for extra damage. One of the heads of the snake tried to attack Julius by boting him but Julius dodged on the right moment to activate raid time. A golden light radiated from the pocket watch and time slowed down for everyone. Can't touch me! Julius taunted! Julius started to slash the snake with his water blade. Deep cuts appeared in the snake and by the time raid time had ended the snake was dead. Now... Who's next? Julius said with a wink as the other snakes noticed that one of them had died, they now had their sights set on Julius.

Faith won’t always save you. My flames will do that instead.
Not much of an exchange happened between Kenna and Kite after stepping off the ship aside from him sharing the sensations that he had felt suddenly. Luckily for them it was merely two mages that he knew and they both greeted him kindly and Kenna just as kind. Julius had explained that he was approached by rune knights and asked to go on this mission which he obviously said yes too. ”Never would have expected you to take up a job offer from a knight regardless of how high your level of boredom was.“ he said joking slightly. However it was Summer who actually addresses his offer for he and Kenna to lend a hand on the mission but before the answer was fully spoken is when the monsters came to them for the fight. Kite broke off from group after declaring the mission had officially started and aimed for the platoon of cyclops. He took one down but in front of him were eleven more to deal with. They were all nearly identical to one another and each of their eyes were fixed on the man that slayed of their own. Kite looked down at the body of the fallen cyclops and then back at the group and smirked, ”Whoops.“ he said with not a single trace of enthusiasm. ”Was he not ready?“ he asked knowing full well that being ready was most likely not in whatever little thinking capacity that they might possess. Coincidentally they all started to spew a guttural bark like noise at the demon slayer. They might not know the concept of being ready but it would seem that despite only having one eye the expression of anger wasn't lost to them. he thought to himself but he wouldn't give them credit for any such thing. ”Glad to see that you are capable of communicating. You may not be as stupid as you look but you are still ugly.“
They seemed to understand that he had insulted them and they reacted in kind by commencing with an all out attack on the demon of Sabertooth. The group of eleven all mobilized at the same time but instead of charging to meet them head on again he took up a battle stance with Rose firmly grasped in his hand with the tip of the blade pointing at them waiting for the sign to attack. If any one of them pull away from pack, break the formation that is my target. he thought to himself constantly changing his line of sight, from each cyclops that was in the front of the group waiting to see the one that would break away from the pack. As they grew closer he could feel the earth beneath his feet start to tremble and the vibrations only grew more fierce the closer they got but his eyes never broke away from the select few that were leading the charge. One cyclops had let his stride grow and his speed allowed him to pull away from the pack which caused Kite to begin to grin. He changed the position of his feet so his toes were facing the lead Cyclops followed by his hips and then his torso following the movement. Kite wasn’t the swiftest of fighters when it came to pure speed related feats, however with fights speed wasn’t always the key to defeating your opponent quick movements with near perfect precision. The Cyclops swung a wild haymaker like punch and that was the opening Kite needed, ”heh“ he uttered as he ducked under the punch letting the edge of Rose bite into it side cutting it through on his way past the Cyclops to target another cyclops that was right behind it. Immediately after the outward slash he let his arm continue it’s path until it was turned behind his back so that it would be in position for his left hand to take the sword away from his right. With his left hand now grasping the hilt of rose he continued his rotation pulling rose around first in a reserved grip but spun the sword in his hand so he was holding it in a more proper position and slashed at an incoming fist right across the wrist of the attacking Cyclops. With a fluid motion of his sword hand he rotated again facing the back of the first cyclops that broke away from the pack and pushed the tip of Rose into the dead center of its back. Kite knew this maneuver would expose his back to an incoming attack from one of the cyclops he hadn’t dealt with yet but to compensate his right hand was already on the hilt of the Reaper and pulled it free from his back, pulling the trigger and extending the blade fully to lift it up to meet the incoming attack of a cyclops. Kite pulled Rose free from the back of the cyclops and pushed back against another cyclops using his large sword to push it back. There were ten of them with one on the ground sprouting roses from its wounds, due to the ability of Rose it would soon become a bush of roses. ”When I am done the Fat Monster land will have new shrubs in the place you all died.“ This time Kite did charge in first slashing through the nearest Cyclops with a horizontal slash with Reaper followed by a sharp stab by rose. A cyclops tried to take Kite from behind but Kite didn’t simply move out of the way, he instead released rose and with his left hand pulled the cyclops that had rose sticking out its stomach in front of him. The attacking cyclops’ hand smashed into rose pushing it right out the back of the meat shield Kite provided and with a swift motion Kite caught Rose by the end of the blade. Kite would step with his right and turn to face a different Cyclops and with his shoulder, elbow and wrist working together he threw Rose like a throwing Knife hitting a Cyclops right in the eye dropping it to the ground. He would swing Reaper over his head as he approached Rose slicing into two of cyclops in the process, the strike made one back off but for the second one reaper hit he added an opened palm strike to push it back enough for him to reach down and scoop up Rose. ”My left hand stings. You guys are made of tough stuff but it would seem that Rose has no problem working its magic on you.”
