Description: Netherflame Demon slayer magic, a one of a kind only granted upon Kite by having the lacrima of the magic mentioned implanted into his body and the magic infused with his soul. The lacrima was created a mere four hundred years prior to Kite’s procurement but the creature from which the lacrima was created from existed many millennia before this. Approximately five thousand years before the existence of Dragon, Demon or god slayers dragons reigned supreme over the world. However much like the civil war, dragons were constantly at odds with one another to the point where cataclysmic battles took place all over earthland to the point where dragons humans and other life forms were constantly obliterated as collateral damage. However there was one fire dragon who didn't seek to fight against any dragons. He by no means was any weaker than the others but also didn’t want to fight a meaningless battle, no he wanted absolute domination and thus sought other methods to obtain power. This dragon would soon discover a hidden temple, a grotto of sorts that belonged to none other than death himself. It was in this temple that the nameless dragon would be greeted by the mighty god, death. The dragon had made a pact with death, the dragon was granted the ability to use Netherflames in exchange when the dragon would eventually die death would gain his soul. Not long after the deal with death, this dragon of netherflame went on to decimate any who would oppose him to the point where all dragonkind bowed down to him as king of all the dragons. Roughly five hundred years had passed, an extremely short amount of time for a dragon and death had grown impatient and didn’t wish to wait for the dragon’s lifespan to come to an end. So death took matters into his own hand and paid the dragon a small visit. Death hid his purpose from the dragon of netherflame by using small talk to mask his attack. Death effortlessly cloaked the dragon in his magic and sucked the life right out of the dragon and preserved his soul inside a crystal lacrima.
Kite came into contact with Death for the first time during an incident involving Marceline of Grim Herasy. Kite attempted to combat against death with his White Dragon slayer magic but not even that was enough to fight against. With his back against the wall with his life and the life of Marcy one the line Kite accepted the offer from death to allow the lacrima to be implanted into his magic container and taking on the lacrima’s properties for his own magic. The netherflame’s essence flooded Kite’s magic core essentially killing off every trace of White Dragon Slayer magic that existed. Kite was now the owner of Nether Flames but due to Kite’s very soul they molded and took shape into a magic that was ingrained in Kite’s very being. These Netherflames turned into a magic Kite knew all too well, A variation of Demon Slayer magic.

Strengths:
- With this magic the user has control over nether and anything related to it being able to convert it into various attacks as well as take on physical aspects of the magic.
- Life taken by this magic is awarded to the user gaining back hp.
Weaknesses:
- Other death magic uses can resist or be completely immune to this magic’s abilities based on their own magic.
- Mages who control aether magic can negate his magic
- Some spells can health instead of mana so too much of use of some spells could cost the user his life.

- Cthonian Blaze: The user is cloaked in a purple colored aura made from his nether flame. At D rank this aura starts out with a radius of 15m and grows by 10m with each rank of the user’s magic. The aura will set those caught within the radius ablaze dealing Rank damage once every three posts and the rest is cosmetic. The user has the ability to this aura on and off as he pleases so he will have complete control over who he harms with this ability.
- Phantasmal Flame: After killing an enemy, the body of that person or creature is incinerated by the nether flames and those flames return to the user absorbing the incinerated body and soul into his being enhancing his powers. Absorbing a weak enemy gives only a 10% boost to magic damage, A normal enemy gives 25% to magic damage and and a Strong Enemy gives magic damage a 50% boost. No matter how many demons the user absorbs with this it can only stack up the amount that a strong demon would reward. Both boosts last 5 posts.

Description The user channels their Nether flames into their hands and then with an outward thrust shoots a projectile of flame at their ally. Instead of being burnt away from the blast, the target will be cloaked a purple flame aura that will add the element of Nether Flame to their own spells allowing them to deal fire damage to their targets. Once the four posts have elapsed the flames leave and return to the owner of the owner from which it was cast and they in turn gain the element of who had reaped the benefits of Cthonian Crest for four posts
Strengths:- Gives Allies the ability to add Nether Flame to their magic for a short period of time
- Gains the element of the person gifted with the Nether Flame

- Is a support spell and causes no damage to those hit by the flames.

