Important [Guild Meeting] The Dilemma of the Black Sheep [FT Only]

    Post by ivyleaf33 11th January 2017, 7:42 am

    GRACE UNDER FIRE
The whispers had threaded themselves into the intertwining fibers of the tree, whispering and muttering amongst themselves. Slowly, the words slithered through the vines, trunks, and branches, and trickled their way into a certain child’s ears. It was something she had expected to eventually come up, nothing she was too surprised at. This guild she was in, her guild, it had never been a guild meant for darkness. Its members were cheerful, loving, and overly kind people, always there to help someone out. Their nature was undeniable, and she could see how the changes Lucie had brought had affected them. As for the unfortunate Rising Storm herself, Sorano had yet to really meet her. The girl seemed as elusive as Fairy Tail had slowly become over time, never really in a position where the letter mage could ever truly talk to her.

Here she was, a week or so into her new position as guild master and ready to make some big changes again. It was to be expected, yet she wished it wasn’t so. She had to address the issue. “Members of Fairy Tail, please gather at the main tree for a guild meeting!” The call radiated throughout the grove, causing a scattering of the birds who had been perched around the area.

She peered out and around the great meeting hall, imagining the times she’d seen Kanix standing in this very position to address the guild. Could the shamaness have dealt with this better? Again, one of the steadily increasing questions that she held no answer to.

“Members of Fairy Tail! I’ve heard the murmuring and complaining of members throughout the guild, and I do agree that we should do something about it. Although it is something I hate to do, we must discuss what is to be done about our guild mate Lucie. As she currently holds the role of Coming Storm, we are rejected as a guild and are forced into hiding from the Magic Council. I would like to hear what you propose should be done about this.”

Takumi had been moving his things back into his rooms when he heard Sorano call. The black-haired slayer looked up with a sigh, still in the process of attempting to move his bookshelf. Well there went his plans to finish fixing his room today. With one last longing look, he began making his way to the main tree. His exceed grabbed his collar, and took off, landing in the main tree in front of Sorano a minute later.

"Why do we need to hide from the council? They never liked us fairies, just because Lucie gives up her title or gets kicked out won't guarantee us a spot as legal, or even neutral as a guild. Just because THEY brand us dark doesn't mean we are. We aren't evil. And just because they label us so, does that mean we expell a member of our family? The council shouldn't choose for us. We should choose our own fate."

Takumi was truly shocked at the whispers, many saying Lucie should go. Fairy Tail was a family, and family sticks together, they didn't kick each other out. "Guys, we should really stick together, no matter what. Eventually, if we keep being ourselves, they will realize we are still the same guild we always were. So what if they hate us now? When were we ever loved by the Council?"

Hera listened to the crowd talking amongst one another after Sorano had finished acknowledging the reason for their meeting. Looking up from her table near the stage, Hera would look to the side and somewhat irritated. This...place. Was not their home. They were hiding, hiding from the world. Her pride as a Fairy Tail mage was hurt just by being here.

For awhile she listened to the loud talking amongst the Guild. Eventually, Takumi said a word or two as she would move her coffee mug to the side and stand to her feet.

"Takumi....you really need to grow up. The Council shouldn't choose for us...but they do." she said eyeing him seriously from across the room. "We are a family. And we cannot allow someone in the family who will endanger the rest of the family." she sighed and waved her hand around the Guild Hall.

"Look at us....we aren't even on planet Earthland anymore." she got a more serious expression. "Some of us haven't seen our families...our hometowns our loved ones, in almost a year since this began." Hera balled up a fist. "And since when does Fairy Tail protect murderers and criminals? Enough is enough." she sighed to herself and looked to the side. "Our first order of action should be too return to Magnolia and to protect the people there. Dark Mages have been running wild in the town, and the local guards and Rune Knights can only do so much...the world of magic has caught on that Fairy Tail isn't there to protect them anymore....and it breaks my heart." Hera sighed again.

"Let's get off this world.....like Takumi said, why should we hide. We should march right back into Magnolia....all of us together, and rebuild the Guild Hall....if Lucie wants to let her Position as a Coming Storm go, then we can notify the Council that she's reformed and wishes to help Rebuild Fairy Tail...if not, then she should leave the Guild if she won't help us rebuild." Hera said plainly. She cared about everyone's well being. But she was done letting one person affect so many people. It was unfair.

