In a casual setting, Ueno is a sardonic, sarcastic jokester that loves to have fun. She doesn't take anything seriously and attempts to lighten the mood as much as she can. Her main hobbies are exploring, reading job requests, and thinking of moneymaking schemes that are 100% always too convoluted to work. If they can handle her time-to-time teasing, most people could get along with Ueno pretty well. Some people take her attitude as rude, however, and this leads to her making more enemies than friends.
Battle:
In battle, Ueno's much like she is outside of battle. Joking and teasing as she bobs and weaves through barrages of enemy attacks with great speed, she returns their attacks with twice the power. Her entire fighting style is based on her bloodline's ability to shift into demons, whether it be partly or wholly. Her blood demon lineage requires her to siphon power from the blood and flesh of her enemies, which is achieved by her quick and wild attacks. This leaves her with little to no time to pick out weak points or make up strategies as she fights, which is her main, but not only combat weakness. Another weakness of hers is that, after a while, her attacks can become predictable to perceptive enemies, as she attacks in patterns. (ex. Left jab, right jab, left jab, right jab, repeating.) This makes it pretty easy for opponents to block if they can catch on to her pattern of attacks. A very glaring weakness of hers is when her pride gets the better of her in the middle of combat. When overwhelming enemies, she tends to stop driving herself in her attacks as hard, acting as if it's a waste of energy because she's going to win anyways. This smug state occasionally gets her into more trouble than she needs to be in, especially if the opponent is using a weapon. As a side note, unlike her partner Atsuro, Ueno doesn't mind killing in battle. It's more beneficial to her, in fact, because of her blood siphoning powers, but she doesn't kill unless the opponent insists on fighting back after they've been beat, just for Atsuro's sake.
Leader:
This is considerably the hardest role in combat for Ueno to take up. Usually, she has Atsuro to execute quick plans and give the once in a while command. Ueno isn't suited at all to take charge in combat, her style too sloppy and wild to strategize. But if there was no possible way to go on without Ueno taking up the role of leader, she'd reluctantly take the role for her team. She isn't a good strategist, but she isn't horrible when she puts her mind to the battlefield. Her strategies would mainly be based on quick incapacitations, and kills if needed.
Demon:
When Ueno enters her demon form, her lighthearted personality seems to crumble completely. Her vision goes completely red and all rational though escapes her. She turns into a full force combat machine, attacking anything in sight viciously with her claws, horns, and teeth, attempting to rip away flesh and blood for her to consume. Reasoning with her in this state is impossible, and the only way to possibly snap her out of this state is to beat her out of it, which isn't easy, considering the great power it brings.

*Making fun of people - Ueno takes pleasure in picking on others, but she knows her limits.
*Money - She may not have much of it, but she sure loves making it.
*Atsuro Iida - Her best (and considerably only) friend. They met at a young age and have been friends ever since.
Dislikes:
*People taller than her - Ueno, being a pretty tall 14 year old girl, is intimidated by those who manage to be taller than her.
*Sand - It's rough, coarse, and gets everywhere.
*Birds - Ueno has always disliked birds. They're loud, powerful, and they strike unexpectedly.

*Getting rich - Her main goal in life, to score it big and live a comfortable life as a rich adventurer.
*Live the guild life - Her initial goal, to live on the edge as a powerful Mage who performs perilous jobs.
*Hone her magical abilities - Ueno loves magic, and everything relating to magic. She's just not too great at it, and she wants to change that.

*Being left behind - Seperation gives her anxiety, especially in combat or stealth situations.
*Bodies of water - Drowning is scary, sure, but Ueno is more scared of what lurks beneath the water's surface.
