James had been part of Lamia Scale for nearly a month, and had completed various jobs in the guild's name. The time had now come where James would be permitted to increase his rank within the guild, should he succeed at a task handed down to him by none other than the guild master herself. James walked through the main doors of the guild hall, the temperature inside was quite different then the blazing sun outside. The information he received, said that he would meet the master of Lamia Scale in the grand library. Upon entering the library, it was quite, much more quiet than usual. "alright, I'm here. No one else seem to be though." James told himself. Since he had nothing better to do, James walked over to a table and sat down, waiting in anticipation for his guild master to show. He didn't know what his master would assign him, but he hoped it would involve a good challenge. He thought if he was lucky, She might even take him on as her apprentice.
