Job Description: If we can tame the Mammoth, we'll have an attraction to make us more famous than Sin and Pergrande combined! You can't tame monsters? Bah! Well, at least give it a try!
Enemies:
Weak: While on this mission, the following effects apply unless you are an ice mage: While on this mission, a mage would drop defensive resistances by 10% and they lose 10% of their damage in melee/weapon attacks. This does not require a dice roll.
Normal: Glacier Reptiles x3 - Cold-blooded creatures that live for the cold climates. They are equal in size to a human and are similiar to small velociraptors in size. They can take 30 hp per Reptile and their claws and bites deal 25 hp per hit.
Strong: Angry pig x2 - These annoying little pests like to hang around in pairs and eat mushrooms that grow. Once per post they're around, roll a hit dice roll. If it hits, they will hit you with a 20 damage in a charging hit. They have 30 hp each.
Boss: The Great Wolly Mammoth x1 - A large, incredibly heavy foe in its movement. A 2 story tall creature with the length of 2500 cm long (25 meters). This furry beast has large tusks capable of needing 80 damage dealt to them to break them. The Mammoth uses it's trunk to mimic ice based magics, s well as certain boldily movments that can leave hunters trapped in ice for several moments. The trunk cannot be severed, but it can be scarred or "broken" after 60 damage is dealt to it specifically. The Mammoth has 250 health to it's name, making it a rather sturdy opponent to fight.
Abilities - Ice Blast: The Mammoth exhales ice and snow from its trunk, blasting anything it hits in a 8 meter cone 40 damage.
Avalanche: The Mammoth will push itself up onto it's hind legs and then crash down, causing heav tremors within 15 meters that will make all hunters not in any armor. Anything within 10 meters gets a blast of heavy snow, causing them to be stuck in ice for 2 posts and dealing 80 damage due to it's massive size and weight. One D rank attack to it can break the ice, but only from the outside.
Crushing Force: The Mammoth slams it's trunk down in front of it, dealing 40 damage to anything in the area of impact.
Reward: B rank exp + one Legendary Weapon or armor.