He looked at the injured and the rest that he had not fought yet, ”Three of you are at death’s door are you sure you don’t want to call it a day?” he knew well enough that wasn’t going to happen but he figured giving them a chance would be kind before this got bloody. ”Eight to go.“ He counted out loud and headed for the one he sliced before and once in range he swung Reaper downwards on the one eyed monster, it would use both arms to block catch the blade before cleaving it in half but that wasn’t the case here, Kite was pulling some of the weight off the sword but the second he let go the Cyclops felt the full weight of Reaper. It was determined to keep it from dropping on him but that determination acted a perfect diversion, Kite had already let go of his weapon and flanked the right side of the Cyclops moving the blade so the point could and was driven into the side of the Cyclops. The pain was registered right away and it loosened its grip of Reaper and was hit in the face by the heavy blade but it wouldn’t be enough to take it out. Kite pulled rose out and added a slash across its belly grabbing Reaper as he passed and targeted the next one eyed freak. Seven. With rose and reaper in hand he was already on the next one to fall by his hands, Rose sang as it cut through the air and met the flesh of the cyclops’ chest and with Reaper he knocked it away with a long swipe. He brought Reaper around and kept it over his shoulder as he met his next attacker. With a straight right hand, the first of the cyclops aimed to take Kite out but he met it with Rose, parrying the blow outward to the left and by doing so it left the entire right side of the cyclops exposed. With an adjustment Kite brought the tip of Rose down and thrusted the blade into the Monster’s ribs. He pulled it free and stepped back to avoid a retaliation. Kite took a step as if he were going to go to the right of the Cyclops however this was nothing more than a means to fake out the cyclops to expose its left side again. After taking the hard and obvious step to the right the Cyclops moved to protect its injured ribs but all that did was expose its left side to Kite who was already in the air with Rose pulled for an attack. Once he saw the spot on the neck he plunged Rose into soft spot of the neck. Kite’s feet touched the ground and he took off to deal with the remaining five Cyclops.
Kite leaped into the air at one of the Cyclops but was smacked out of the air by the large fist of another one eyes monster crashing to the ground as a result of it. He recovered and looked up to see the five remaining Cyclops had actually gathered up and were taking a more defensive position. Seeing them grouped together meant that he could attack them all together now with one attack. He put rose on his back and stuck Reaper into the ground pressing his hands together gathering a massive amount of flames before holding a massive sphere of flames above his head, ”Flame Demon’s Inferno Destroyer! he would toss the ball of fire at the group of one eyed freaks. The Inferno destoryer hit one of them dealing the most damage to that one but the sphere expanded in an explosion catching the others in the blast. Leaving Reaper stuck in the ground, Kite charged in on the four Cyclops still standing and proceeded to slice through the first one through it’s stomach. Seeing what was happening another cyclops actually charged at Kite throwing a right uppercut, Kite leaned to the right to be out of reach. As it’s right hand came up it swiped backwards at Kite causing him to bow his back to limbo his way just under the strike but remained in that leaned back position as he saw the left hand follow behind to attempt to catch Kite off guard but he would lower his lean even more and then rotate as soon as the left arm went past his head and cut across the leg of the Cyclops. It lowed to it’s knee and was met by a blade through it’s neck. Kite tossed Rose at a Cyclops catching it in it’s shoulder. The only Cyclops to remain standing with not a single wound charged at Kite and lunged with a strike but Kite saw it at the last moment and jumped into the air just above it and rotated in the air to the left with his right hand ablaze with his blue colored demon flames. ”Flame Demon’s Inferno Smasher!“ and his fiery fist smashed into the back of the Cyclops driving it into the ground with a sphere of fire hidden in the fist of the demon slayer. Kite saw the Cyclops with Rose in it’s chest begin to shake in pain as it began to change into a rose. Kite extracted the blade from the injured Cyclops and walked over to the small crater where he left the Cyclops after smashing it with his Inferno Smasher. He plunged his blade into the Cyclops and started to walk away but was stopped when he heard the screech of a creature he had not seen but knew about. ”A Griffon?“ and beneath the Griffon as it flapped its wings to stay in the air was twelve more Cyclops as well as more of the other creatures his group had been dealing with. ”Welllll shit. So much for being done.“ he glared at the Cyclops unit, The pair of Chimera and the snakes and then at the Griffon. ”You’re no demon but you will do.“ ”“
It seemed everyone was complimenting each other on their fighting skills, and even then everyone was doing great, maybe it was time for Summer to help the others, because looking at Kite’s expression, it looked like more things have come for the mages. Summer was determined to show everyone just how powerful these dancers were, they could deal a lot of damage in one fell swoop. That is what she liked about these fabulous figures of sparks. They were explosive, burning and dangerous, just the way Summer likes it. What's better than just that? The very things doing their job, which is what the fireworks expert is just going to do now.