Description The user gathers flames and creates a swirling vortex spinning around himself and anyone who was caught inside. The swirling flames create a giant orb of spinning nether flame and then from the user the flames grow until they reach a critical state flaring all around him. Once that happens the user can unleash a massive blast of nether fire encompassing the entirety of the swirling mass of flames surrounding him and the targets. Those within 15m get dealt with 50% of spell rank damage as well as be dealt 25% of damage for every post up until the fifth post. Those outside of the epicenter will be dealt 37.5 spell rank damage and be dealt 12.5 damage over time until fifth post is completed.
Strengths:- Anyone caught in the blast of fire are going to burn and can hinder opponents from moving as a result due to pain caused by the burns.
- Those caught on fire cannot put of the flames
- Can be used for crowd control.
Weaknesses:- Allies can be caught in the spell and be death severe damage
- Aether magic can be used to defuse the spells effect
- Aether magic can reverse DOT damage
- Cannot be used for conventional means such as cooking or drying.
- Anyone caught in the blast of fire are going to burn and can hinder opponents from moving as a result due to pain caused by the burns.

Description The user has his hands ignited in the purple flames of his nether flames. When he touches a person or an object, or if they are within the range of the flames they engulfed in flame for 5 posts, causing half rank damage to the target for the duration.
Strengths:- Anyone caught in the blast of fire are susceptible to burns which in turn will cause pain when attempting to move for one post equal to 1/2 B rank damage
- Can be used to counter another ranged attack equal in Rank
Weaknesses:- Needs to be within rather close distance to pull of so if out of reach of his hand or the blast of fire the spell will not work.
- Aether based spells would disperse the flames and the burns
- Flames can burn allies if caught in the blast
- Anyone caught in the blast of fire are susceptible to burns which in turn will cause pain when attempting to move for one post equal to 1/2 B rank damage

Description This spell is much like the Flame Demon’s rage however unlike the normal Flame Demon, the NetherFlame Demon’s rage is full of death magic causing the usual white flame to turn purple and not cause extreme heat to those around them but to inflict burning sensations on the target. This spell does 50% rank damage on impact and then does 50% damage over 5 posts dealing a total amount of of 2.5 rank damage total.
Strengths:- Anyone caught in the blast of fire can be sometimes susceptible to burns which in turn will cause pain when attempting to move for one post equal to 1/2 B rank damage
- Can be used to counter another ranged attack equal in Rank
- Can be used to propel when in midair.
Weaknesses:- Trajectory of spell can't be altered and fired in one direction
- Water Spells of equal or higher rank can put out the flames
- Flame resistant metals can resist the fire and will take 1/2 rank damage
- Earth spells can smother the flames and render the spell useless
- Anyone caught in the blast of fire can be sometimes susceptible to burns which in turn will cause pain when attempting to move for one post equal to 1/2 B rank damage

Description The user gathers his netherflames into his right arm cloaking it completely in it’s purple flames. The user then points his open hand at the target and releases all the gathered flames in huge swirling mass of fire morphed into the shape of a dragon which then slams into the target nose first. The attack leaves the target singed and suffering from burns. This spell does 50% rank damage on impact and then does 50% damage over 5 posts dealing a total amount of of 2.5 rank damage total.
Strengths:- This spell can be redirected by the user
- Can be used to counter another ranged attack equal in Rank
- The flames cannot be extinguished except by Aether infused water
Weaknesses:- While the spell can change direction it can only do so in curves so it cannot cut across angles.
- Anything friend or foe caught in the path of destruction can be hurt along with the target.
- Once fired a target must be hit or the flames will fizzle out and be rendered useless.
- Undead enemies would not experience much damage and will not suffer the burn damage.
- This spell can be redirected by the user
