    JUST FOCUS ON THAT GOAL
Oh. Well. This was great. The teen planted his palms upon his face as he found his way to the doorstep of yet another new guild. With some hope, some luck, and whatever the equivalent of pixie dust was to him, he would actually stay awhile in this one. He closed his eyes briefly, connecting his mind to the Archive, and found the silvery thread of data that led to the holographic AI that floated above his shoulder. “Kioku, is it safe?” Despite the fact that Lamia Scale was a legal guild and a place that ought to be pretty darn safe, one could never be too careful. After the violet-haired robot had affirmed the safety of the area, Itsuki cautiously stepped up to the door.

A deep breath was inhaled, and the cyborg carefully checked his appearances in the mirror. He didn’t have any wish of immediately being denied entry due to his rather poor physical state. Keeping up appearances was one of the most essential parts of him keeping a good reputation, and it was a reputation he hoped not to lose. Confidently, he pushed the doors open, a carefully faked grin plastered upon his face. The one thing he could thank those faithless parents of his for were these looks, the ones that had managed to get him so far in life.

“Hello, members of Lamia Scale! Would you mind directing me to the guild master or whoever is in charge of entry and membership? I am interested in joining the guild.” He called out into the thoughtfully decorated entryway, looking about him carefully for a clue as to what the people here were like.

Walking in behind a new individual, who shouted for someone to take him to the guildmaster, I hid my ears behind my hands. He was a rambunctious one, or so he seemed. I walked past him, and waved my hand behind me, issuing him to follow. I moved silently, making as little noise as possible, and spoke unto him this: "Thinking about joining the Lamia Scale guild? Well, My name is Aera Tylidae, and I'm a user of Memory magic. It's not Memory make magic, though people do confuse it with my magic. We are, primarily, a beast and monster hunting guild, focusing on taking out those monsters who make a bigger nuisance of themselves then they should. While we do those kinds of jobs, we also hunt monsters for our free time, or some of us do, and we hunt for ingredients that are on the rarer/dangerous side for people who can't do it themselves. I don't know what type of magic you use, but I hope you can find yourself a home within, or without, this guild, though either option is really up to you." I finished speaking as we approached the main hall, which branched off in multiple ways that usually confuses people. I move down the left branch, and turned around, talking to this new-comer face to face. "If you are wondering, this is the hall where you usually find the Guild Master's office, but people usually get confused, being a building this large and all. If you need me, I'm usually out somewhere in the world, only stopping in from time to time. The others are usually here more often then I am, so feel free to ask any of the other guild members to help you out, if you need or want it. Anyway, I'll be here for the rest of the day, so au revoir, monsieur, and bon l'apres midi." With that, I wandered back down to the hall, after leaving this newcomer in front of Gisen's door.

It was a great feeling to see the town of Hargeon picking up on it's own again after the town wide reconstruction and all around redesign of the place as a whole. Not only with the town, but the port and the guild hall as well, the last of the remnants of Lamia Scale and the newer members included, along with the townspeople that managed to survive it all and volunteers from all over had come together to give new life to the overcome town. The outer walls that bordered the town were reinforced to withstand a brutal punishment before they could be destroyed, and harder to climb than anyone could think of. Those walls helped to keep out stray animals and unwanted visitors, of which could only make them funnel into one of the gates that led into the town. The port was made much larger, which allowed more by-sea travelers to come into the town and let the town build up more money much faster, as well as the extra commodities provided for the town and the visitors as well. In its own rebuilding, the Lamia Scale guild hall had been relocated in the town and changed itself as well to adjust to the necessities believed that the members would want or need of it. Several floors for various purposes, which made it good to have other guild members from other guilds over too so they could potentially spar, talk, or whatever they wanted to do.

Among those floors had been the floor which located the boarding area for members. A nicely carpeted area, well lit, calm toned so that it wouldn't be unsettling to the eye and lacked a very specified taste. Universal, light colors had been the theme of things that she went on and it was something she had remained to do so with. Behind the only marked door to the hall, Gisen had crept about her paperwork, trying to avoid wanting to push things off any longer than she wanted to. However, in trying focus on the words, the blonde bunny found a lot of the paperwork to be harder than she could comprehend, and much more so that she couldn't focus on it any longer. The drawbacks of being partially illiterate. Her ears twitched at the sound of voices near he door, making her attention stare at the wooden obstruction as the words were still slightly muffled. The tone she could at least recognize as Aera, so perhaps she wanted something. Standing up from her seat, Gisen walked over to her door and opened it up, finding a strange boy in front of it. Her eyes widened from the surprise of a stranger before her. She let out a loud yelping sound and lept into a corner, crashing through several empty boxes that would crumble on top of her and around her, leaving only a pair of ears and part of her braided, blonde hair sticking out.