It seemed that there were still quite a few creatures to deal with, and Summer decided to help. She ran over to the black haired lady, grabbed her hands and started to do some ball dancing with her, but not any type of ball dancing. She eventually started dancing and singing at the same time.
“I've had the time of my life No I never felt this way before Yes I swear it's the truth And I owe it all to you”
While dancing, it seemed that all the snakes were getting confused. While 1 or 2 got the whole gist of things, the others just got simply confused, especially when Summer lifted Kenna straight into the air as if she was a bodybuilder and simply spun around. Of course, all the firework figures did the same, and it only ended in tragedy for them all, as they kept getting hit by the firework figures.
Dropping Kenna onto the floor, Summer then rushed over to Julius’s side and began to dance, hoping the snakes will get affected by her. Dancing, she also hoped that Julius would join in with her too.
“Are you ready, Julius??” Summer would ask as she grinned, she started to move her hips along and all her figures joined in. She gave Julius no time to react, all in hopes that she would get him to join in with the dancing. Given with the way he was right now, he suited it anyway. Considering the taunts he was giving to the snakes that he designated himself to kill.
Summer hoped that she was doing well so far, she never expected to be joined by Julius, Kite nor Kenna. But she was sure having a lot of fun right now. She knew it was probably a bad idea to be enjoying this, but she was. It was fun facing baddies, even though she knew the danger of it all, it didn't really stop her. She needed this kind of fun for the sake of, well, having fun. While she hoped that nobody was severely injured after this. She trusted everyone here though that they would be fine, she assumed that none of them would be.
While this was all fine and dandy, Summer was hoping that it would be all soon, maybe the guys could have a celebration party afterwards, food and drink does sound awfully nice, and the naps and rest would be amazing to have. While Summer didn't want it gigantic, Summer wanted one with just the four of them, one that wouldn't disturbed and one that didn't hail them as heroes, but just as mages who got the job done.

OOC: Let’s dance boys! (No literally. Imagine that, and join in)
spell:

To each their own fighting; Kenna could hear how Kite, Julius and Summer each on their own commenced battle in its full roaring madness. The Etherborn however did not pay much attention to her fellow mages-in-arms; at this point she couldn’t. Every inch of her attention was made to focus on the snakes in front of her, behind her and all she wanted. In that moment she’d tried to catch her breath the remainder of eight snakes had crawled up and nearly entirely surrounded Kenna and Avide, each hissing more viciously than the other, wanting to avenge their fallen comrades. Truth be told she hadn’t thought these creatures would form such tight-knit groups… weren’t they solitary creatures? As Kenna gave her mind free reign in whatever caused these monsters to be acting in group rather than alone, Antares blazed vividly within her hand as she stepped back, ready to lash out whenever any of these beasts moved closer for but even an inch; one moved at last, be it slowly, and the raven-haired maiden reacted promptly. Antares penetrated the snake’s abdomen easily, as if slicing through butter it seemed; the maiden switched hands and pulled the blade away from her, leaving a giant gash in its wake. The snake squirmed in pain and trashed around dangerously, but Kenna met its incoming body with her armored fist, feeling the scales give way before the force of the impact hit home and blasted the snake away. It flew through the sky for several moments and crashed into two of its fellow reptiles, who on their turn crashed down further into the ground with the first. Kenna retracted her arm, keeping it bent before her chest and grinned shortly. Her physically enhanced strength was her true pride and joy, but she knew not how far it would or could still grow. For now her possibilities were endless, just like her victims could be if she didn’t control the force properly. She glared at the rest of the troupe, eyes flickering dangerously as her pupils snapped between their regular golden color and those demonic ones, purplish red with elongated pupils. But as she tried to make eyecontact with the giant reptiles she did not find anger or fear in their eyes, only confusion. That fact alone made the Etherborn confused as well, and she took a step back to look at her opponents again, seeing most completely harmless. Some even wiggled along on the beat of Summer’s music that gradually grew louder and closer. What happened next was something Kenna had all but expected to happen, and would remember for a long time after this particular event had passed.
