Fernus awoke to the sound of a woman talking. He kept his eyes closed to feign sleep and listened to her words. She was close enough for Fernus to sense her, so he knew that he was outmatched, but he still had confidence. As she finished her sentence and threw her first punch, Fernus' eyes opened, and they were red with the rage of a burning flame, a sign that Fernus was seriously pissed off. He dashed to his feet, dodging the demon's punch, drew his sword and prepared for further attacks. "Who are you and what the hell do you want? Because if you're here to preach, I've already had enough today, so move along or taste my flame!" shouted Fernus as he lunged forward, attempting to strike the demon with his blade. As he lunged forward, he called to the other wizards in the cave to help him fight.

Re: Come and Go: The Storm Continues
"You said you will bring the guy to justice, and still beseech for his help? You are a coward." As the blade passed through the thick skin and scales of her shoulder, the demon didn't show any sign of stopping the clash against her target. The damage was insignificant for the demon, and the desire of stomping the enemy into the ground was stronger than the feeling of pain. If she avoided the blade, she would lose the advantage, and by running through the sword, she had the chance of surprising him and execute her attack. With 100% of extra strength, the demon did deliver a heavy punch on the face of her target, probably sending him out of the cave in the case he doesn't evade the next attack. However, it would mean losing his sword in the process, as the blade was deep inside her shoulder, passing through skin, scales, bones, and muscles. If he did take his little amount of time to get the sword back, he would be hit; his best strategy was to let the sword alone and go for another type of strategy. It would be his victory if he does so. "Now, get out of this cave, wrench."

Re: Come and Go: The Storm Continues
Fernus was faced with a decision, take his sword and be hit, or evade and lose his blade. Fernus didn't have time to ponder, and as the demon's fist accelerated towards his face, the fire mage made his move. He slid in between the demon's legs, stood up and punched her in the back. He then delivered 10 quick bolts of flame to her at point blank range, sending her into the wall of the cave. "You say I'm the coward, but you attack me in my sleep. You're nothing but a hypocrite. Y'know, I'd like to see things from your point of view, but my head won't fit that far up my ass." as the demon recovered from his attack, Fernus dashed forward and recovered his blade from her shoulder. He attacked again, this time sending his blade into the demon's backbone. "A question, did you miss the part when I explained to Yazuki that my judgement was incorrect? If so, I'd suggest you invest in a hearing aid, you'll need one." spoke Fernus as he slammed the side of the demon's head into the floor. Fernus knew that his comrades weren't going to wake up anytime soon, so he decided to take the fight outside, into the storm. He sped out of the cave, leaving a wall of flame behind him to slow the demon down. Using his extra time, Fernus pondered the attack of the demon, it wasn't like the impostor's attack, it was less intelligent, less structured. It was too different to be connected to the first attack. Fernus cursed his bad luck and prepared for the demon's next move.

Re: Come and Go: The Storm Continues
"This demon form is very slow, evading and attacking will be hard like that. Only the defenses are good, but well, my test is done. I shall not waste time, my revival is more important." After having tested her defenses, attacks, and movement, she didn't have any more reason to continue fighting with that guy. She didn't hear him, as her thoughts were focused on her revival instead of his dignity or her hypocrisy; the guy didn't exist for her anymore at that moment, he was just a pawn for her test, no more or less. As she removed the blade from her body like it was nothing, she started to plan the next steps of her plan. "First of all, split my personality, and second, delete their memories until they reach powerful lengths. If I don't do it, the crystals will be eaten whole by this new consciousness." The demon began to return to her human form; a petite girl with blue hair and red eyes, with a black hat decorated with peaches. Dusk, the girl, had no intention of continuing the fight with the guy called Fernus, so she just gave him a warm yet gloomy goodbye before leaving the place. "Congratulations, little mongrel, you won. But it's not like I care about victory anyways..."
