He had been on Fiore for a few months now and still only spoke to one person who in his opinion was strange which was saying a lot given who's opinion it was and it was due to the person in question speaking in the third person about himself and was wondering if that was the norm here even if it was he would refuse to do it. It was strangely after his meeting with this person he became restless and began travelling once more creating chaos be it good or bad along the way. "Oh be quiet! I don't need to at least not yet!" He pouted his long white hair fluttering around his body as he walked down the cobbled streets pausing now and then his toes curling on the stone like his feet were cramping up before walking on again "Where have I ended up this time?" his voice full of childish wonder as he sniffed at the air listening around him as he continued walking.

Shirotsume was an interesting town to explore fully, if Aiyana had actually been in the mood for exploring. There were plenty of times she was in the mood for something, but exploring is not what she was wanting to do. There were a good amount of mansions that she had thought about exploring, though that would mean socializing with a good amount of people. Socialization was not exactly what she was looking for, though it seemed like she would be doing so in just a few moments.

As she was walking by a boy, one she had not even looked at nor spoken to, he mumbled out some words that seemed to be inquiring about his location. Stopping in her tracks, tails moving gently from side to side as she put a small smile on her face (though she did not wish to do such a thing right now) and spoke up as she turned to follow him to keep the same distance as she moved. "Hey there, you've made your way to Shirotsume. Are you lost? Do you need help finding someone? I don't mind going with you if you do."

Advent tilted his head hearing a female voice, he wasn't sure completely who she was talking to but he suspected it had been to him "Shirotsume?" his tone showed he questioned the answer a little almost like he was unfamiliar with what was being told to him. He remained quiet for a moment "Spirit fox... really? Hm... Can they see and he-" he stopped like he was cut off mid sentence and remained quiet "Well that makes sense... oh right" he scratched the back of his head his snow white hair shifting just a little as he done so "Thank you for telling me where I am miss" his voice was calm but as he spoke his head moved around almost as if he was looking at new things.

Then he finally realised the rest of what she said to him and shook his head, his hair dancing around his athletic form as if it were snow "I'm not lost, I always know exactly where I am... just places are new" he said honestly as he started to walk before pausing once more turning and bowing his head a little "Thank you for talking to me and letting me know what the location is called" he said before turning back and starting to walk off again he heard so many different noises and smelt so many new things he was curious and wanted to explore.

The boy seemed to be cautious about the answer he was given, talking aloud to himself as well, before thanking her and mentioning that it was just a new place. A new place? How could he know where he was if he was questioning WHERE he was in the first place? The boy started to walk away, turning toward her and bowing as he thanked Aiyana for telling him what the name of this town was. It was then that she noticed he was blindfolded, another odd thing to add to the list.

Aiyana would follow the kid for a few moments before speaking up again. "Hey kid, there any reason for the blindfold? Are you training for a certain type of caste or group? Also, who else are you talking to? Kind of strange to see someone do that unless they have spirits with them as well." The woman, being an ex-Guild Master and a Celestial Spirit, knew about spirits quite well. If he had issues with them she could be able to help, or at least give hints and tips if he needed them.

Advent stopped for a moment his toes curling once more feeling slight vibrations behind him, he wasn't completely sure but he believed that he was being followed by someone, but before long he began to walk again believing it was his minds own twisted version of paranoia; then again could it be classed as paranoia if what you first though was true which was confirmed when he heard the woman's voice from earlier again "Why am I getting followed?" he asked himself with a sigh turning around to face knowing it would be rude if he kept his back turned or continued walking again his toes curling on the ground he had no idea why he done such a thing.

His normal calm looking expression quickly changed to a serious almost annoyed one as his blindfold came up, if that hadn't been bad enough she also had to ask about his magic type both subjects where touchy for the white haired youth "I refuse to go into either subject especially with someone who I don't know" his tone had almost taken a completely turn from how it was a mere few moments ago so it was clear he was uncomfortable about the subject or he was hiding things either way he wasn't going to talk about it. It was then he realised she asked about who he was talking to "Again, I don't know you why would I answer such a personal question?" he soon flinched as if he had been it "What? Why did you hit me? It was a legitimate question" he pouting rubbing the back of his head

He bowed his head a little "I was told to apologise for how I spoke" he bowed a little from the waist to the other "I am sorry that I was rude miss" his tone was true to his words more to do with the fact he had been taught if you don't believe what your saying then don't say them because you would become as hollow as the words you spoke "I don't want to speak about my blindfold or my magic although I will say it's type is caster" his words where calm but had a undertone to not push the matter it was sensitive "I am speaking to the ones that raised me, they guide me and are my eyes and ears" they where more than that but that tied into his magic and that was something he didn't want to speak of "So who are you?" he casually asked since she had asked questions and though only got vague answers he thought it only right that he got one answered in return.

