I just wanted to pipe in and say hello to everyone
Also can I ask a quick question, can we start out with a weapon? That has one ability? With a caster magic?
Another words what can i start out with besides a magic?

Welcome to the site, Otakulover69.

I don't know if your questions have already been answered or not, but I'll answer them anyway:

You can start out with a weak weapon; however, the weapon must be apped in the Weapons Registration board, and unfortunately, weak weapons do not come with any abilities. Just a little heads up though, not many lower-ranked jobs actually require a weapon or magic. You can get through D and even C-rank without having to do combat.