Hands wrapped themselves around her waist; but where the raven-haired maiden’s first response would’ve been to smash her elbow into whomever took hold of her unwanted she reacted rather lax due to being distracted by the snakes’ wiggly confusion. Kenna’s elbow came halfway its trajectory before she was lifted up in the sky rather awkwardly; the voice casually singing underneath her that she was having the time of her life gave Summer away almost instantly. Kenna struggled shortly, exclaiming Summer’s name loudly. ”S-summer! What are you doing?!” But the raven-haired guildmaster didn’t seem to listen and instead erupted in a singing fit, making the Etherborn feel sorry about the fact she only had two eyebrows to raise at what unfolded.”I've had the time of my life” ”You’re what now? Summer ple-” ”No I never felt this way before” ”Well I can tell you I’ve never felt this way before either, put me d-” ”Yes I swear it's the truth” ”Jesus Christ what’s wrong with you?! You know what, screw this!” Kenna growled, squirming within Summer’s hands as she stretched her body and tensed up, back slightly arched backwards and perfectly balanced. In the second that followed Kenna swung her right arm to the side and mentally whispered ’offensive’ to trigger her spell’s offensive effect. Before her a diagram of several magic circles materialised and fused together to form one giant magical blueprint. Stretching her arms sideways in order to prevent herself from losing balance, the Etherborn sent her magic through the diagrams and activated the spell known as Etherborn’s Hail, which launched a barrage of ethereal energy in a cone-like trajectory towards the snakes before them. This conveniently became around them due to Summer still spinning Kenna around for dear life in this awkward lift while singing ” And I owe it all to you”.. Still holding her form, hoping for Summer not to do anything brash, Kenna glanced down at her fellow raven-haired mage and just shook her head. ”The only thing you owe me is to put me dow-” And with that, just as suddenly as Summer had decided to airlift her, she came crashing down again. Hard. Going down face-first Kenna thrown off her standard without being given a second moment of thought, flailing her arms comically as she smacked back unto the ground, unwillingly this time. Well, not unwillingly per say, but rather unprepared. By the time Kenna got up again Summer had already left the premises and joined up with Julius, leaving the Etherborn with a somewhat shocked look on her face. ”H-how even…?” she muttered in disbelief to the fact on how quickly the Golden Phoenix guildmaster could move about between people, and how her unique sneak-attacks could creep the hell out of people without actually being creepy. Shrugging the entire awkward unfolding of events off Kenna slowly turned back around to face what remained of the snakes before her, which was no more than two or three and whispered a single sentence. An aura similar to her magic’s energy color enveloped her and proceeded to do so too for Julius, Kite and Summer, each in their own respective color according to their magic. Kenna’s was a mixture of dark shades of purple and several different shades of blue, but despite the difference in color from the rest, the spell currently active allowed her allies the benefits of being an Etherborn, gaining an increase in both speed and magic power for a set amount of time. She cracked her knuckles and proceeded towards the remaining reptiles; the first one got a few direct hits full on its body and dropped to the floor battered and defeated. The second one wanted to play hard to get, but Kenna reacted swiftly, faster than before due to the speed buff and packing more power through it as well, made the young Etherborn take advantage of that fact. The slithering opponent intended on a headbutt but was met with an iron fist instead of soft human flesh, its entire body coming to a standstill right away. Another right hooking followed, catapulting the reptilian foe into the air, only to impact into a group of trees far out of reach from any of her comrades.
A swift turn brought her face to face with the final beast of the oversized snake horde; hunched over in a pathetic heap, wounded and pushed into the corner. For a moment Kenna actually felt sorry for the monster, but knew she couldn’t let it live if it had the potential of becoming an animosity in the future. Slowly she extended her hand to summon Antares for the final strike but was cut short by a strong gust as Avide, currently having transformed himself into a rather small-sized dragon reaching 5m in height, who swooped down upon the snake and took it with him back into the sky. ”Avide!” She shouted after the large dragon; who’s white scales reflected the brittle light that came through the clouds before breaking through those and disappearing again with a roar of grand magnitude. Her gaze followed upon until that point, and then remained staring at the clouds that lit up for a split second in a reddish color. When it faded she could feel the monster’s soul had departed to the next realm, leaving two far more dangerous beasts to take its place. Kenna, slightly phased, closed her eyes and inhaled softly, opening them again as she exhaled and turned with a sudden emotionless look to face the new enemies that had appeared out of the shadows around them. Her eyes had shifted to those of her demonic counterpart; red irises, elongated pupils and a glowing edge around said crimson irises, a strong determination emanating from them. The beasts; monsters bigger than horses with the head and body of a lion, goatly horns atop of it and a snake’s head as tail. A beast she’d read to be a chimera; an abomination of nature, but a nasty foe. The Etherborn growled and was met with a snarl of