It would be a moment before the boy answered her, and with quite the rude response too! He could have said it in a nice way, or so Aiyana thought even though she had no reason to ask such a personal question of someone she had just yet. It was her desire for knowledge that made her do it, her confusion as to why he was acting the way he was forced her to try and find the reasoning to it. The kid went on to mention her asking something so personal before he suddenly flinched and yelled at someone. Again with the speaking to someone she could not see? Was he just crazy? Or was there something actually there? Right after that the kid would bow and apologize for their tone and rudeness. "Oh! I am sorry as well! I should not be asking complete strangers the first questions that pop into my head either. But ask I did. Caster magics can be fun, especially some of the long forgotten ones like the slayer magics, and speaking to the ones that raised you? I would ask for more detail about that, but I will leave that to my imagination unless told otherwise." There was a lot she could ask, say, and do at this very moment, but none of those would matter cause she was being asked a question as well.

"My name is Aiyana Shuer. It's a pleasure to meet you. Please excuse my lack of manners, I am quite the social talker and something piqued my interest. I did not mean to intrude." The nine tailed fox was not sure if he had heard her name before. She would not be surprised either way, as not everyone listened to the talk of others, but the woman had done quite a bit since starting off her journey as a mage.[/color]

Advent blinked at her from under her blindfold as if confused to him yeah she had been kind of rude to ask him certain things he wouldn't even speak about to people he trusted. Then again he didn't trust easily and it was doubtful he would go into such things with those he did trust given and right now the only ones he did trust no one could actually see. He tilted his head to the left almost as if he was listening to something "The answer to that question would be sort of" he would reply almost as if he had been asked the question of his sanity. "They want me to go into further details but no, I refuse" he turned his back to the other for a moment and poked his finger out bending forward a little "And you can't force me..." it almost looked like he was giving a nearby wall into trouble.

He turned back around to face the woman his hand going to the back of his head embarrassed "Sorry about that, they can be quite demanding on me but they do it out of love or purely to annoy me, I've yet to figure out which" he said with a cheeky grin "Yes, the questions are personal and I am uncomfortable answering them because of... well... hm..." his voice turned sad his head turned away lowering but as to the cause all that could be told was that it hurt him deeply. "I know, you keep saying that but... it doesn't change anything... I... It still happened" his body started to tremble ever so slightly, it be somewhat clear that he was broken goods.

"I'm the same way, I enjoy learning and gaining new experiences... normally leads to things happening and not all of them good" his words were honest his arms moving around himself almost like he was trying to comfort himself. "Aiyana Shuer?" he questioned his head moving around almost if he was looking for something before shaking his head "No sorry, we don't know the name. I'm Advent" he said quietly

It was strange, being outside of a conversation right in front of her, but she could get used to it so long as it wasn't involving her. The only issue was it DID involve her and it made it slightly awkward. What if they could read her thoughts? They would them tell this kid to RUN! Hoping that that was not the case Aiyana listened to his answers, a slight surprise coming to her face when he stated that he did not recognize her name. Someone that didn't know her? A FRICKIN' MIRACLE! "I can leave it as is on the subject of the spirits, no big deal there Advent. Nice name you have there, not one I've ever heard before. And if you like new experiences and such you should come along with me on some of these interesting jobs that the guilds around here have. I recently joined Lamia Scale, for personal reasons, and was going to go see if there was something I could pull on their job board once I get back to Hargeon Town. The town is another port, and has lovely food if you're wanting to try other foods as well."

The woman could rant for months on end about new experiences and sights to see, if that was what he wanted. If he wanted to learn about magic she could do that as well, though that would be up to him to bring up as she would not force such a thing upon someone unwilling.

Advent tilted his head for a moment as he listened to her completely "They said not to be worried, they guessed what you where thinking by your facial expression" he said trying to show that he nor his guardians could hear her thoughts, not that he would care about the thoughts of others after all it was their mind they could think what they wanted. "I'd be obliged if you did, it's not something I want to discuss but they aren't spirits as you might understand... I guess wraith in humanoid form might be more accurate" he said with a bit of a shrug as he moved to lean against a near by wall as he tried to process everything else that he had been told, but all he wanted to know was "What's a guild?" his tone showing the confusion of a child.

