Notable Characteristics: Kana has a body that slowly begins to decay the longer she goes without killing sentient life becoming slowly more undead in looks until death as flesh rapidly decays by the day and her bones turn brittle and crumble at a certain point while freshly after a kill she can be as lively as a human would.
Personality:
Soft spoken but brash and with a tongue that will lash out truth without a second thought Kana is a woman that despite her habits and appearances is not the type to lie or cheat you. With a body cursed to require the taking of life around her for all of time or risk a painful horrifying death she has learned over time that killing became less and less about simple survival but her mind slowly began to develop an addiction to the feeling she gets when her body regenerates from the kill. This "addiction" causes many around her to see the woman as a cold blooded murderer and as such she tends to mess with people by acting as such. To avoid the persecution of society however Kana has used her need to her advantage working as an executioner within the previous councils and the Rune Knights prison known only as the Flames Butcher she was known to ruthlessly and with pleasure take part in executions known as some of the most horrifying and cruel displays shown to human eyes. Due to this she often hides her last name as most none know her looks often just calling herself Kana but once her methods appear nothing is truly hidden for long. As a person she tends to shy away from most people less so for hatred of them and more so because she herself likes people and prefers her addiction not come out when she is around someone she truly likes. Because of this she often will appear cold and logical to others as a figurative hand against their chest to prevent too much contact. While she does have a murderous addiction she prefers to take it out on those that deserve death be they dark mages or even criminals of true notoriety that face death row. Love with Kana is a subject of difficult nature as she herself is incapable of escaping her addiction often shying away from such concepts out of fear that during a weak moment she would accidentally kill them for the buzz it would provide her. Due to this she is often shown to have fear like reactions when forms of affection are shown to her ending in either an explosion of flames to hide her as she runs or just straight up running away.
Combat is a very flowing and quick thing for Kana, to her a battle is a dance that she must know the steps to and be at least two steps ahead of the opponent. Due to this her flames are not the usual to those around her often being less of a massive destructive force and slowly becoming more of a approaching death like a slow leak of poison onto them. This being kept in mind her mental state often does not reflect this as her eyes take on a large red glow when she gets into combat and her mouth almost waters at the prospect of a kill being within grasp as she quickly becomes more like a raving lunatic screaming out her want to kill and often proclaiming that she is the executioner before she slowly kills her opponent from the inside using her flames. Due to this she often cannot stand working with others needing the satisfaction of a kill all to herself rather than letting an ally steal her fun which often comes off to others as pride. To be a leader is not something that Kana ever plans or wishes to be often preferring to take a side role or a role in the back lines so she may act according to her own rules.

Likes:
- A starved addiction: To Kana the idea of saving herself for a truly satisfying kill that fills her addictions craving is well worth the wait and often does so unless she needs to for survival reasons.
- A Drink with Friends: Despite her fears and worrys about her nature Kana is still a woman that does not mind a good drink with friends be it a warm cup of coffee or even a heaping dose of heavy liquor.
- The Grandiose: Kana has a small sense of theatrics to her and likes anything that is like so often times even with her own cruel methods making a show of her cruelty and loves it when her prey plays along or more so if they are unwittingly acting the straight man to her act.
Dislikes:
- Hypocrisy: To Kana anyone that is within the legal realms of mages that kills is no better than a darkie and finds anyone that spouts themselves as a hero when they are known to kill is an idiot, combined with her disdain for hypocrites to begin with and she HATES it all.
- Overly Righteous People: Kana cannot stand the proclaimed "Heroes" that would see her actions as if she were a monster in need of cleansing when she is simply living the way she must.
- Large Groups: Due to Kana's curse she cannot stand being in a group of people as it to her is like a junkie to a drug being around an all you can eat buffet of her drug.
Motivations:
- Find the Truth: Kana is curious to the causes behind her curse and the whereabouts of the giver but without any leads and a body in constant need for the taking of lives she has not had the time to do so.
- Survive: The conditions set upon her by the curse mean that if she goes too long without killing she will suffer endlessly until she can no longer even move in a state of endless torture.
- Kill: Like a true addict she has a want to kill those she deems worthy of making her happy due to her mental reactions up killing, due to this she made it a job of hers to kill those who would be illegal mages or "darkies" as they are called by some.
Fears:
- Slow Decay: When the time is up she will become nothing more but a husk of perpetual suffering and pain that she cannot escape from unless through it all she kills, this is a fate she fears for even teetering on the edge is beyond words for pain.
- Loneliness: To Kana this curse is something designed to force her to chose such a fate of loneliness and pain and she herself fears being alone if not for the sheer lack of friendship to the pure and utter pain she gets from having nothing to kill.
- Letting her Addiction win: If Kana goes too long without killing anyone she tends to become more and more of a monster looking for anyone or anything they can gleam satisfaction off of and as such Kana tries to avoid going into such heavy withdrawal.

Appearance: Standing at five foot four inches tall Kana is not the tallest woman but with a lithe figure and muscles that are obvious one can tell she is not one you would fight with ease. Kana often is seen wearing specialized armor that shows off a lot of her body due to her innate lack of care for her own safety as her entire chest is shown off. Instead however her casual clothes tend to be the more curious of the bunch as she wears her specialized armor but made to look more like patterns on shirts which reveals itself as an illusion if struck too hard.
