Personality: Charis is a genuinely kind person...or she tries to be. She's usually quite cheerful and friendly but she has some serious anger problems and can be overly sensitive. Despite being so sensitive herself, she has no filter when it comes to talking to others and this often leads to her getting in trouble. She has been told she has two gears, sassy and bitchy, and no middle ground. She's usually quite helpful unless it's something involving spiders and/or dirty dish water. Most often, she's either pissed off or hyper as all hell and her sense of humour is darker than a solar eclipse. Charis believes in the strength of will over all else and says this is why she accomplishes things rather than her skill level. She values knowledge in friends claiming she needs someone smarter than herself to hang around with so she can have interesting things to talk about. She has a way of making people see her side of the story more often than not and has always managed to hold some sway over a decision by knowing just how to influence people. She's very witty which is great in an argument but she also does not know when to hold it back and might say the wrong thing to someone she barely knows. She gets embarrassed easily and turns bright, bright red like a cherry but tries to pretend there is nothing wrong even though everyone can see it. She laughs at anything and I mean literally anything, and her laughs vary from a mild giggle to full out doubled over, can't breathe, no sound leaving her lips kind of laughter. Just depends on how funny you are and whether or not she's laughing at something actually funny or just being awkward. Speaking of which, she's quite socially awkward and finds it hard to express herself to people who do not know her well, mainly because of the whole not knowing what to say thing. She's very selfish and possessive, especially when food's involved and doesn't like sharing what so ever.
Charis does not do well with authority. She has quite a rebellious nature and this usually leads to conflicts with whoever is in charge. However, despite her trouble with leadership, she has no problem leading herself and, in fact, works quite well in teams. She's not afraid to argue her viewpoint and make herself heard, with is both a good and bad thing because sometimes she makes ill-informed decisions or just straight out says something stupid. Her battle strategy involves biding her time to wait for the right moment to strike. She analyses every little detail of an opponent before making a single move, unless they've messed with her head in which case she goes on a rampage that usually ends with her being just as beaten up as her opponent. But, other than that, she hangs back when working with a team allowing them to fight while supporting from the rear and figuring out what to do. On her own, she allows her opponent to gain some leverage over her, observing them and using very minimal magic only when necessary before really getting into it. She holds nothing back in a fight saying she can only be truly satisfied if she's done her very best.
Likes:
- Science: Despite being a mage, Charis is really interested in physical phenomena and wants to figure out how it links into the magic that flows through the world.
- Languages: She has a groundless craving to learn languages and is currently fluent in two and on her way to a third...out of the six she wants to learn.
- Rock music: She's always preferred rock music to any other type, probably because she enjoys listening to people who can actually play instruments (AHEM POP MUSIC AHEM)
Dislikes:
- People stealing her food: She's very protective of her food.
- Crowds: People freak her out.
- Being ignored: She had enough of that in her childhood to last her whole life, thank you very much.
Motivations:
- Her mother abandoning her: the knowledge that her own mother didn't want her fuels her 'hate-fire' and makes her want to prove how much she's worth
- Her guild: She'd do anything to protect her guild, even if it meant sacrificing everything.
- Herself: She'd a real self-motivator and is constantly saying she can do things she knows she can't over and over until she believes it herself.
Fears:
- Silence: It reminds her of how much she was alone before joining Infinity Hydra.
- Spiders: Have you ever seen those legs? Those guys are CREEPY.
- Her father: Have you ever heard the insult 'the devil's spawn'? Try to imagine actually being that and then say you wouldn't be afraid of him too.
General Appearance

Hair: She has dark brown, almost black hair with a deep red hidden hair dye, which she wears in an elaborate updo of a Dutch braid styled from the front of her head on each side around to the back when they and the rest of her hair are fastened in a bun.
Eyes: Technically, they should be brown but they don't listen to logic.
Skin Tone: She has sallow skin with a few freckles here and there
Appearance: She wears a top with a bloused cream bust and black lining along the neckline, it has one sleeve on her right arm with a hole on the outside of her upper arm and another on her forearm lined in red. On her left arm, she has three straps made out of different shades of brown leather. She has a cream corset with black fastening holding it all together. On her legs, she wears black leggings and a black wrap off centre around her waist that has a cream tie. She has brown knee-high boots cladding her feet. She wears multiple piercings in each each but, other than that, no jewellry. She also wears dark eye make up and deep red lipstick. She carries around a pair of daggers with red handles shaped like dragons, though she always says they're hydras for her guild.
