    Magic

    Primary Magic: Detective Mode
    Secondary Magic:
    Caster or Holder: Caster
    Description:

    Conan/Shinichi uses this magic to locate or slow time to a scanning point as he anylizes the area. This Magic can only be used while he focuses on a certain object or thinking about something for a long period of time. He Thinks hard and time slows down in his area but if he loses what he is thinking the time resumes. While to him time slows down everyone else just sees him move faster. When in his younger state he Cant use the full power of this mode due to size and magic power reasons.






    Strengths:


    • Time: gives him time to think over a plan



    • Harder to hit: Hes harder to hit when this is active due to him being faster cause he slows everyone else down



    Weaknesses:


    • Time: it takes time to freeze the area for him



    • Focus: he needs to focus on a certain topic or item



    • Forever: he can only do this for a few seconds in his young form while in his older it can last up to a min or so



    Lineage:

       Truth:
       Description: There was once a priest who had devoted his entire life to his religion. As such, he preached about his God's superiority over all others and how the belief in his existence was the only "truth". From his point of view, magic was a heresy created by the heathens, thus he denied it completely, believing it to lead people "down the wrong path". Eventually, after years of unfaltering belief, his beloved deity whispered to him. What was then said remains a mystery, one the priest took to his grave, but tales describe his descendants as "the ones who dispel Lies through their only Truth", seemingly hinting that they have gained an unnatural power through their ancestor's unwavering belief.
       Ability: Creates a 30 meter bubble of antimagic in which no magic can exist of the user's rank or lower.  Spell Fusions or similar effects can create spell effects that go beyond this limit.  While within the area,  nobody can speak lies and anyone inside will know when something is true fact or a lie. If someone says what they believe is true,  it will feel "empty", but is clearly not an intended lie but they would not be able to say it at all if it is a known lie to them.
       Usage:3 post duration with a 8 posts cooldown. Deals 5% HP damage per post to the user as long as it is active. If the bubble is hit by a spell of higher rank of one is used of higher rank inside of it the bubble will disperse and go onto cooldown.

    Description:

    The user scans the area as he does everyone slows down about 35% for him, and this reaches about 10 to 20 ft out. While in this state he can move and look around for things. but as he uses this it wears him out faster the longer its used if used for more than 2 posts he will pass out.

    Strengths:



    • Time: he gets the time to look for a way out of the situation




    • Speed: he is faster in this but only to those other than him.



    Weaknesses:



    • Energy: this makes him use up his energy fast




    • Time: it takes a second to start up so someone fast can hit him if hes focusing




    • Focus: He has to focus on everything around him at once and analyze it.

    Duration: 1 posts
    Cooldown: 4 posts
    Description:This Allows him to focus and slow time to see where the safest area is for them or a person is it slows down the area he is in by 30% allowing him to scan the area and see the way to dodge attacks. if used wrong it will make him vulnerable for 1 post
    Strengths:

    • Escape: he avoids an attack once that is his rank or lower



    [b]Weaknesses:


    [/b]

    • Charge: this take more time to reuse




    • Energy: This uses about 5 to 10% of his magic power

    Description: ( How the spell is cast, what it looks like, what it does, extra info. Make sure to get into detail. You are required to list a given Speed,  Range,  Area of Effect,  and any applicable measurements (such as the size of a created barrier).  All of these are as appropriate.  Some spells wont have a speed,  some wont have an AoE. But include all that apply. Please make sure that all of these measurements are easily identifiable) Please remove this.

You say that time slows down to mere seconds of seconds; however, time cannot be properly calculated via post. So, I would like it supplied how much the people's speed is reduced and how much his speed is increased. Buffs/debuffs for D-rank are averaged about 25-40%.

    Description:This Allows him to slow time to allow him to escape a dangerous situation. he has to be in danger or getting someone from danger to use. if used wrong it will make him vulnerable for 1 post Essentially, I would like it explained how the time is slowed down, how it effects others, et cetera. I suggest supplying a speed reduction to the affected and speed increase to the user in order to better represent the "slowing down" of time. Likewise, I would like a range at which they are able to escape the danger, such as moving 15 meters out of danger's way. If it's just dodging a spell, disregard the range.
    Strengths:

    • Escape: he avoids an attack once that is his rank or lower equal to or lower in rank is actually not necessary for spells like this.

    • Energy: This uses allot of his magic power and can if used wrong will make him vulnerable for 1 post You say his more of his magic power is used, so instead of the initial 10% that is used, how much more additional MP is used?

    For Detective's Escape, I suggest lowering the amount of MP used to simply an extra 5 or 10% MP