the beast she now faced, these looking slightly more intelligent than the ones she’d faced before. Both split up and circled around her, leaving Kenna to pick one target to focus upon while having to make sure she was watching her back for incoming sneak attacks. The way they moved indicated an incoming pincer-attack, which the Etherborn didn’t feel much for to brace for, so she awaited for the first of the chimera to take a lunge at her and then turned on the back of her heels, targeting the other incoming chimera instead and bashing her fist into the side of its face. She stepped back and regained her original position, tilted her body and lifted her leg up, performing a full 360 degrees axe kick that bashed her back of her heel into the beast’s chin. It smacked unto the floor, sprawled out on its back while clawing to get back up quickly. Kenna crouched down and performed a low-kick toward the chimera’s ankles, swiping one leg underneath of it. Following the rotation of the low kick Kenna bashed her armored elbow into the beast’s body and kept on turning, grabbing hold of its fur and throwing it over her back into the floor again. She blinked and tilted her body to the right, with it dodging the incoming other chimera that jumped at her back. As it came passing her by she grabbed the snake tail by the head with her armored arm, crushing the head of the beast with brute force within her palm. The chimera roared in pain, got pulled back as it tried to pull itself loose and slammed into the floor on its back as well. The chimera currently downed on the ground got another kick from the Etherborn. Kenna smirked as she skipped away from the chimera and suddenly bent the knee, whispering words in an ancient language as she requiped Steel Wolf’s gauntlet form unto her left arm. Dark runes started appearing around the upper parts of her lower right arm and circled down towards her wrists, ending around her fists. The ravenhaired maiden remained kneeled until either one of the chimerae drew closer again, drawn by the rage she’d not-so-secretly built up within them. ”Come and get me, Fido… so I can send you back to HELL! Corrupted Barbardium Fist!” Her voice grew louder as the chimerae, thinking their prey had succumbed, took their synced jump. Leaning over she took a step forward and slid back to a halt, right underneath the uncovered, frail belly of the beast. Kenna rose and smashed her fist into the chimera’s body, feeling every bone she touched breaking underneath the pure uncontrollable force within the single-hit spell.
The impact hit hard. Both chimerae bashed into each other as the ravenhaired maiden twisted her uppercut halfway through into a hooking and with it lead the dying one’s body into that of its comrade. The one she’d hit squirmed in agony, unable to get up again. The second chimera sniffed at its fallen comrade, whined gently and then turned towards his brother’s murderer with a vile growl. It however had not expected to look right back into the human’s snake-like crimson eyes… nor the fact curved horns had appeared on her head. It whined again despite being twice as tall as Kenna, and bared its teeth in a warning hiss. Kenna glared back at the beast and summoned Antares to her side, stabbing the blade forward without batting an eye and piercing the chimera’s shoulder. Unsummoning Antares she suddenly reached behind down in her satchel while kicking the beast away again, carefully securing the explosive lacrimas between her fingers. Kenna blurred away, then reappeared where the beast would land and kicked it up in the air. With her target in place Kenna took her position, each hand with fingers outstretched on the height of each opposite shoulder, between them a total of six explosive fire lacrimas. ”A little gift from Sabertooth! Hope you’ll have a blast!” The explosive utensils were hurled at the chimera like kunai, and once hitting their target exploded almost in sync, creating a large fireball of unleashed elemental energy in mid-air. ”And that’s how you do it.” The semi-transformed Etherborn snickered, making a small bow at the blazing hot mess in the sky.

More Cyclops joined the battle, the swamp was now filled with snakes and Cyclops even a Chimera was among them, it seemed almost like as if the group of mages was surrounded by the monsters. Julius snapped his fingers end ended the rain that would increase the attack power of Julius' spells. Oi Julius-kun! Are you sane? You need every shred of extra attack power with the amount of monsters there are here! Julius could hear Squable screaming to him. Sanity is a requirement for our kind, Squable! And what kind are you part of Julius-kun? The kind of pirates they shouldn't fuck with! Julius said as he pointed his sword made of water towards the snakes. You are a very interessssssssting child... You want to die that badly? One of the snakes said to Julius. Oh so you snakes are competent enough to talk! Well if I was you're child, I'd be an awfully ugly pirate wouldn't I? Yours is a face only a mother could love and one I could never forget. The snake seemed a bit agitated. Sssssssso you really aren't afraid of death? Fine then, then allow me to give you the chance to meet him! The snake was readying his head to bite Julius, Julius was in position to avoid the attack, the snake threw his head towards Julius and with one back flip Julius dodged the attack on the right moment to activate Raid time. Is that all you got? Julius taunted. he started to slice the snake with his water blade, wounds appeared in the snake and blood started to gush out of the wounds, by the time Julius had end Raid time the snake was dead by the amount of blood it had lost. I'm sorry, but I think my date with the grim reaper has to be postponed to a later date. Julius said with a smirk and a chuckle.
