A Letter Delivery [Job/Solo}

Shea was in Mongolia town for one reason; to deliver a letter. It wasn’t from the job board, the man had requested Shea herself aid him. He had heard from a friend of his how she had done a great job at convincing his parents that he had a girlfriend and wanted her help in a similar task.

To her surprise, it wasn’t another relationship act of some kind, at least not one directly involving her. No, this boy already had someone he liked and didn’t think he needed jealousy to get to that person. They had been childhood friends, but the one being confessed to had moved away and become a star. Her client had always had a feeling for this person but didn’t have the courage to tell them before they left. They wanted to use their friend’s concert in town as a chance to finally tell them.

The only problem was that this person was very hard to get close to, being famous and all. Telling security of their past relation didn’t help at all, they thought her client had been lying. The concert was tonight and he was desperate and Shea not only had a good word, she happened to be in town on a company delivery.

So now, letter gently clutched in hand, the songstress walked up to her first obstacle; security. An idea occurred to her and she gave a sly smile. “Lavia darling, would you mind playing with that guard a bit?” She questioned her ghostly companion who gave a small giggle and invisibly floated over to her victim. The man soon felt what a lick to the back of his neck was and yelped. He then looked over his shoulder to see the ghostly figure and with a scream ran away while being chased by a gleeful ghost

Pleased with how that went, Shea marched on. She avoided a few of the staff and actually ran into another security guard. Thankfully she was a fan of Shea’s opera career and thought the half-elf was the star's guest, letting her pass.

Finally, the songstress had arrived at her destination. Upon opening the door her fellow singer had been confused by the interrupting. When they questioned Shea she just cheerfully handed over the letter. She happily watched as the performer's face went redder and redder. When they hastily thanked the mage for her efforts and promised to talk to their old friend, Shea left to find her client in the happiest of moods.

The man was worried his friend would mistake his letter as a method of getting a famous person’s attention or gold-digging but judging by their pop star friends reaction Shea reassured them that their genuine feeling probably got across. The answer came later that night after an enjoyable concert when a mysteriously cloaked individual appears at her client's residence just as Shea was about to leave. Not at all to Shea’s surprise, the cloaked person turned out to be the star themselves, and threw themselves at her client, proclaiming their reciprocated feeling.

Shea left the newly happy couple, a pleased smile dancing on her lips.