"We can rebuild as an Independant Guild. Not a Legal one. If they won't give us their seal of approval anymore. We'll take it upon ourselves to be the protectors of Magnolia, Fiore, and the magical secrets of the world once more. We don't need their permission to do that....just our own will."

She shot Takumi a look that was utterly distasteful although she was a bit sad he didn't see the big picture. She hoped he would've grown into more of a leader in his time away and less of an emotional cry baby.

Post by Mura Kensho 11th January 2017, 11:07 am

It wouldn’t take long, until the shaman’s ears caught the call from their new guild master, an old guildmate of theirs that’ve been granted the responsibility of the entire guild. Quickly, he would make a move to live up to his own title and not leave Sorano without answer for about a moment. An ace was expected when the master called for what appeared to be another guild meeting, the second one after Sorano stepped up as their guild master. “Kyuken. Zirconis. Come with me,” he asked the two spirit balls further away, before making it to the skies. The ghosts were caught with a mild surprise, before soaring towards him. “Okay, here is a little advice,” the samurai ghost began talking to the following, green dragon ghost, “We often have these guild meeting when feeling the need to, or if a certain situation calls for it. It’s a good way to hear the voices of all guild members… ehhm… Mura-“ A sweat drop trickled off the shaman’s head, but they had to hurry. Therefore, Mura leaped through air, charging into the horizon with a good acceleration, leaving Kyuken and Zirconis to follow up later. Meanwhile, those two spirits, or merely Kyuken, talked: “So you have to realize how important those guild meetings are.” The dragon spirit kind of understood some of Kyuken’s words, but… didn’t the samurai ghost’s face overreact? It was as if that guy took it a little too seriously?

Casually, yet not, you would be able to spot his figure make it to the air above two figures, or four; Sorano, Takumi, Hera and the very familiar tree. Watching around, he would slowly make his feet land on the surface, while looking at Sorano. As his subconsciousness expected, it was about Lucie. Another guildmate of his, but a rather unique one… a branded Coming Storm. Mixed thoughts were apparent on the meeting place, but he kept silent and only made his presence with a raise of the hand. Next up, he heard Takumi’s thoughts about this; the guild wasn’t liked that much by the Magic Council anyways and that they shouldn’t give in their guildmate, or that doing that wouldn’t guarantee them the accept of the council members.

Before the shaman opened his mouth, Hera came with a comment as well; kind of rebuking, but rather reminding of what this guild, this family of theirs, had gone through the year. It was painful to imagine, but nonetheless was truth bitter. Lucie wasn’t a child. Not a normal one, in that matter. Having got to the point of earning such a title -the same title of a picture in the past which infuriated him- showed that she was unique… in a very bad way.

He wondered how Kanix must’ve felt it. What feeling would’ve gone through her back then where she decided to protect Lucie? Imagining it greater than what he and the others felt, it must’ve been devastating; yet indicating her strong will. Now, it was time for his will to harden as well. “This kazoku has done so much for her. Either she shows her gratitude or she simply has to let us go.” The two spirits beside Mura’s shoulders looked up at his face in wonder, while he aimed his look at the skies and the space above them all. Earthland… no, the entire planet would be somewhere in the distance. He surely missed it and wanted, for everything that rested in his soft heart, to return as that guild that they once were, respected as they once were and back at home as they once were. Having his eyes closed for a brief second, he inhaled quickly, then spoke up: “Mhhmm… I feel Earthland even from all the way here. It’s a part of me, and it’s a part of us all.” His gaze switched to the group, “We have to return. As Hera explained, as Takumi explained, I agree with your points. Fairy Tail is, and will always be, protectors...” The samurai ghost, discreetly from the rest of the people, felt resemblance. “You’re all making a good point… she’s a lucky girl, anyway. In my time, we would’ve cut her throat off at the very second,” he sighed, soaring around Mura’s head, while yet another sweat drop fell down…

His next gaze would be at his own guildmates; including Hera and Takumi. How he just loved them so much... they'd got to the point of standing beside his love and loyalty for his biological family in Midi. They had a place in his heart. Wasn't that astounding? He never expected it to happen, yet... thus, he wouldn't let the entire guild suffer on behalf of a single person whose danger was surely apparent. Besides... he'd done his best. Lucie knew very well about that, too.

