| Hikari was in somewhat of a distracted state after she got rid of all the hammers flying in the air. She was resheathing her sword, not really paying attention until she felt a pair of hand moving her. She was originally going to squirm out of the person's grap until she saw it was Itsu and that she was moving her so that she wouldn't get hurt. Hikari noticed the magical arrow and looked at it as it hit the two men that the brunette aimed for. Hikari was in awe at the capabilities of his magic. When Buggy called everyone to come back after they had dispersed themselves, Hikari heard the slayer call her out on waiting for him to fight. Normally, her cheeks would have been flaming at his innocent tease but she wouldn't relent with her teasing if that's the game he wished to play. She smirked at the light slayer and said, "I mean, after seeing how you wiped out the people on the beach, it was hard to not encourage you to fight. You are much stronger than me. It's pretty simple to tell just looking at you." Hikari winked at the man to emphasize her point before she felt Itsu's hand rest on her shoulder. She remembered the greeting Itsu gave her and felt a little flustered at the woman's touch but instead of being playful as she was earlier, she gave some insight as to why Mashyuu was like this at the moment, and she nodded her head in understanding. She can't really remember why she disliked boats. Probably cause she literally thought of the worst possible outcome as to what could happen while she was on the boat. When Itsu mentioned how Hikari should avoid casting magic that buffs his abilities on him, she remembered his initial reaction of how he had growled at her touch. At the time, she thought he was just acting rudely to her touch but now, it made sense as to why he didn't wanna have that magic cast on him. He didn't want to hurt those around him. Hikari felt a little silly, after all, she had seriously thought that the reason he didn't wanna get touched was because she was a stranger. He was a skilled mage, he knows that some spells require contact. She was mentally face palming herself. When the group continued to walk, she noticed it seemed like he was straining himself in order not to activate the magic circle. With a quick swipe of her hand, she moved the circle from him onto her neck. The magic flowed from him to her and no one really batted an eye at it. If it went all well, he shouldn't have noticed. But, for some reason, it seems like he notices the little things that happens.
When they get up the hill, surprisingly no one was really that tired and it seemed like most of the crew was more energized now that ever before. Perhaps the fight increased their morale when they saw how easy it turned out. Everyone in the crew and Buggy were surveying the area from the top of the hill, but only the Sabertooth mage seemed to notice where they were and how close they were to the centre of the island. As he pointed it out, Hikari seemed to notice how they were grouped up. The way they were grouped up, it was in such a giant cluster that it was a little unnerving. Until Hikari noticed what was surrounding them. There were barrels everywhere, and considering they were digging a tunnel, it was safe to assumed that there was gunpowder or explosives of some sort. An idea clicking into place in her brain and Hikari smiled. She had never done something like this before with her magic and she had a feeling that this would all work out. Hikari imbued magic in her glove and decided with to have a little fun with this, so she looked at the other mage, who still seemed to surveying the area, "Since you seem so interested in my magic, I'll demonstrate. Just for your eyes only..." Hikari smiled as her glove glowed a faint red as she finished enchanting her magic into it, "You know of enchanting correct? Consider my magic a branch of it." Hikari lets the glove go, and it flutters away in the breeze. The wind seemed to be in her favour as she continued, "I can imbue magic circles into whatever I please. Each circle has a varying effect." Hikari shows the mage the magic circle that was previously on his neck, "I can also move them from one place to another." The glove seemed to be carried by Hikari herself, as she pointed to its final location. With a couple seconds delay, the glove had landed on the head of one of the people who had been watching the potheads dig. Smiling as the group of pirates slowly became closer rather than spread out, she smirked a little wider as the group of pirates glanced at the glove in curiosity, wondering where it came from. Sitting down and brushing her hair out of her face, she looked at the magic circle on her hand, and activated the magic within it, she felt her magical power increase as she leaned back smiling at the earth mage. Since she loves being dramatic, she raised the hand with the glowing magic circle in it, near her face, and finished her explanation, "They can also be activated whenever I please." Hikari punctuated her sentence with a snap and there was an almost deafening explosion that came from where the diggers were.
Even though she was doing good at being cool, she still winced at the sound of the explosion. It was really loud. She was a little worried for the other mage as he seemed to have enhanced senses. Once the ringing in her ear stopped, she noticed her glove came flying back, as if carried by the explosion. She formed a magic circle underneath her and moved it over the flying glove. Smiling as she put it on, she looked at the victims of the explosion down below. Thankfully, they seemed to be living even if they were at ground zero. There wasn't too much gunpowder barrels so she was thankful that she didn't go overboard with her fire spell. Smiling at the Sabertooth mage, she made her way down the hill and scouted the area. That explosion was loud enough to lead every person into the area to where the smoke was coming from. Buggy's crew wasn't really paying attention as Hikari did her explanation so they were a little shaken up by the explosion, but when they saw Hikari heading down the hill, they had a feeling it was her doing at that it was safe. As the smoke cleared, they saw a cave that was revealed by the explosion. She was able to knock out two birds with one stone by taking out the enemy pirates and revealing the location of where the treasure could be. She forgot to consider if there were more pirates in the area however, as she heard the sound of a vulcan growing closer. She winced as she saw the beast jumping over the trees. Hikari braced her sword and was somewhat surprised as to what came instead of the vulcan. It was a barrel. Just a barrel that was being hurdled over everything. Hikari looked at it with surprise before she realized how fast it was coming. She unsheathed her sword and sliced at it, cutting the barrel clean in half. The halves of the barrel still made dents in the floor and she realized that she had to be a little more cautious of how she took on the beast. When the beast finally jumped into view, she recognized it. It was the famous vulcan that Blackstache was able to tame. How he was able to was beyond human thought but he had somehow managed to do the previously thought to be impossible act. It was so preposterous that even the vulcan itself was nicknamed Anomaly. Hikari looked at the vulcan, eyeing it from head to toe. She saw that it was wearing a red tie with initials on it. DK? Maybe it was Blackstache's true name? She didn't have much time to consider this however because she needed to dodge the punch that seemed to be going faster that she could see. She dodged it but felt the force of the wind from the punch. She was going to have to be very careful in order to get past this beast. She was preparing to attack it until she heard gunfire that was coming from Buggy's crew. She was worried as a lot of the crew weren't mages and Buggy seemed to have exerted himself getting rid of the hammers with magic, so he was reduced to simply summoning daggers and throwing them. Not sure if she'd be able to get to them in time, she hesitated, not knowing whether she should go into the tunnel because she had felt a breeze which could have lead to the other side of the cave or to help Buggy. She seemed split on the decision until Buggy yelled at her to go look for the treasure and that they'd be able to take care of it. Smirking as she looked at the earth mage. It was almost as though her eyes were saying, This should be child's play for you. You got this man. Hikari ran into the cave, feeling the wind blowing from the other side and the light at the end of it slowly getting brighter and larger.