Julius took a peek at the others. Kite was making deep fried Cyclops, while Kenna was beating the snakes including having more colorful play on words regarding them. Suddenly Summer appeared and asked if Julius was ready, Julius looked at Summer with a puzzled expression and when she started to dance Julius finally realized what she was talking about. I was born ready! Let's dance boys!
Let's Dance boys!:
When dancing the firework figures appeared again, the snakes were furious and did their best to attack Julius and Summer, but they all got hit by the dancing fireworks eight of the snakes died by the amount of pain they received from the dancing fireworks while the remaining five snakes only got mild burn marks. Hm... It seems they are as dumb as they look but it seems like some of them have some brain cells even though it may not be a lot, but it's better then nothing, I need some challenge cause even Black Stache gives a better challenge then these toddlers Julius said as he was done dancing. That was a good routine Summer, now let's get back to beating up some monsters! Julius said as he stood ready with his water blade, when suddenly his body was radiating a faint blue glow. What the heck is this? Julius didn't know what this fain glow was, though he felt power flowing through his body. I don't know whatever this faint glow is, but whatever it is nice.
Bayonetta 2 ~ Tomorrow is mine:
Now it's time to be naughty! Julius said as he pointed his water blade towards the snakes. The snakes started to move towards Julius, Julius mentally prepared himself to attack, he was going to finish these snakes one by one either with or without Raid time. The first one attacked Julius by trying to slam it's tail against him, Julius jumped over the tail with a back flip. Julius landed on both feet and started to taunt. You want to touch me? The snake got agitated and slammed his tail towards Julius, though he simply dodged the attack and activated Raid time. Can't touch me! Julius taunted as time slowed down, he jumped onto the snake and quickly climbed onto the snake's head and stabbed the water blade a couple of times in it's head, Julius ended Raid time and blood started to gush out of the snake's head. That's one, four to go! Julius said with a smirk. He turned around to the final four snakes. Don't make me beg! Julius said and two of the snakes took charge and tried to bite Julius, Julius dodged but didn't activate Raid time, cause this time the snakes got their teeth stuck in the floor, he didn't waste any time and stabbed these snakes as well in the head a couple of times until they died. Now only these last two! Now could you hurry up already? I have better things to do then waste my time with you toddlers. Julius could see in the way they moved they were hesitant but they still attacked regardless. Instead of dodging their attacks, Julius decided to attack first, Julius ran up to them and attacked their heads as they were slithering on the ground, with a few stabs in their heads they as well died by the stabs. That's all for the snakes! Julius said as he re-adjusted his pirate hat.

Lots of things were happening as of late and things were getting dealt with accordingly, hell, even Julius and Summer even had a dance in the middle of it all, and it was very fun. Now it was Summer’s turn to do her bit one last time, the cyclops were taking the mick and her dance spell has not worn off just yet, but it will be wearing off very soon. Maybe Summer can show them what it was like to be a fireworks expert who was also a queen??
“My turn!” Summer shouted as she charged at one of the cyclops, her form changing from her normal form to her zodiac form once more, but only quickly. Summer was too busy to notice herself, she had to defeat a bunch of cyclops in order to get to the unusual enemy. Suddenly, music suddenly started to play, but Summer doesn’t know who the hell would make such noise, that was until she turned around behind her. The Chinese Zodiac were actually making the music to cheer her on. Well, some of them anyway, and the song was very catchy. Summer wasn’t sure if the others heard it or if it was just herself, she just knew that it was very helpful and it helped Summer trudge on.
Beginning to start her burning arsenal, she went up to the cyclops and began to perform various martial arts moves, her kicks and her punches were basically throwing out fireworks, and it was working. No matter how many times this cyclop was trying to hurt her, they just couldn’t. She was too far away, and these fireworks were always protruding some firework explosions afterwards.
With that cyclops down, Summer proceeded to begin to dance, allowing the firework figures to dance with the young woman, following her hip movements and her arm movements as the song that the chinese zodiac were producing continued on.
“Summer!” The rabbit shouted, moving towards her as she hopped onto Summer’s shoulder. “Your majesty! The others thought they would help you!” The rabbit spoke in her typical positive attitude.
“Yeah… I know!” Summer exclaimed as she continued with her dancing feet, wanting to get herself ready to defeat all of them with her dance moves. So far, it was doing a good job, considering the cyclops were huge, even for a tall flexible young woman such as herself. That was no problem though, it wasn’t going to stop her from doing what she was doing.
“These cyclops are huge!” The rabbit mumbled under her breath. “Even the rooster would be impressed!”
“The rooster is impressed by evvverrything though…” Summer sighed softly. The rooster was one of the chinese zodiac animals that Summer simply couldn’t understand. He always spoke in this strange type of speaking, relied on banter and always abbreviated everything that he deemed was necessary, like him saying oh em gee was actually him saying oh my god.