    Lucie ♣ Fairy Tail ♣ D Rank

This again? It was the third time, was it not? The first time had been with Kanix, where the guild noted Heero's absence and elected a new guildmaster. In that same meeting, it had been decided that the guild would not turn the Coming Storm in to the Rune Knights and Magic Council. They would take the fall with her and be labeled a dark guild. But was the small child ever truly able to feel any gratitude? Of course not; Ren did not let her.

Even when Mura had tried to help her in that one instance, how had she repaid him? Ren had controlled her and forced her to fight, and the only way to save herself and stop the combat was to run once she had gained back possession.
The last meeting had been called by Sorano, who noted Kanix's mysterious disappearance. The young mage had seemingly claimed leadership of the guild, having been an ace, but what was this new meeting for? The answer became crystal clear quite quickly. Once again, they had gathered together to decide on her fate. Would she remain with the guild, or not?

All the small girl could do was stand off to the side with her back up against the wall. She blinked curious crimson eyes, but held a neutral expression. What they said was true... all of it. She wanted to help them so bad, but the malevolent spirit inside of her would simply never allow such a thing. She hated it; no matter how hard she tried to block out his voice and influence, he still always won in the end. Lucie kept her red gaze fixed on the floor in front of her as she listened, trying to keep the anxiety she was feeling out of her expression. What was to come of her? Did she have a reason to fear? What was Ren going to do? All of the thoughts plagued her mind, but could she speak up for herself? No. Never. That was impossible.

    GRACE UNDER FIRE
Slowly they gathered, the group of people that had made up Sorano’s new family, one that had slowly been patched together before her eyes as she recovered from her past. Perhaps, deep within those emotionless eyes and beneath the mask of complete non-acknowledgment, there was something like love for these curious, rambunctious people. These people who were all extremely opinionated, as she soon remembered. Takumi was first to come up, a guild member who had returned after a brief respite with some other guild. Though she had never been too deeply connected with this man, she would have to try and see things his way or her to become a decent guild master. Turning to face Takumi as he began to talk, Sorano knew that this was probably one of the many, including herself who had supported Lucie’s staying in Fairy Tail on that fateful day so many months ago.

Nodding seriously in response, Sorano was about to formulate a reply when a familiar rush of H-ranked magic aura slipped over her head, enveloping the room with the never-ignorable presence of Hera Reyolds. One of the aces of Fairy Tail, Sorano knew immediately what stance Hera would take. The woman had grown up in the guild, daughter of former guild master Heero Reyolds and former guild ace Alyia. Both extremely dedicated and powerful people who had made Fairy Tail prosper while it was legal, it was only natural she would hate a dark Fairy Tail. Listening to the ace lecture the lower-ranked mage, the letter mage awaited the arrival of more mages. Over the recent months, the member count of this guild had dropped as well, many leaving without so much as a goodbye. She couldn’t blame them.

Now Mura arrived, and the discussion would begin.

“So, Takumi, you are bringing up the very reason we are here right now, aren’t we? Yet, because of the decision we made with Kanix is why your guildmates around you have been reduced to so little. Perhaps it is because you have been absent from us for a while, but Fairy Tail, once prosperous has been reduced to a sad shell. Members have disappeared one by one, and I rarely sense the same sense of excitement as before. While I love Tetsukazu, please understand that most of us have roots in Earthland as Hera said. If we go back without Lucie, then, true, the council may not accept us as a legal guild. However, I have been mulling over an idea in my head. If we can form an uneasy truce, we may be able to return to Earthland and resume what we previously did as an independent guild.

“To be a family, all members have to contribute and help to build up the family. This, is unfortunately where Lucie has lacked in her duties to Fairy Tail. This is the guild that took me in and raised me to my position now. I absolutely hate the fact that we may have to reject a member, but this is a member who has done close to nothing to support the guild, doing not so much as at least lifting the corner of her mouth in a smile to support us. It may sound cruel, but you must admit that such a member is only detrimental to our family.”

