Name: Glet
Gender: Male
Age: 14
Birthday: March 14th
Sexuality: Straight
Special Characteristics: Has an eyepatch on his right eye, has a gold tooth, Glet is a ratfolk, or a rat-man.
Personality: Glet is clever, calculating ratfolk who cares little for people besides those close to him. Earning his trust takes awhile, and a lot of effort. The quickest way to earn is trust is through acts proving you are loyal, as he'll trust you not to stab him in the back and that's what matters. He can be decently sociable to those he doesn't know, and will be at the very least moderately polite. Unless they make fun of his height that is, in which case Glet will be rather infuriated. In actual actions and speech, Glet tries his best to be serious but his antics are usually seen as humorous. Glet is also a very greedy fellow, attempting to swindle every deal he can and trying to oversell any item he's getting rid of. He believes having more money for himself and friends is extremely important, and detests the idea of being poor. His childhood as a broke ratfolk in a dark, dank sewer left him as a more rough and tumble mindset than that of the usual person. Laws are followed if they don't go against what he wants to do, and he generally sees luxury as a thing that breeds weakness. One he would like to have, but nonetheless will criticize others about. Glet also tends to be somewhat hypocritical, insisting people should be honest folk when he himself tends to be a liar, Thinking people should watch out for each other while simultaneously watching out for a select few people, and saying his main priority is safety when he quite often takes risks.
Glet in battle where he can prepare before fighting is very calculating, always having a plan to deal with every situation. Otherwise, if it is a surprise fight or the plan goes horribly wrong, Glet mostly goes by his gut feeling of how he should handle every situation. Sometimes that leads to smart decisions, other times awful decision. He is also unafraid of risks, tending to include parts such as firing in melees, taking odd shots that could result or hitting an ally, using explosives right near where he is, or using things he has no idea how they work or even if they work. Under a leader, Glet tends to follow what they say as long as it suits what he thinks will do well. The moment he thinks the leader's plan is not the best plan he will usuall end up doing his own thing. As a leader, Glet ironically expects people to follow exactly what he says, always. He tends to make clever plans, trying to make more creative ways to solve problems. He is also still very willing to bet on risks, even if the stake is someone's life. Unless of course, said person is his trusted friend. In which case he will take risks to keep them out of danger, even at the stake of someone else's life. He also tries his best to secure his own safety in any of the above situations, but tends to quickly abandon that when he starts following his guy and taking risks.