Upon chuckling when she heard that, the rabbit jumped down and looked around, making observations as to what Summer could do next. She spotted Summer’s magic also fading slowly, but assuming Summer knew what to do next, she didn’t bother herself with it. By now, most of the cyclops are down, even the ones right near the unusual enemy. There were about 5 remaining cyclops’s and from there, Summer began with her little contortionist movements, even standing on two hands to walk. While the rabbit wasn’t so sure on what the fireworks expert was going to do now, she would’ve branded the queen mad. Was she trying to get herself killed?!
“Summer what in the name of moonshine are you doing?!”
Summer was about to answer until the cyclops decided to dash for her in a stupid move on their part. This was where Summer shined, she pretty much let them come to her, so she could finish the lasting blows.
Landing on her feet, Summer then jumped and then used the power of fireworks to project herself high in the air. Clenching her fist real good, she projected it in a punching motion, landing a nice punch on the cyclops eye before it basically exploded into streams of stuff, blood spilling on the zodiac queen and on her clothes.
Dropping onto the floor, her form completely changed now, she was as she would look into the zodiac realm, her gingerish hair flowing away, as the cyclops crashed straight onto the floor. 4 more to go.
Quickly as it happened, Summer’s form returned to normal as she turned around, while she couldn’t perform the same trick as she did the last time, she could climb on them, she guessed?? She guessed that trying couldn’t hurt. Dashing to one of the cyclops’s in a homing style, she climbed on it with no issue, it’s flabbyness making for really good climbing material. Again, she punched it’s eye, resulting in an explosion. As it crashed down, Summer jumped onto the next one, using that cyclops as a jumping post.
“Summer!”
Summer looked behind her and was shocked at what she saw, one of the cyclops was attempting to squish her while she was jumping, but she took this at an advantage. She landed on it’s arm, her fist in it’s hand and the cyclops struggling to make amends to the mistake it’s performed. Needless to say, Summer made quick work of them as well.
2 more to go, and Summer made sure to dispose of them quickly with the typical climb and eye explosion.
There were no more enemies in the area, except for one. Summer was tired out now, breathing heavily and struggling to stay standing. It really was tiring for her after all, but at the same time, it felt good.
“DONE!” The fireworks expert shouted as she waved her hand, before placing that very same hand on her knee, continuing to regulate her breathing. “We’re such badasses! Oh, but I am not done yet!”
After that, Summer quickly placed her arms on her knees once more. She was quite excited, anxious and worried at the same time. While she pondered on what she would do, Summer looked over to her chinese zodiac, they seemed to have stopped their music playing, and they merely looked over to their queen.
“Summer, my child.” The dragon spoke. “You look quite worried… my child…”
“I’m worried for everyone...” Summer bit her lower lip. It wasn’t unusual for the golden phoenix guild master to be worried for other people. In fact, that is something she does all the time.
“Summer, do you believe in yourself?” The dragon queried to the young woman, his wise voice easing Summer, making her less tense with each word.
“Of course I do?? Why wouldn’t I?? He is someone I can trust.”
“Then there is nothing to worry about, my child.” The dragon reminded Summer. “While it is clear that you will always be a worrywart, there is also something that gives you that trust, that is called friendship.”
“I know…” Summer mumbled. “Now please don’t teach me how to suck eggs…”
“Huh?? What??”
“Oh! Nothing!”
“Don’t lie to me, my child.”
“Fine… I told you to not teach me how to suck eggs…” Summer crossed her arms as she said this, it was quite clear that she was still rather childish.
“I will take note of this.”
“Lies.”
The both of them chuckled, even when a battle was going on, Summer still managed to giggle and be happy. Something that not many people might have at all.
“Right!” Summer exclaimed as she looked over to the big griffon that was standing by, ready to take action towards the quad, most likely angered that they all managed to take down all of his impressive little minions, well, they weren’t so impressive anymore!
Rushing over to Kite, she grabbed his arm. It was most certainly his turn to start doing all he can. “You ready?!” Summer queried as she inhaled and exhaled, mustering up all the energy she possibly can, letting her physical strength do all the talking as she threw the Sabertooth guild master straight into the air, kickstarting him for the boss battle that was ahead, not that it stopped her of course.
Once the fight was over, the quad could celebrate, but for now, it all depended on the other guild master. Even the chinese zodiac looked to the man in anticipation, wondering what he was going to do… indeed, it felt quite worrying, but at the same time, Summer could trust Kite. She can trust the other two quite equally though, even if Kenna was a mere stranger to the black haired zodiac queen.

Faith won’t always save you. My flames will do that instead.