Then came Hera, a member who was popular, but also a member with a lack of understanding compared to many others. As a guild child, she probably had never experienced the pain of not having anyone to lean on, the fear of being rejected, cast away from the rest. She had had a guild full of friends and family around, so even when her parents had left Fairy Tail, she still had all these people to support her. Could she truly make the right choice with Lucie in mind? “Yet, Hera, I will not accept such a decision if we do not ensure that Lucie will be safe after this. Loneliness is truly a terrifying thing, and it goes against every bit of my being to simply reject her, no matter how terrible a person she might be without some support. We must be careful with the magic council afterwards as well, for we are in a very precarious situation with our previous disobedience while legal, and this big incident now.”

As Mura came along, she nodded, noting how the shaman held a sad but accepting look in his eyes. Apparently Mura had had some sort of connection to Lucie, but was still willing to let her go. Did that mean this was the right decision? She certainly hoped so.

Another aura flickered into her sight, the unusual double aura that made up Lucie’s essence. Ah. The target of this conversation had arrived, Deciding not to force the girl out until a decision had been made, she turned to see her guildmates’ responses to her respondings.

    DON'T BE A FOOTNOTE
    in someone else's happiness

The silverette felt the tension in the air, palpable and heavy as her guild tried to decide how to proceed. Much drama had surrounded their not-so-humble existence, and Corliss had joined at the perfect time to bear witness to their story unfolding. To be perfectly frank, she was enthusiastic at what was going on in the guild at present, though it was a shame that it came at Lucie’s expense. Feeling the urge to speak well up insider her, Corliss raised her voice, stepping up to take part in the guild she had become a part of. “We should go back on our own terms, be good according to our own definitions. We don’t have to let the Magic Council control us, and we can still be the Fairy Tail of old. We’ve cowered in the dark long enough, it’s time for our triumphant return to Earthland. Let’s dig our heels in, and scream to the heavens just what being in Fairy Tail means!”
Corliss felt her ears turning red with the attention, but managed to say her piece without much shame. Now, with the momentum of her words propelling her, the mage turned towards Lucie, intending to address her directly. Lucie, it’s up to you if you come with us or not. Renounce your Coming Storm title, let us help you, isn’t that what you want? We are Fairy Tail, we are a family, and none of us just want to outright abandon you- I think anyway. If you give up your title and accept our help, then we can all go back as a happy family, which makes for a happier ending, right? It’s your call, but remember that we would be happy to help you redeem yourself.” The white-haired mage spoke her mind, aware that she probably should filter her words just a little, but was unwilling to do so. This was a moment for swift action and spoken words, not quiet thoughts and future regrets. Now, if Lucie chose to leave, Corliss could accept that she at least tried.

    GRACE UNDER FIRE
Corliss then entered the scene, her usual voice piercing through the fog of voices like a sword. Flashing a confident grin that the child might have been jealous of had she possessed emotions, the woman declared her opinion upon the guild. Listening through Corliss’ short speech, Sorano nodded slowly. She’d heard enough from the guild, seen enough of their auras to understand what they wished for now. Taking a moment to go through what she would say next in her head, the youngest guild master of Fairy Tail turned to face her family. “I think I’ve seen and heard enough of this to know what we feel on a general basis.” Her dark gaze flickered into the corner of the room, where Lucie stood.

    Must I do this?

It was a question that constantly echoed throughout her mind, and one she dreaded answering. It had been astonishingly easy a life she had led, simply following a master around in the past and siding with the majority. This was… this was different. The weight of the guild fell upon her shoulders this time, and she wasn’t sure if she wanted things this way. Looking around, she knew she could very easily hand this position, this burden, this weight off to someone like Mura, or Hera. Yet, though she knew both would be strong leaders, neither of their solutions would quite satisfy her. So this… This was what it was like to be a leader.

