Primary Magic: Aqueous Remedy
Secondary Magic:
Caster or Holder: Caster
Description: Hundreds of years ago, teams of pirates roamed the oceans, seeking out the legendary and powerful sea creature called the Kraken. Many searched due to the existence of many oral traditions and legends describing an ancient treasure the Kraken possessed. No one was sure what exactly the treasure was, but all believed it must have been valuable. However, stories told that in order to get this treasure, the Kraken must first be defeated. Of course, this would be no easy feat. Powerful mages began to engineer magics specifically designed to kill the Kraken, and soon, it was learned by the aforementioned pirates actively searching for the treasure. Aqueous Remedy was one of these magics, created to support other mages as they took down the legendary creature. The search for the Kraken continued for many years, but none were known to succeed in finding it. Those who returned from their long voyages had simply given up hope. Soon, many ceased to believe in the Kraken's existence. The tales of the creature were forgotten over time, and with them, the magic to eradicate it were forgotten as well.
At nine years old, Erziele Fehler was alone wandering the dark woodlands outside of her town. She knew her family would never allow her to travel about alone, especially at this hour, at least if they knew about it. Erziele's family spent all of their time constantly worshipping the demon goddess Ilyria, paying the child no mind. Honestly, they wouldn't know even if she told them, being too caught up in their prayers to listen. Erziele hated the nature of her family, and this was her way to escape her troubles, if only temporarily.
Erziele had been out in the woods many times before tonight, but this was her first time exploring this exact stretch. Eventually, she came across what looked like an old abandoned library. It was a bit eerie, camouflaged by the overgrowth of the forest itself, but that just made her excited to explore it further. After a while, she came across a book that caught her eye. The cover page depicted a large creature resembling an octopus, as it appeared destroying a large ship with it's gigantic tentacles. The book was simply titled "Kraken". Erziele instantly took a liking to the book. The giant octopus reminded the young girl of her own family's god, Ilyria, and it was obviously being portrayed as an evil monster. After taking home and studying the book, Erziele became aware of the old magics once used in hope of killing the Kraken, and quickly took an interest in them, specifically one named "Aqeuous Remedy". Erziele only began practicing the magic after an incident which got her entire family killed by the demon goddess who they dedicated their lives to worshipping.
When Erziele uses Aqueous Remedy magic, the water used in her spells is drawn from her tentacles. This does not affect the effects of her spells or her body, it is purely visual. She casts her supportive spells with much caution, knowing that a wrong move could put her and her teammates at a disadvantage.
Strengths:
* This magic is great for buffing teammates.
* Has at least a few offensive spells so that the user is not completely helpless alone.
Weaknesses:
* The user cannot choose whether or not they will turn into a squid in water. Any time they are completely submerged, it will happen to them.
* Some of the user's spells are capable of helping an enemy instead of a friend.
* Most of the spells are only useful for support, which can leave the user vulnerable when alone.
Lineage:
Aqueous Regeneration - Every 2 posts, the user recovers 5% of their full health.
Aqueous Transfer - When the user of Aqueous Remedy magic is attacked, 25% of the amount of damage dealt to them is healed back to their teammates. This amount increases by 5% per rankup, capping out at 50% at S-rank. The amount actually healed is also split evenly between the teammates. Once this ability heals 1.5x a user ranked spell's damage to teammates, it goes on a 3 post cooldown.
Aqueous Squid - When Erziele becomes completely submerged in a body of water, the watery appearance of her arms quickly spreads over her entire body, engulfing her. Her body then takes on the appearance of a squid made of the same pure blue water as her arms, and she shrinks to about 2.5 feet long (not including her tentacles). In this form, Erziele can swim almost as fast as a squid (up to 20 mph), leap like a squid (3m), and glide like a squid for a short amount of time (falling 1m/s). However, her body becomes very fragile in this form. She loses all defensive buffs when it is activated (only her lineage buff returns afterwards), and takes 50% more damage than normal. This form wears off after 3 posts without contact to water.

Lineage:
- Avatar of Ilyria:
- Description: In the old days, a demon goddess once ruled over the vast emptiness of space. She called each one her garden, for she like to sow seeds where ever her slimy tentacles would land on. Millenniums passed and the old gods were forgotten. Losing worshippers means losing access to their world. Fortunately for her, a small sect who used to worship her clumsily left the artefacts she left them in their temple for everyone to see or rather steal. Yes the temple was well guarded with guardian monsters and booby traps. But that can never stop the heart of a real adventurer.
With the discovery of her relics, old knowledge which was supposed to be forgotten was remembered. And the door which was supposed to be close was opened. To prevent ever losing contact with this world, she offered a deal which the finder of the treasure could not refuse. "Would you like to be my vessel and have infinite powers beyond your wildest dreams."
Ability: Vessels of the Forgotten One are given enhanced speed (25%) and strength (25%) as well as enhanced magic defense and durability (25% damage reduction). Also allows them to call the forgotten one if ever they are in need of assistance.
They gain a user-ranked (S-max) signature spell that summons a tentacle to attack or grasp or a non-signature spell(S-max) that summons tentacles to attack or grasp in an area effect.
Once per thread an S-rank mage user can call Ilyria into this world. A 20 meter tall mollusk like monster with 12 tentacles stretching up to 10 meters long and bat like wings with the same length used for attacking and sometimes flying. Once summoned, she gains the same base stats of the user but with their values increased by 100%(besides speed which is instead lowered) and the mage's own increase by 25%. The goddess only has 50% of the HP of the user and moves 50% slowed than the user due to her size and weight. The goddess can only remain in our world for 3 posts of until defeated. This ability cannot be cancelled by user or outside forces.
Usage: Active ability that lasts 3 posts and is once per thread. Spell is made in addition to the user’s own magic in their spells. Passive enhancements.