Oh that was much better, at least they couldn't quite 'read' her mind. Her face and eyes gave it away anyway! Ah well, that was normal for her at least. Especially when it came to the more 'sinful' feelings as most called them. Advent would clarify a bit on what the beings were that he was talking to that had 'raised him' before asking a question that surprised her. What was a guild? Did he live under a rock? He didn't 'seem' to be from a country that guilds did not exist in some form. Well, he had invisible ghost parents so maybe he was some form of druid? Either way, it was time to explain!

"Well. A guild is a group of mages, and other users of magic or special abilities, that work together towards their goals. They do jobs put up by others, or are trying to further their beliefs as a group. Most are good, some are very bad, and some remain neutral and doing what they want rather than helping others. The one I am in hunts monsters now, though it wasn't like that the first time I joined them." Her explanation was simple, but guilds were quite simple if you looked at them closely. They all had a main goal or belief that they focused on. After that the guild members could do what they want so long as it wasn't disallowed by the guild.

Advent listened to what the other was telling him trying to take in the information a hand going to the back of his head as he scratched seeming somewhat confused about the situation "You want me to go on these things that your guild has?" he didn't understand why he would someone would want to do things like that with a complete stranger especially one that hadn't chosen to be in the same grouping as themselves. "Well you know why I say that.." he sighed crossing his arms "no, no one needs to know that especially strangers you told me that so don't change your minds now... that's unfair" he hated it when they where like this because it confused him and that was something he could do without at the best of time "Oh yeah.." his attention turned back to the person who was talking to him.

"Good, neutral or very bad what is your group?" he asked after being prompted not that he would be able to tell if she was lying or not seeing as he didn't know which guilds fell under categories "Hunting monsters?" he seemed confused again as he didn't think he would be of any use doing that as him magic didn't seem to be overly offensive but more supportive in role "Your group changed? Why? What did it do originally?" he couldn't help but ask such questions as he tried to understand things.

Aiyana was going to respond to his confused question about her offering to take him with her for the job when he began talking to those invisible ones again. It was not odd for Aiyana to try to hang out with complete strangers, not at all. In fact, Mao did not even really say much about it either. Why, sometimes she would even invite random people on jobs that the couple went on as they were on the way to the job. Once Advent came back to the conversation with her he would ask about the type of guild she was in and question the other things she mentioned but had not gone into detail on.

"Well, it would fall under the good category. They hunt monsters that are causing problems, or have things for medicines and important materials for stuff that people would not normally be able to get without endangering their lives even more than a mage would. And when I was last in Lamia Scale they were a guild meant for the amassing of knowledge. It didn't matter what kind, knowledge was knowledge, and they freely gave it out as long as you brought your knowledge to the table for them as well." It was a strange change, but the Nine Tailed Fox was not really surprised due to the large shift in the Guild Masters it had gone through. Hell, if the woman had not gone to Sabertooth when she had she may even have becomg the Lamia Scale Guild Master during the chaos that went through as the other Guild Masters started and quit.

Advent had turned his attention back to Aiyana who still seemed somewhat strange to him, he didn't understand why she had spoken to him suddenly or why she had followed him when he woke but he guessed that there was threads being sewn and they were meant to meet so chose not to question it any further than he already had. "You know they say you're not of this plain" it didn't matter to him any, he was just passing on a message out of curiosity as he hadn't seen her and hadn't touched her not that he liked to touch people the always called him bad things afterwards and that put him off more so since they themselves had said to avoid it as much as he could.

"Okay so your group of people are good" he had no way of telling if Aiyana was indeed telling the truth but he had no reason to doubt her so nodded showing he understood. "I hate that term" he huffed almost like a hurt child "The term monster is thrown around to much I've noticed since coming to this place, sometimes the people who are truly the monsters are the ones that put the job up" he stated almost crossly, on hearing that they collected knowledge they she seemed to have peeked his interest a little more but then it wouldn't do him much good as he was never taught to read or write.

