BICYCLE RACES ARE COMING YOUR WAY! ♦ open guild meeting

Silver Moon Inn was a happy little place for her guild to relax. Unlike the grandness of other guilds, Black Rose was rather humble, taking a cozy yet fashionable Inn as their base of operation, yet Izayuki could not have wanted any better.
"Paperwork is all done, Seika~!" the Bakedanuki said happily, walking over to the table where her white-haired companion was seated in order to drop a thick stack of paperwork right in front of the hybrid youkai. Seika only blinked curiously and took another sip of her hot tea, before nodded in approval. Luckily, the Guild Master had gotten the hang of doing most paperwork, and no longer needed the same amount of assistance as she had when starting out as an Ace, or later on, a Guild Master.

Casually, the tanuki girl turned to gaze at her busy guild, with the chefs behind the bar and in the kitchen area working, and various guildmates and visitors mingling in the large restaurant area. Was now a good time? There were now so many faces that she did not recognize, though she could sense the Black Rose guildmark on them. With her being so busy on jobs and with guild upkeep, had she really forgotten a big part of her guild? Just being around... being present... being a family?

A small hint of regret flashed in the Ayakashi's pink eyes as she thought about it. Perhaps now was as good a time as ever to hold that one event she had in mind. She had plenty of announcements, as it was, so why was she waiting? Walking happily with the subtlest of bounces in her step, and with her tail waving back and forth behind her in a chipper manner, Izayuki made her way to the front of the restaurant area near the bar, standing tall. "Members of Black Rose! Might I have your attention for a few moments for a quick Guild Meeting?" the Guild Master announced, folding her hands behind her in a relaxed way, though doing her best to speak above the current chatter in the guildhall.

Chaos and order. Which one would rule over space like this? Simply looking around could easily tell anyone that this place was far too filled with people for order to be the primary ingredience of this little brew known as Silvermoon Inn. And everyone seemed to be busy with something. Everyone except the young Charlotte who was sitting very much alone in one of the boxes that this place had, a comfy seat beneath her body and a firm table in front of her. She was a witch just like many people present her, but unlike them, she was still unable to actually go on proper jobs. It was somewhat disappointing, but it was the truth. Her magic was slacking, and it appeared as if it was never even designed for combat. It wasn't far from truth, at least in the hands of this young girl. But at least she wasn't as alone as it seemed, Seth being right with her. Of course, no one else but Charlotte could sense him. It was a shame, but the puppeteer did not want to make his presence known and she respected that decision. Yet, he was not the only presence that was unknown to the rest of the Inn, everyone currently present. There was a tall man in a fancy suit, wearing a mask made out of animal skull. And he was sitting right across the table from the young girl. Only she could see him, and only she could hear him.

"You should pay attention soon, dear. I believe that the one you call 'Guild Master' will have few things to say. Perhaps that will take your mind off the boredom."

Listening to his voice and nodding in confirmation, Charlotte would turn towards the center of the Inn where Izayuki now stood and spoke. She was a new member and this was something she did not yet experience, so she made sure to listen and learn what this so-called guild meeting would be about. Whatever it would be, it sounded quite exciting, as it was something new and fresh. That was always good.

Ai made her way through several towns before eventually making her way to her destination, Rose Gardens. Her appearance consisted of her long blue hair being tied into a ponytail, wearing a blue strapless dress that show off a little bit of her cleavage, a pair of boots and a necklace that had a single green gem on it. She also wore the same piercing on her cheek just below her left eye and off to the side. She wasn't entirely sure on how well this plan would go, but she'd continue to make her way to the place where this plan would actually start. What was the plan? All that could be said was that it involved the guild Black Rose. It didn't take long now for her to reach the guild hall. Before she had even entered, she could hear people talking here and there, and she'd open the doors slowly and quietly closing them behind her, looking around and moving to where she had heard the voices, even if they weren't really loud when she had heard them. Her red eyes scanned as she walked through the guild hall, regardless of how far she had walk. Luckily for her, her Grim Heresy guild mark wasn't visible to anyone that she didn't want to see it.

Izayuki observed her guildmates begin to gradually focus their attention on her, starting with her brother, Marschal, and Jiyu, shortly to be followed by Kiru, an unfamiliar white-haired girl, Kaisto, Bastet, Shade, Aerwyna, another unknown woman… and a rather loud dark-haired man.