“Miss Lucie, would you mind stepping up please?” It was a calm voice with which she used to summon the child, her usual emotionless voice that the guild had slowly become accustomed to. Would the child sense danger in such a tone? As Lucie would walk up to the front of the main room of the guild, the letter mage would address the girl with an aloof expression, gazing upon her with naught but mild curiosity. “Lucie, are you willing to give up your position as Coming Storm? If not, I… I must ask you, on behalf of the guild to leave. If you leave, you will be provided with shelter and enough supplies to last you a month. You once held a place within the Fairy Tail family, and none of us can deny it.”

For the briefest of moments, the gaze slashed itself across the room, almost daring someone to argue. It was what she felt was a fairly just way to expel a member such as Lucie. “If you need anything, please do tell us, and we will help you as much as you can. But as long as you are putting our guild in such a position, I cannot allow you to remain.”

Something echoed in Sorano’s spirit. It was clera for the shaman to see such thoughts roll around a mind like hers, one that usually appeared like an empty house. He still remembered her expressions at that tower, her opinions, statements, overall attitude. Comparing that to her present face, she was clearly on a tough edge. Obviously, having become the Guild Master recently would excite anyone, in which he was more surprised by Sorano and the comparison that her way of thinking about things was rather different from what, having an example, he would think. Her being insecure… it sounded distant.

Although, it was temporary, but yet worrying. “Some tough decision she has,” the draconian spirit commented, “And that steel face… it annoys me a little.” "Eh, actually-" the samurai ghost was about to explain, in which Mura interrupted: “That’s just how she is. Don’t mind her,” Mura would reply, making sure that Zirconis didn’t suddenly start speaking poor of his guildmate, “She’s always been that dry… if I have to be completely honest… just going to spare you for a backstory, but just get used to it. It’s not annoying nor badly intended.” After having said that to the green dragon, his face looked up at Sorano as she called for Lucie. Good luck, Guild Master, crossed his thoughts and mind as she emitted the ultimatum. Like watching a court, a deep atmosphere covered the area around that tree as people suddenly went silent, eager to hear Lucie’s next words. A small smile was sent to the small Guild Master, showing his support as that Ace that he was.
THOUGHTS GOING THROUGH HIS HEAD, NOT REALLY RELEVANT FOR THE MEETING... OR SOME SORT.:

    Lucie ♣ Fairy Tail ♣ D Rank

The title of a Coming Storm was not something that could easily be revoked. Even if a criminal had changed their ways, the authorities of the land would still want them punished for the previous misdeeds. This held true for Lucie, who was still a wanted criminal, holding the villainous title of Coming Storm. The small child pushed away from the wall and began to walk towards the new young guild master, who asked her about relinquishing her title. If only she could... then she absolutely would. There was no option, however, as no matter what, she was still a criminal and villain in the eyes of the magic council, and they would not rest until they had her handcuffed and safely in a secure prison.

As she walked towards Sorano, however, Lucie felt a sharp pain begin to shoot through her body, making her pause in her tracks and clench her chest tightly. She had worked so hard to maintain focus and keep Ren at bay; how was he doing this now?
"Come on, Lucie. We can't go down without a bang, now can we~?" the malevolent spirit cooed softly with a menacing edge, before his chuckles began to echo in her mind. "We should tell them the truth, shouldn't we?"

"Ren, no-" Lucie protested in her thoughts, though the stronger spirit's soul began to overpower her own. Ren quickly took control of her body, changing her left eye color to a pale shade of icy blue. Those who could sense souls and spirits would easily notice the malevolence that had taken Lucie's place- while the child's own spirit would be cast into the background, forced to helplessly watch. "Good to finally meet you all," Ren said, using Lucie's long-neglected voice. He could not use his own in her child body, though he was already hinting that the one in control was not Lucie.

"But I thought you all would know that the title of a Coming Storm is not so easily revoked, unless one is turned in and imprisoned, or killed. Does this answer your question?" he asked again through Lucie's body, allowing a devious smirk to lace her facial features. The evil spirit was not going to acknowledge any of Sorano's other words. It would be a waste of time and effort on his part; the girl was already fighting back, and he only had so much time and energy. At the very least, it was not worth wreaking havoc there, with so many stronger wizards around.