So the beings he was speaking to knew she was from another plain? Well, that was interesting to know! "Yeah, I'm technically a Celestial Spirit in body. But I used to be a human through and through until a job got me all mixed up. The guild is indeed good. We do what we do to help others rather than for personal greed or the harm of others. And when I use the term monster I don't mean it as a broad term. I mean the actual creatures that are highly aggressive and are harming others without reason. It is true that some people are the real monsters. But when someone posts up a job about a demon terrorizing a town and that attempts to stop the issue peacefully have ended in death, the monster is pretty clear. Especially since when we show up we can see for ourselves." Aiyana understood why the boy could say something like that. This world was full of monsters, and some were of the same race as him and others that went about. Now, would he come along? Or would he leave her here and the future remain in limbo as to whether they see each other ever again?

Advent listened to what was being said to him at least in part as he wandered off poking his stomach noticing the small noise "I'm hungry but not in a forest... this is going to be a bother" he sighed scratching the back of his head completely forgetting the fact that he was in the middle of a conversation with Aiyana humming himself as he started to walk towards the nearest gate out of the town so that he could go forage some food, he didn't realise that he could go to a store and buy food but then even if he did he didn't realise what he had been gaining from the tasks on his journey had been currency to buy things.

Before long it would seem as if he would be getting dragged back by the collar his arms crossed over his chest "I'm hungry Ari... let me go" his cheeks puffed out almost like an angry chipmunk. He sighed stood flinching as his hair moving as it was clear he was swatted. Leaning forward he bowed "I'm sorry, but I'm hungry" he said gently rubbing at the back of his head. "I try not to fight, life is sacred and should be cherished" he said before rolling his eyes under his blindfold "I know Yuui but it's still not right" he seemed upset at what had been said to him though he understood it on some level.

Did...did he just walk away while talking about being hungry? Who was he? It reminded her of someone else she knew from way back. A man that had seemed to only think about food but without the annoying attitude that the man had carried with him. The nine tailed fox stood there confused for a moment, trying to figure out what had happened to cause such a sudden change in what he was doing. It was as she was about to follow and see what he did that she would see him come back while huffing and puffing at the invisible people that were dealing with him at the time.

Once back before the celestial spirit, Advent would bow and apologize and proclaim his hunger before talking about his beliefs on fighting and life. "I too believe that life is sacred, but to not fight to save a life would be the same as taking it yourself. To let one die because you do not want to fight would make a person a monster, would it not? If you want we can find you something to eat and discuss it more in a place of food. Or we can get something to eat and take it on the road to see if I can pick us up a job to discuss it during it." The woman found the conversation amusing, something she could discuss that interested her and that this boy seemed to have strong convictions on.

Advent tilted his head listening intently for once, he had never thought about things like that before given where he was raised and his isolation to people he didn't have to think about not taking out a threat being more harmful than taking one life, but on hearing that it would be just as if he himself had taken the life he crouched his knees digging into his chest as his hands went to his face as he shook violently tears falling from beneath his blindfold as he cried. The fabric of his clothes moved as if he had been hugged his crying become muffled, his hair moving slightly though there was someone stroking his hair.

A few moments later a woman wearing a white kimono made of silk, pale blue obi of the same material with long lavender hair that almost touched the ground if she were stood tied back in a white silk ribbon hugging him close, seen on her wrist seemed to be a liquid silverish bracelet with a red gem "Shh, shh... Matray, yaes gigr'q trael, k'aoza yohz esaeunzahm aeun zdayioh hiqqch dnirya" from her accent and words it was clear she wasn't from around Fiore, her ice blue eyes going to the woman who was currently towering over them, by the way she hugged Advent it was clear she was a protector and wanted no harm to come to him no matter what that harm may be.

From the reactions before her...she had struck some kind of nerve. The sudden change of mood, the breakdown into tears, and the fetal position that he went down into as his muffled voice rang out from behind the fabric of his clothes made it clear her words had triggered something in that mind of his. The boy's hair moved like it was being touched, maybe the spirits he had spoken about before, and within a few more seconds a being would appear that was clearly consoling him. The words it spoke were not a language she knew, or could speak, but her mind translated them nonetheless so that she could understand what was being said.

Looking at the woman that was looking up at her, Aiyana would say what was an apology in the best way she could word it at the time. "I do not know why my words had that effect on him, but I apologize for the offense I seem to have caused here. If there is anything I can do to help the little prince, please let me know." The nine tailed fox had no clue if this boy was actually a prince or not, but using the title that this spirit had said to him seemed like a good way to let her know that Aiyana could understand the foreign language.