Despite Kite’s group being outnumbered Julius, Kenna and Summer had all made quick work out of the hordes of beasts. Nearly within an instant Kite observed as everyone took out the snakes, the chimera and lastly the cyclops which left only the big bad Griffin left to contend with. It didn't attack it merely stayed in place with his wings flapping to allow him to hover in one spot. ”Alright. My tu...“ before he could continue his sentence he felt a strong hand grip around his arm. He had expected to see the owner of this vice like grip belong to one of those Cyclops however instead of a thick meaty hand instead the dainty looking hand of Summer was there instead. She had asked if he were ready, for what he wasn't entirely sure however the question never made it past the thought process. With a tug of his arm the Guild Master of Golden Phoenix had hurled the demon slayer into the air towards the Griffin. Kite’s signature blue colored flames swirled around him and left a streaking behind him, ”The first attack is mine!“ the swirling flames increased in their rotations around him and grew hotter with each rotation, ”Demon Slayer Secret Art! Demon King’s Hellraiser!“ the spiraling flames focused to the point of his head and Kite became a fiery drill and slammed into the unexpected Griffin hard. The damage was intense but the Griffin didn’t go down with the attack, in fact it grabbed both of Kite’s shoulders with it’s talons and went into the sky increasing its altitude. It’s grip was so strong that it despite trying to pry them off he was unable to force the talons off of him despite using both hands on a single talon. Kite wasn’t entirely sure what the Griffin had in mind but he didn’t like how far down the ground was from him, ”Flame Demon’s Exorcising Strike!“ he straightened out his hand and with a snap like motion he pushed his knuckles across the distance measured by his fingers and made contact with the beast. Flames erupted and seared the spot he hit the Griffin but the beast opened up its talons and let Kite fall from the height it carried him to.
Flames surrounded Kite as he began the beginning of fire rocket but he wasn’t able to release the flames fast enough and the Griffin snapped its wings at the Demon Slayer and let loose a torrent of wind that pushed him further downwards and he would hit the ground with a thud. He would sit up from the miniature crater he had just made bruised and banged up. Pulling from the portal that connects him as well as every other member of Sabertooth to their supply train, Kite held four lacrima bombs filled with fire. With two in each hand he smashes them together and caused them to break and explode creating a sea of flames to was out in front of him. He opened his mouth and with a hand he grabbed the tail end of the fire like a string of spaghetti and began inhale the flames. The flames swirled around in his belly as he stood up and looked at the creature, ”It time to dance with the devil.“ an intense aura surrounded him as a transformation began. Two horns forged by the azure fire protruded from Kite’s forehead and pointed towards the back of him, his muscle mass increased as well as his height, and lastly from his mouth blue flames poured from his mouth as if there was too much fire in his body. ”I’ll end this in an instant.“ he opened his right hand and the flames began to take shape in it. A long shaft of a spear formed and soon at the end of the shaft was the blade of the weapon and with a quick flick of his wrist the spear spun in his hand until he grasped it by it’s shaft so it would be thrown. He brought his throwing hand back by his ear with his arm flexed. ”Flame Demon’s Purgatory spear!“ and he threw the weapon created from his flames and it pierced the through the Griffin creating an explosion and knocking it out of the air. With a stream of fire behind him, he used his fire rocket to move his position so he was directly under the descending Griffin ”Flame Demon’s commandment. First!“ flames swirled around him and soon became like a Malestrom of flames and shot up like a geyser meeting the Griffin on the way down and pushed it back into the air. Kite then looked up at the beast as it recovered from its sudden rollercoaster of a ride. The beast tucked it’s wings like a falcon and started to dive bomb down towards the demon slayer. It swooped down and grabbed Kite’s shoulders like before and flapped it’s wings taking him into the air most likely to drop him again but that wouldn’t work a second time. ”Fool me once shame on you...“ he said plainly before grabbing the beast by it’s talons and smirked, ”Flame Demon’s eruption!“ and as Kite’s body radiated heat like a furnace an explosion of flames doused the Griffin in flames causing it’s grip on him to loosen and his wings to stop flapping. The burns it suffered must have be enough to convince it to stop flying higher. With the loosened grip Kite managed to make his way on top of the Griffin’s back only to push off so he was in the air above it. ”Checkmate Flame Demon’s Rage!“ the fire that leaked from his mouth stopped and instead a stream of the same colored flame shot from the gaping maw of Kite hit the Griffin. The force of the flames pushed the winged beast from the height they were at into the ground making a massive thud sound followed by the explosion that caused the crater to become even larger, scorching the earth in the process. Kite would land next to the fallen beast and look upon it as the flames continued to burn at it’s body. Unsure if it were dead he figured it would be best to make sure. ”Flame Demon’s Raging Inferno.“ A sphere of Fire appeared in front of his mouth and grew in side until he released the larger more powerful version of the Flame Demon’s rage spell engulfing the remains of the beast in the bright blue flames and reduced it to nothing but ash and soot. The battle is over and it was time to go home.
