Stealing(job,private)

Inaris walked into the village with a bored expression on his tiny face. He had nearly snorted aloud when he saw this job flyer, stealing was a piece of cake for someone like him. Not that there was any guarantee he wouldn't kill somebody too, just for fun, since he did enjoy killing, and blood. The tiny child hoisted himself onto the roof of the nearest building, running along the rooftops with an ease one wouldn't expect from such a tiny boy as him. But he was an assassin after all, if he was paid to kill people he had to be far more agile than the average person. The boy stopped on the roof of the rival's building, casting glances around. It was dark, and the moon was shining, casting a silvery glow over everything. With a sigh Inaris climbed into the huge vent on top of the roof, which he knew led straight down into the kitchen of the building, he had done some studying before he had come here.

The white-haired young boy landed softly on the floor, not a single sound escaping him as he observed his surroundings. This was almost too easy... the only way it would be any easier on him was if the door had been unlocked. He nearly laughed aloud, but stopped himself, instead resigning himself to a silent laugh. He would be in and out of here in under 5 minutes if it all went according to plan... And it would go according to plan. Nothing would stop Inaris from doing what he wanted, and right now he anted to steal the dumb recipe so he could get his reward and then kill somebody afterwards.

The room was dark, but Inaris was used to dark places, and was unbothered by the lack of light. The safe was supposed to be hidden behind a painting in the office... Now all he had to do was crack the safe and get out of here.

Inaris found the doors leading out of the kitchen and found himself in a big, open room, full of tales and chairs. The dining area. He didn't wan to set off the security system, so rather than walking across the floor, he climbed atop the nearest table and ran across the room that way, darting over the tabletops. His tiny feet made hardly a sound as he ran over the tables, ducking hanging lights. He made it to the other side of the room quite easily, rolling his eyes at how easy it was all the while. Honestly, there was such bad security around this place. If Inaris actually had property of his own, there would be traps all over the place. It was like this guy wanted his things to be stolen. Inaris landed silently on the other side of the room, and opened the door to the office, which was unlocked.

This is just too easy. thought Inaris with a shake of his head. Everything about this was insanely easy, he probably didn't even need to do this. His employer probably could've done this on his own. The young assassin winced as the door creaked open, he had been hoping that the door wouldn't make any noise. His green eyes scanned the room, searching for the painting that would conceal the safe. his eyes locked upon it, a rather ugly thing, of dogs playing poker. Yeesh, this guy didn't have any taste at all.

He ripped the painting aside, to reveal a large safe concealed behind it. Now that was more like it... He grinned, still shaking his head at how easy this was. He wracked his brains as to how he was going to open this safe and sighed. It was a good thing he had awhile, as it was still the middle of the night.

The young assassin continued to think for a minute, before he finally had an idea. Wait... no, that wouldn't work. Inaris sighed again. It looked like he would have to do this the old-fashioned way... by trying every possible combo. Inaris began entering numbers any possible combo he saw in his head and then tried it. None of them worked. He growled under his breath, this appeared to be the only hard part of this mission. But he wasn't going to give up now... he was so close he could taste it. The boy kept at it, trying again and again, failing each time.

He punched the wall, hard, ignoring the throbbing that went through his hand. He had to finish this mission, quite frankly he needed the jewels, since he had no money to buy food at the moment. Of course, he could also steal, but it was much easier to just earn the money. But then one more set of numbers went through his head, and he tried them. To his surprise, they actually worked, and he pulled the recipe out of the safe carefully.