The girl moved to kneel on the ground pulling Advent into her lap with little resistance from the white haired youth which made her happy holding her close moving her head to his ear kissing his ear gently making soothing voices a smile crossing her face as he curled closely towards her sky blue kimono almost as if he had fallen asleep right there and there. Her hand stroking at his cheek and hair to keep him soothed "Sael aemqar gae la sowa qae qazz esaeu Matray, ya doed aem saeza lozr'q esaeun mouhq" her words were gentle as before, her lavender hair being held almost as if it was a security blanket his breathing slowing though tears fell still from underneath his black blindfold though she was happy was calmed, it still concerned her he was still crying "Matray, Rae zaena loqabbi l'taeuhg mozz mnaez yaeza sothzaeza eyes aem esaeunz. Gae esaeu uthabbiedoth?" her words gentle as she kissed his forehead watching as he nodded rubbing the blindfold sleepily as he was in a semi slumbered slate.

She tilted her head her eyes showing a quiet surprise as Aiyana seemed to understand what she had said "Esaeu uthabbiedoth s'oq I oz saying zizz Aiyana?" she was caught off guard that was for sure but she was glad, the language of Fiore was a little harder for her to speak though she could understand it with extreme ease. "Esaeu gaera raeyirdh lnaerdh, bued siz doed iz o gont yhaeug filled liy xhaeaeg, siz dnazaai or enigma, siz muquna iz raeyirdh xuq gontrazz im raeq tadq or aesa aer. Iq worries uz oth iq petrifies siz" her tone showed concern for the youth and hoped that Aiyana would understand that nothing was at all her fault in this matter.

"Yaeuks sa sizzahm iz raeq o xog dabbizaer, siz zokiy iz gont. um. esaeu yozz iq forbidden zokiy. Siz zokiy yor zath siz irzora, im raeq qotar yona aem. iq yor xa gordhabbiaeuz. qae siz oth daaek'a onaeuth siz" she continued but fell silent as he curled more knowing that the conversation had already gone beyond Advent's liking, but a person believed that they had wronged them and had offered help so she had to give some sort of explanation to it even if somewhat vague, for now she wasn't even going to touch the title thing as she feared it may change how the other interacted with Advent

The language spoken aloud previously would continue to be used before her. Her mind continued translating as she silently listened until the woman speaking looked at her with silent surprise while asking if she understood what was being spoken before going on to tell her about what was going on. While it helped ease her conscience, it made her worry more about the scene before her. The things mentioned, a dark past filled with blood and an unsure future, made her feel like she should help them out with anything. Add on top of that that they had a forbidden magic. That was familiar, given the Cosmic Slayer magic that she herself had been gifted from her Terran family. "I myself have a magic forbidden for use in anything other than small amounts. It may not have the same side-effects or issues, but I know how dangerous magic can be. I can try and help him control it, or at least understand it better to help him keep from falling prey to it." Aiyana had not know who he was when she had randomly run into him, but now she knew something about him and wished to help.

The long haired lavender woman looked to Aiyana for a moment keeping Advent close to her she bowed as low as she could given the awkward position she was in with the somewhat drowsy Advent in her lap wanting to give her respect to the one who seemed to have taken interest in her ward though had no idea as to the reasons why, but she wasn't about to decline the help of someone who was on the living plain whom could finally help him understand that wasn't his fault what had happened in the past. "Yort esaeu maen esaeun sahd zizz Aiyana, la yor naog esaeun intentions oth oyyadq esaeun aemmabbi aem sahd. Matray, esaeu lizz hiedar qae sabbi aeun zlaaq dnirya zae esaeu zoes knael stronger oth xa oxch qae xaoq ya cursed zokiy yoq moqa soz kiwar esaeu. Gae esaeu uthabbiedoth?" her tone though gentle had an aura of authority especially near the end

"Esaz zen-ze I uthabbiedoth yaezk'aqaja oth lizz maezzael qae esaeun lizz" his words were sleep filled but he knew what he was saying and knew they wouldn't allow him to forget his word regardless. He moved out of the spirits lap and sat on the ground rubbing his eyes allowing her to become ethereal once more "So seems your my tutor now, so teacher what are you going to teach me first?" he asked with a bright smile, he just hoped that she understood he was 'special' and not in the conventional means, if she didn't she would soon find out as she tried to explain to him things as many along his journey had tried to teach him only for them to give up as he either paid seemingly no attention or asked strange questions afterwards.