    GRACE UNDER FIRE
It was a rather unexpected result that came out of what she had spoken to the child as Sorano now saw, holding her breath without realizing it as the child drew closer. Despite the fact that nothing but support could be felt radiating outwards from her guildmates, something seemed odd as the white-haired figure drew closer. Suddenly, she lurched forward, clutching at her stomach in a sudden spasm of pain. Sorano’s eyes narrowed, seeing the sudden overlapping of the two distinct auras within Lucie, paying less attention to the girl’s suffering than the coolly satisfied emotions that now took over the scared, small aura beneath. This was the source that was behind the oddness of Lucie’s situation, she was sure.

When the girl lifted her head, the letter mage knew for sure. There was someone else behind all this business. One eye flashed an icy blue, gazing proudly up at her own muted gaze with confidence. Without blinking an eye, Sorano immediately had one hand within the folds of her bag, ready to pull out a mirror to ensnare this entity in case it caused any trouble. She needed to know the whole situation first, however, and thus, she stood, waiting for it to act. “Good to finally meet you all.” The voice was that of a young girl’s raspy with misuse, but all knew that the speaker was not the Lucie that they had agreed upon protecting. Through narrowed eyes, Sorano nodded politely in return. Always one for etiquette – that’s what she was, even when the speaker was a possible danger to her life.

In a smooth scattering of words, the entity ignored everything else Sorano had said, and focused on the part about giving up the title of Coming Storm. While all that the “thing” said was true, the calm, logical side of the letter mage easily came up with several replies, all of which were fairly probable. Pausing, she pondered on whether to share these ideas or not, knowing that not all of them would be acceptable by all the members of the guild. In the end she settled on a rather vague reply of “Well, and as I am sure you know, in you and Miss Lucie’s particular situation, there are many ways in which we could convince the Magic Council otherwise, as her appearance is quite unassuming, and, well, stories are often mistold and easily reshaped. What the real question is, I believe, is what your decision is.”

She faced the smirking gaze with a cool one of her own, realizing that this was something that Lucie ought to deal with by herself, instead of a forced exorcism that would result in nothing but a sudden and painful “recovery” that could never quite be recovered from. It was like how she was, and had to be dealt with as Anna had dealt with her – slowly, and one step at a time. “Seeing as you appear to be a being residing within Miss Lucie, we sill still act as stated before if you refuse. Otherwise, we will begin the process of erasing this identity of Coming Storm in whatever way needed. However, if you continue your actions as before, we will either find a way to rid ourselves of you, or you and your host as one.”

It appeared to be the final decision. Lucie had to leave their guild, for her own sake and for theirs… he would’ve found her understanding, until a certain aura caught his attention and turned the event upside down. A hand on her stomach signaled pain, but nothing much had to happen inside of her spiritual structure until Mura could sense it. In fact, his earlier meeting with her had made it easier for him to look beyond the flesh of hers, so it wouldn’t be surprising. Verily, Sorano would see it too; the familiar, one being that hid behind Lucie, using her as a curtain of cover like those to cover windows…

“So this is the one behind her unusual atmosphere…” Kyuken commented, having sharp eyes on the changed nature of that girl, “To think that the offending spirit earlier…-“ A sound would come off of Mura’s teeth grinding together in surprise; it was surely an impressive spirit, this one. To be capable of hiding his presence so much, even from a shaman like Mura himself. It was like a liar hiding his lies from a lying detector. “… Not so good to meet you again. Demon,” the samurai boy replied with a serious look on his face. Given the fact that this was most likely the cause of Lucie’s problems, it didn’t exactly deserve his soft nature. Rather, if not hiding inside Lucie, then he wouldn’t have hesitated in going all-out, again.

The next words of his, or hers as it was Lucie’s voice being used, were questioning. A Coming Storm would only lose their title if imprisoned - or killed. Something felt odd about that question, though… was this ghost daring them to either imprison Lucie or kill her? Definitely a question to be answered by his Guild Master, whose words set things in stone for the group of mages and him. As Zirconis soared up to Mura’s head after Sorano’s reply, the shaman slowly shook his head to the draconian ghost. Whatever happened in their last encounter didn’t go well… they couldn’t do anything to this without hurting her as well. “… What I may say will sound ironic if you knew about me,” the shaman spoke up, “But spirits are supposed to rest in peace and not interfere with the life of flesh… if you’re not like Kyuken here, then what’s your intention with Lucie?”

