Personality: James may not seem like it but he is an extremely caring and enthusiastic person. He's always looking for conversation or to make one of his comrade's happy no matter what. He may not seem like he is enthusiastic or caring at first glance but when you start to talk to him you will understand that he is a cherished member of his guild. He fights for the good of his guild no matter what the costs, they took him in and helped him learn magic and helped him refine it. James does know he is a weak person physically but this never gets in his way as he knows he is strong knowledge wise and is always able to help his comrades out in battle. James is brave and will never stand down until he knows his comrades are safe. He also has trouble controlling his emotions, if sad he will show it, if angry he will surely show it and if happy he'll show it off. James can be quite troublesome if he wants to within the guild hall, if ignored he will find a way to get all of his comrade's attention. His personality is fit for that of a light guild, and because of that he'll always love his guild and will repay them for what they have done for him. Despite the fact that people of a guild are serious people, he can tell that they like him for who he is. Although, they can find him annoying at times. All of these qualities make up James off of the battlefield, he has a totally different personality on it.
On the battlefield, James never gives up he will always give it a shot. He doesn't stop fighting if injured because if he can stand he can fight. James is always determined to use his knowledge and speed in battle and support his allies with his spells. He will never let a comrade die on the battlefield, this is a promise to himself and all of his comrades in the guild. He has always protected his comrades over himself and is ready to die for them, although he does fear death not knowing what's on the other side. Not letting a comrade die is his only rule on the battlefield, he doesn't care for anything else as long as his comrades are safe. Although, this does not mean he will not be serious on the battlefield. He will not show any form of emotion on the battlefield as he thinks it's a weakness and will leave himself open to the target, he is only determined to show his emotions after the battle is done and over with. James will also not show any enthusiasm on the battlefield until he has won and his comrades are safe and sound. James does feel bad if he has to kill another human being with his magic, but if he is required to do so he will kill them.
If James was a leader he wouldn't do that well purely because he's too sarcastic to be one and isn't all that serious in all situations. However, if James could become more serious he could possibly make a good leader. James does extremely well being led by a leader and always follows the orders that he is given except for if they're unreasonable (killing a comrade, doing degrading things, etc.).

- James is fond of Sweet Foods as the texture is nice along with the flavor.
- James likes any person he is able to talk to.
- James likes his guild as they took him in as a child.

- James hates spicy food as it's too hot for his tongue.
- James does not like constricting area's that don't allow him to move around.
- James doesn't like the taste of sour foods.
