Fenrir is a Pure black wolf that Shino had rescued early on in his life. After saving the wolf pup from two hunters it decided to stay by his side as companion and loyal friend. Fenrir although now large and very lethal looking has a good heart and unlike his master enjoys the company of any good person. Fenrir and Shino where magically connected when the wolf and been critically injured in a brawl with a bear and was taken to a witch doctor who to make the wolf stronger fused their bloods so now it was infused with Shinokages dark magic giving it a menacing new look. Thanks to this that also established a mental link so they could now hear each others thoughts if they where sighing a mile of each other.