Takumi's eyes narrowed as the spirit within Lucie revealed itself. He didn't like the way it made him feel... nor did he like what it was saying. "I don't like you, spirit. I control spirits myself, and I don't like your presence one little bit." Takumi would speak in Lucie's mind, directing his comments towards the spirit. As a necromancer he was capable of speaking telepathically with spirits, and he used this power now to scrutinize the evil spirit. His gaze unfocused and somewhat angry, he took a step towards Lucie. Out loud, he said: "Well if it cannot be revoked, there's not much to be done about that, is there? All I can say is, we need to find some sort of solution, and I don't think this spirit is going to negotiate with us." The mage let his gaze meet Lucie's, unwavering and unblinking.

    Lucie ♣ Fairy Tail ♣ D Rank

They were really alright with putting themselves in danger to help erase the title of Coming Storm for their guildmember? How heartwarming and kind of them… it could almost make him want to vomit. Why did they care so much for the child, who took far more than she gave? The ‘family’ concept was becoming rather annoying, and not logical at all. Nevertheless, it was a good tool, and easy to take advantage of.

“You really would go so far to help this murderer hide her mistakes? Do you quietly support it, but only wish for the advantages from being affiliated with the Magic Council? Forgiving too easily is a costly mistake… look at where it got you,” Ren pointed out, gazing up at Sorano with a bright crimson and pale ice blue eye. “You’re a dark guild for harboring a criminal, all under the excuse of ‘family’. Pathetic.”

Ren chuckled slightly, before continuing with a smirk. “Sure, I’d love to stay and try to “erase” this identity. You all provide an excellent source of shelter and protection! I would hate to have to give all of the benefits of this “family” up. I don’t have to pay a thing,” the malevolent spirit commented, with Lucie’s arms up in a shrug. The sarcasm was just dripping from the voice.

Peering at Mura from the corner of Lucie’s eyes, Ren only chuckled, deciding against answering. He had reincarnated time and time again, seeking for just a single life of peace. Each life had come to a painful and quick end, at the hands of a certain Daemon. Who was the Daemon’s daughter? The girl he now possessed. He would get back at Alice somehow, but what did they need to know if it all? This child was his toy now, and would be his weapon soon enough.

Apologies for the tremendously late reply... at this point we can assume Lucie has been banished. x3 Ren basically gave the biggest "eff u" to the guild that he could. I doubt Sorano is going to let them stay.

Her face would remain quietly thoughtful as the spirit’s aura curdled with disgust. It was not the most common emotion that Sorano had ever sensed to be directed at her, but even so, this was something else. The pure loathing and disdain that Ren seemingly held for Fairy Tail and the girl whom he embodied was something… unnatural, to say the least. Something dangerous, something that could do horrible things if let out of control. Obviously, it seemed that it had already controlled, however. Speaking out again, staring up at the girl with icy fire in his eyes, he would speak sharp, cutting words against the family who had taken her in, the people whom she treasured in a most indirect of ways.

However, despite such insults, she remained passively listening, thoughtfulness being all that hung upon the stony face. “Although you seem to have done your best to express your wishes as indirectly as possible, I believe, from the emotions you currently dangle upon Lucie’s person and your effective use of sarcasm that you would prefer to simply leave, am I correct?” Calmly keeping straight to the point and swerving aside of the potholes one with emotions would likely encounter, she would let the question hover in the air rhetorically before knocking it aside again, bringing the gathering to a close.

“To be honest, spirit, I pity you along with the child. A person to hold so much hatred, from what I have seen before must certainly not have led the most successful, enjoyable of lives, am I correct? I wish you well in the future, and although you have already insulted the guild quite enough, I should think, you are welcome to return if you move discreetly, or as someone reformed. Supplies will be provided to you and the child for a month.” And with that finishing statement, the meeting was called to an end – the guild members along with Lucie and Ren dismissed. Holding out along for just a moment more, Sorano sighed. Was this the nature of a Guild Master’s roles?

(Formatting was hating on me so you don't get a template this time uwu)