The Bakedanuki sighed as she listened to his melodramatic and theatrical speech, only to realize where he was going with it. “If you don’t mind, Mr. ‘Ace of the Universe’...” the Guild Master said, before casting a B-rank spell she had come to find useful. The spell was Kiyoku, or Snow Globe, and with a snap of her fingers, the god slayer summoned a sphere of darkness-infused ice to form around Horatio. It would keep him contained, and for the most part be fairly soundproof in case he protested. “Save it for the end,” she would continued, flicking her fluffy tail dismissively. At least she was not telling him he could not present his dramatic behavior and challenges… he would simply need to wait until the meeting was over.

Moving her pink irises to gaze upon the crowd in Silver Moon Inn once again, Izayuki would continue on with her announcements, and ignore any protests by Horatio. “Back to the topic at hand, allow me to introduce myself, as I sense a few new faces in Black Rose. My name is Izayuki Hyoujin; I’m your Guild Master, and would like to get to know all of you. If we have not officially met, please see me after the meeting,” she began with a sincere smile, twitching her silver-furred ears slightly. “Just to review with many of you, and to inform you newer guildmates, Black Rose is a guild of ambition. Whatever your goals are, we want to help you fulfill them, and give you the resources needed. In a way, we’re a family, and a loyal and close-knit one. So please, be open with your guildmates, and with me.”

Cheesy, perhaps, though Izayuki was serious about it. After all, Black Rose had helped her overcome her troubles, and had adopted her into its family. She vividly remembered the former Guild Master, Kakuma, who had proven to the young Bakedanuki plenty of times that their guild was a family, and undyingly loyal. As a result, Izayuki hoped to keep that ideal fresh in the minds of her guildmates.

“Just one more announcement real quick- if I’m not around, you all may seek out the Guild Aces. For those of you who don’t know, Kiru has recently been selected to be the Ace of Hearts, and Jiyu, I would like you to step up to be our Ace of Spades. For anyone else interested in becoming an Ace, simply put in the time and effort- impress me. State interest. That’s all I ask,” Izayuki continued, grinning. Hopefully, the ‘Ace of the Universe’ stuck in the snowglobe would not bother them too much on the subject of aces of the guild. “That’s all I have to say. Thanks for your time. Any questions, at all?” the Bakedanuki concluded, hoping that there would be no dead, awkward silence after the meeting. Hopefully, her new members would approach her to get acquainted, and any confusion would be cleared up. “And before I forget, I would like a few of you to see me tonight for a few more announcements, if you don’t mind. I will send messengers to you as needed~”

And that was all. A bit of a cliffhanger in the end, but was she not good at those?

Before  the meeting would even begin, the majestic Horatio would suddenly show his frame as he walked right in front of the young, pale girl. With a wink filled with confidence, he managed to make Charlotte's expression more relax, letting her know that he was indeed here to lighten up the mood. He was a strange man for sure, but there was no harm in that. And as he displayed his goals and desires atop one of the tables present here, the member of his team would clap few times, at least until he became a prisoner of frosted cell. That didn't look very nice, but the young one perceived it as nothing more than a playful game started by the caring guild master. And just like that, the animal-eared woman had the girl's attention once more, so that she could speak freely and tell everyone everything she wanted to. But what a strange plot development this was for little Charlotte. She had thought that these 'guild meetings' existed for the purpose of one stating new goals for the community. But instead, it looked like the pink woman only wished to welcome others and remind them that there were these aces.

She didn't exactly understand what these were, but at least she knew one of the names that was dropped. Jiyu, they had already met. And apparently she was to be a guild ace now, how strange. It would truly take some time still for the pale girl to understand everything properly, not having to question everything constantly. Well, the meeting was quickly over and a new challenge was presenting itself. Izayuki wanted new members to see her, which involved Charlotte as well. And seeing as no one else was approaching her right now, it was probably the perfect time for action. Before others would swarm the guild master and scare off the young girl for good. A lonely being like her was simply just not used to big crowds and even the fact that this building was now so packed made her slightly nervous, only adding to the fact that she had to talk with someone completely new and kinda scary looking. But that was merely because of the woman's power that she was emitting, much greater than the one Charlotte had. And so, the girl would slowly approach her from behind and tuck on her attire lightly, hopefully getting the guild master's attention this way. She was far too nervous and scared to properly call out for her right now.
